Inspire of raising numerous requests and calls to call a technician from Daikin, no one has ever turned up to acknowledge or repair the split AC... From which water is constantly dripping. Complain was assigned to unique Cool point Noida where the people are highly unprofessional. They just don't respect the time of customer. Every day they assures to send the technician but never sends anyone... Highly Disappointed from Daikin won't ever again buy Daikin... # mobile [protected]

    I want to draw your kind attention that I booked IInd Free service on 13.03.2022.The technicians visited on 14th March 2022.While initiating service of the aforesaid AC in the morning hour`s team complained that there is no gas in the unit .In the evening another technician visited & replaced the front coil panel & filled the gas. Despite doing the needful the unit failed to function. They reported that the unit is chocked & left from the site.

    Today again team visited to fix the same issue but unable to do so. In addition one screw out of three is rusted & another one broken which was holding compressor. They tried to fix the screw with hammer but unable to set right.

    I want to get this faulty or refurbished unit replaced with New unit asap since the previous faulty unit did not even cover the guarantee period, affected mental trauma to the consumer & affected repute of Daikin Company. I am also having 7 units of different brands but never come across such grievance. However I request Daikin to replace this unit asap since Summer season sets in.

    Serial Number: 1.50 Tr WindowACfrwf50tv162(SS)DAIKIN purchased as per Invoice No.JBSES/21-
    22/4 Dated 01/04/2021 from M/S Jagdish Electronics World Delhi .Code:07 in exchange of Old AC
    under BSES Scheme

    Note : Technician has left the opened/faulty unit at the premises with no unforeseen action on it. Now we are stuck with broken unit at my home which is still covered under warranty from Daikin.

      I purchased 2 Daikin AC's in Aug'2020. I also purchased a comprehensive AMC from them post completion of 2 free services in the first year. I experienced some cooling issues in one of the AC units for a few days so I raised a complaint with Daikin Customer Care. The technician visited my residence on 02/23/2022 and he informed me the coil had multiple leakages. This came to me as surprise/shock, how can a 18 month old AC have a coil leakage, especially when its a product like Daikin. He then informed me that coil is not a part of AMC and I would have to pay Rs.7, 000 if I had to replace the coil.

      I immediately contacted the Mumbai office and spoke to Akash Salve (Regional Manager) about this and he advised me this should not happen. He mentioned he will speak to the Authorized dealer who visited my residence and look at the report. I followed up the next day on 24/2/22 and he advised me the coil is not in warranty but he will repair the coil. When I asked for the guarantee on the repair he said there would be no guarantee, plus he sounded as if he was doing a favor on me by repairing the coil. I requested him to do the replacement as such poor quality of product is not expected from Daikin. He hasn't responded to the replacement request yet which is the reason why I am reporting this grievance.

      I've attached the job sheet for this complaint along with the original purchase bill.

          I have made the full payment to your dealer ‘ACS Systems Incorporated LLP’ in Kolkata on 14th August 2021 and i was promised delivery and installation within 6-8 weeks. Almost 4 months have elapsed and i am yet to even receive the units.

          The representatives of your dealer have stopped taking my calls and no one is able to provide delivery.

          When i spoke to your regional manager Mr. Sharique Khan, he promised delivery of the materials within 28th December 2021. However, no material has been received and Mr. Khan has also stopped picking my calls or responding to my emails.

          This is daylight robbery by Daikin and its dealers.

          I need immediate intervention from somebody from Daikin

            Dear Diakin Management Team,

            I A. Appa Rao have purchased Daikin AC at Sonovision which is of model name Indoor FTKL50TV16V on[protected] in Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. I received trouble from the AC in October 2021, as soon as we faced the problem we contacted for local Diakin Customer Care support on[protected]. The agent ( technician) visited our home on[protected] and detected a problem and informed there is a fault in PCB Board and charged for his service with 500/- . On the next day i.e..,[protected] we visited Diakin Customer Care office and purchased the PCB board for 4960/- but they told us the part is out of stock and it has to come from the head office. We have been waiting for 3 months but the part never arrived. Upon contacting the company by all means we have been provided there is still no response from the Customer care or the service members or the company. We request you to please look into this issue and solve it as soon as possible. It is very frustrating as a consumer to contact the company for service multiple times that too which we already paid for and yet receive no response. I am attaching all the bills / receipts from the company for proof.

              Dear All,

              I have changed the flat and reinstallation of Daikin AC done by Daikin Authorised service center i.e. Mountcool services.

              During installation due to wrong wiring done by Daikin technician my house MCB got tripped and after correction in fuse wiring MCB was found OK due to this wrong wiring My AC PCB got failed. But now the Daikin person told me pay the charges and they are not accepting the Technician mistake.

              I have a call recording also in which whole conversation with Daikin person was saved in which clearly mentioned that the mistake done by Daikin technician.

              But from 06/12/2021 no conclusion will be there. So please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

              I have done a complaint many times in Diakin but no action taken by it.

              It's not about warantee. I have a AMC with Vijay sales/ONSitego but nobody is taking responsibility. As i already mentioned above that your technician has done a mistake not me so why I will pay the charges. You don't have a technical person who will tell me the technical reason about the fault. No body is taking responsibility of technician mistakes. Daikin always you have done this with the customers don't fool the customers . As customers has paid his valuable money on the products.

                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                  We have installed 06 Daikin ACs at our home and we regularly face problem of breaking of the Swing flaps. Every replacement is costing us INR 3000 and now it is being really frustrating. We had faith in Daikin and its customer service as well as product and thus had opted to have our entire home with just Daikin Brand. However now we are rethinking on the same. Your facilitation regarding the same would be highly anticipated and awaited.

                    I have purchased this in 2020 and after an year the problem started, almost 3times they have done repair but not use, I hav purchased Daikin bcoz of trust even though cost is tooo high that is 57k but what is the use, again for repair it cost 13500 but still AC is not working, I don't think Daikin is the right choice for anyone, worst brand and worst AC which I have ever seen, if your AC is not working properly for one and half year then what kind of trust you provide to your customers.

                      We have purchased DAIKIN ETKL50TV AC from Reliance Retail Limited, on 15/10/2019.

                      With in 2 year the AC Outdoor Unit PCB was fault with the cost of 12k (Purchase price 38K). After I came to now this was the COMMON fault for all the Daikin customer in India since they Incorporated in India.

                      We believe Japan company won't cheat the customers like china. But the Business culture has been changed now all the company irrespective of Origin earn PROFIT by cheating the customers.

                      They may Not sell this type of Products for last 10 years except India.

                        Hai,

                        I have purchased Daikin split Air Conditioner 0.8 tonne through Flipkart.

                        When the service team has come for installation I have suggested a place in the 1st floor itself to install the outer unit but the team has suggested to fix the same at the terrace.

                        And they told me only couple of meters of copper pipe is required, I believed them and ask them to proceed.

                        But, after installation they showed a bill of Rs 8, 820/-. The installation cost is 1/2 cost of the air conditioner.

                        I am totally disappointed by the cost and I don't know what to do, but i paid the bill.

                        The purpose of approaching the daikin company installation is to get good service at the actual cost.

                        The installation is good, but the service team forced me too bear the extra cost of copper pipe 5 meter of Rs.4, 250/-, Electrical wire Rs.1, 340/-., which is totally unnecessary., If they installed in the 1st floor.

                        I am totally dissatisfied to bear the extra cost which is because of accepting the service team suggestion.

                        I believed the service team but they planned to sell extra copper pipe and spares, so it proved that they are not worth to believe.

                        I lost the confident on Daikin and in near future the service team will charge extra cost too.

                        So it is better to put an end to it by returning your air conditioner instead of getting embarassed by excess cost.

                        I above detail will explain you how the service team is exploiting the customers of Daikin and how they have wasted the copper pipe and electrical wire.

                          With deep concern, I would like to inform you that Daikin in Pakistan, particularly in Karachi, is not providing us with adequate after-sales services. Their head office is in Lahore, but they never return phone calls to attend to complaints because they don't have spares for under warranty replacements. Their locally assigned subcontractors are entirely ignorant. Without a doubt, Daikin is a world-renowned and reputable brand, but due to poor after-sales and service, we have stopped purchasing from Daikin. We have nearly 400 AC units in our plant and we have 18 such units in Karachi.

                          Since September 9, 2021, the C9/30 complaint about a faulty compressor in an AC unit has gone unresolved. Your Karachi team is not responding quickly enough. Please keep in mind that this AC is installed on our production machine, and we are experiencing production losses as a result of their negligence. We previously encountered many such issues with Daikon, and as a result, we stopped purchasing new Daikon units; however, we are still experiencing issues with previously purchased units. Please advise your Daikon distributors in Pakistan to improve their after-sales services to benefit both customers and the company.

                            My complaint is against head service head Daikin.This is in reference to the air conditioner I purchased on 6th jan 2020. I work for a foreign mission/an embassy in delhi we have all daikin ac’s around.
                            Well I am writing to complaint that I am interested in getting my AC’s cooling coil replaced with coating which protects the cooling coil, as it is a defective and bad quality piece and got ruined in just 20 months which is no long time at all. I demand a new working piece in replacement. I have been your customer from past more than one year and have always purchased most of my electrical items from your brand . Recently we bought four new AC’s - exactly same ones.
                            I believe you will look in to the matter and help me get another new piece. I am really disappointed the way everything was handled. First the technician doesn’t turn up on the specified time by us and it’s important to mention that when the technician came first he said it’s some gas leakage and gas is lost or not there please don’t switch on your machine and the very next day when the other technician came and told another problem which was the cooling coil is not working after only 1 1/2 year of purchase of a new Daikin machine this was surprising for me when he went and kept the air conditioned switched on for hours and hours it was switched on despite of we were told one day before that we need to keep the machine off .

                            . It’s been many days and I am not able to use the air conditioner.

                            I request a replacement of cooling coil which is worth 8000 rs along with gas filling, the gas got affected due to bad quality of cooling coil. the engineer himself told us that the part is totally ruined and component is completely melted down.

                            kindly help asap. if this is happening after purchasing a brand which is daikin. then they are looting the customer totally.

                              Failure of PCB Board with in 2 years

                              Hi,

                              We have purchased DAIKIN ETKL50TV AC from Reliance Retail Limited, Flat No 41 & 42, CTH Road, Near Sangamam Hotel, Ambattur, Chennai-600053 as per Tax Invoice#[protected] Dt 15/10/2019 17:18:57.

                              The Reliance Resq team came for Installation to my home on 17.10.2019 around 01.00 PM and started the installation process and found Gas leak and Heat wave coming from AC Indoor Unit and after installation completed...

                              Purchase Diakin inverter on 2014, as i was told it will reduce my Electric bill. what a fool I was, more than the electric bill, I have changed 4 times the indoor PCB for my Ac, which each time cost me 3500 Rs + . every time when the A/c stops working and when we book a call, authorised service persons come take a look and the next word they utter is, sir, we have to change the PCB. Now Oct 2021, again my Ac conked, same procedure, this time, I told the service personnel that I recently changed my indoor Pcb 5 Months back, and showed them the bill. this time they said, sir your outdoor PCB has to be changed and the cost Rs 10, 100 . thats 30 % of my Ac cost. What a fool I am.

                                I have complained my AC on 22/09/21 to our local service center the technician visit our home and check it and said The PCB and DC Fan motor of indoor part is Not working properly or anymore I have to change PCB and Fan motor It takes one week but now one week is completed now they are saying one more week they are making fools to us . please look into this matter very seriously .They also takes visit charges 500 .Now 11 days happen but no response from your side

                                    From the very first day I bought the Daikin inverter ac 1.5 ton, facing problem since that day, even after complaining a no. Of times when it was in warranty they fixed for sometime and again it didn't worked perfectly, it's been around 3 years, very much unsatisfied with the product, I will advice to all to think more before buying the Daikin product.

                                      I have purchased Daikin 1.5 ton non-inverter spilt ac 3 star ( FTL50TV16) on 25th may, 2020 from your authorized dealer Chawla Refrigeration and sons (copy of the bill enclosed). Within 15 months of purchasing, the AC is not cooling at all. I have lodged a request to Daikin customer care and an engineer came to examine the AC on 21st September, 2021 and pointed out the reason that there is gas leakage problem, also charged Rs. 590 and informed us that the repair cost will be Rs. 3600 for gas filling which is very unreasonable as I have purchased the unit for Rs. 36000 (cost + installation ) and within just 15 month, it is not working. Earlier I have had Voltas spilt ac for the last 7 years without much problem and this time I shifted to Daikin because it is one of the most preferred and trusted brand for air conditioners. But highly disappointed not only with the performance of the AC but also with the customer service because the warrantee period has been expired just before 3 months and it seems asking this much amount for the repairs is a deliberate attempt to earn money from customers by putting inferior quality o[censored]nit. I kindly request you to take necessary actions to resolve this issue without any additional cost.

                                      Two days back I have received a call from daikin customer care (from Miss Poonam Chaurasiya) and asked to send copy of bill of my ac purchasing, I sent the copy through whatsapp to Miss Poonam. Today after reminding on phone of my complaint she replied that they could not help me in this regard because warranty period is over and advice me to talk to the company directly. It is shocking for me such type of response from a leading and popular company. now please send me the phone numbers of top officials and email id .I really need to complaint against daikin customer services and grievance. I have purchased it before 16 months and have to face so many issues. Tell me what should I do.

Three times free service provide in a year by Daikin and nobody tell me the less pressure or leakage of gas..and suddenly all gas leaked...i can not believe.
