Hi I purchased 4 daikin ac from vijay sales for my new house. It was installed in 4 rooms on june 2019 and covered the ac as the work was ongoing. When i shifted to my new home in july 2019 still the my home work was going on. So 3 rooms i got earlier and ac was working properly. When i got my 4th room i started the ac but there was no cooling and it was brand new ac. And painting was going in the room so i had to start ac so it doesnt develop cracks. I complained in vijay sales and lodged a complaint in the vijay sales app also and they arranged for the visit from daikin ac from swastik engineering. The engineer came on the 2nd day of the complaint and told that pcb is not working will have to replace and no gas. Then he started asking who installed the ac. Give me the delivery challan and all and he left without any repairing. Again i lodged the complain for next 3-4 days of continuos call still no response from vijay sales either from swastik engineering so i gave the ultimatum to take the ac as i will get the ac from other brand so they registered the complaint and again from swastik engineering on the 2nd day of the complaint visited my home and again said the same thing that pcb and no gas and i have lodged the request for replacement of pcb. Then after 2 days the engineer visited and replaced pcb but dint repair the gas. So again he requested in daikin for the gas and they said engineer will visit tomorrow for gas. During this process my complained cannot be tracked in vijay sales it was showing solved but still engineer has not completed the repair/replacement. I requested them as my work is stopped please arrange for the engineer visit as early as possible but n they dint, they did everything according to their time management. This process took 8-9 days which i think is not taken for the brand new ac nor did they replace the ac as it was faulty and my room painting is pending for last 9 days occuring heavy loss to me due to the improper response, poor time management from swastik engineering daikin ac and vijay sales.
