[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — inverter split ac-worst organisation in customer services and after sales services | |||
I purchased a inverter 1.5 ton split ac from vijay sales indirapuram on march 24, 2019. It got delivered at my place on march 26, 2019. I received a installation call (From unique refrigeration, vaishali) on the same day and i informed them that i will not be available home hence place arrange installation on saturday/sunday. I did not received any call post that. Waiting on saturday for the complete day i called them (Udhav) on sunday morning at 10.30 am where in he confirmed me that engineer will come by 4 pm today. After me following up with the engineer for 10 timed he reached to my place at 6 pm. He started installation. External unit was suppose to be hanged on the ceiling as there is no other space for the same. He hanged the unit after making 10 different holes in my ceiling but still he was not able to hang it straight. When i asked him to do it properly he started saying"ye aise hi lagta hai". After i forced him to do the corrections he started doing a new hole in the ceiling and with the hammer he spoiled the external unit while installation. I sent him back without installation. Today its been 8 days and my ac is neither installed nor replaced. I have spoken to 10 different people in daikin but no support received from your end. Was this information helpful? | |||
