Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — Unable to resolve my AC issue | |||
Hi, I purchased a daikin ac and the invoice number is - amb-cnt-19-1083 Model number (Outdoor)- rkls0tv16v (Indoor unit)- atkls0tv16v And it was installed by sukhmani aircon authorized service provider on 27/10/2019. A few weeks back i started facing cooling issues and i lodged a complaint on 19/05/2020. My complaint number is - del[protected] Customer id is[protected] They visited 4 times till now and unable to resolve the issue. Every time they send some new guy which has no clue about previous work and they keep wasting my time. I called their manager and seniors but they were also unable to provide me with the answers. It has been 6-7 days and i'm struggling a lot with them. I lodged twitter complaint too and they said they are discussing the issue with the team. As you know, the current temperature is too hot and it's difficult to survive without ac. I've my family members too and they are also facing other health issues due to high temperature. I'm calling and requesting them everyday but they are not taking the requests seriously. Now, i don't have a clue about how to fight against them.
