Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company [Dgvcl] — Meter Checking for high amount bill generated

My April-May 25 electricity bill was generated to very high i.e. for Rs. 11128.02 which never generated during last one year as i also have solar power connection. I had contacted concerned DGVCL office at Pal, Surat (Gujarat) for the same. They could not satisfy me and asked to get the meter checked.
For meter checking, they asked to submit application and to pay Rs. 100/- for service charge. I am enclosing herewith copy of bill and receipt for Rs. 100/-.

Today i.e. on 05.07.2025, one Shri Satish (as identified by truecaller) (mobile number ([protected]) called me and came for checking the meter. However, he did not check the meter stating that he did not come with meter checking machine of 3 phase connection and he also asked extra money for the reason that for 3 phase connection, Rs. 100/- is not proper.

First of all, when Rs. 100/- was to be paid as asked by DGVCL staf[censored]pon my visit, how the service person can ask me to pay additional amount? Moreover, he should have well equipped with the proper machine after checking all details of connection as consumer number is mentioned in application for meter checking.

On telling same, Shri Satish (Service Person) denied to check the meter and wrote something in my application form which he carried with him.
MY METER WAS NOT CHECKED AND I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. IT IS REQUESTED TO GET IT CHECKED AND SATISFY ME ABOUT MY EXCESS/HIGH BILL GENERATION.
