My account number [protected]. Bill not uploaded on time by DHBVN and done complaint so many times and email and complaints over web portal. But bill was uploaded today and paid immediately but with late payment surcharges. I have not received any reversal of late payment assurance received. I tried to fetch the bill everyday so many times but got message bill not uploaded. Please help me to get the reversal and the date of the bill should be generated every month.
