Dear sir,

I request to change my name in electricity bill on dated 12.01.2018 and applicable fee and docs same day submitted. After this i received message to submit co-owner and prev-owner consents. I have submitted on dated 26.02.2018. After this i have not received any message neither my change in electricity bill. Now please let me know why my name not changed in electricity bill. I have received current month electricity bill for the name of previous owner.

Please change my name electricity bill.

This is regarding change of name in electricity bill. I make my request on dated 12.01.18 and now about 3 month passed and still my request not accepted. I have submitted fee and required docs. Please look into the matter and reference of mail attached herewith.
