Meter readers are not taking correct unit reading. Because of that readings get accumulated and than a consolidate electricity bill is given to consumers. This bill is calculated on single billing cycle. But units are of previous months. It is resulting in calculation of bill on higher charge slabs.
I have approached local electricity office on several times but they are not listening. I am facing this issue for last 1.5 years and paid excessive bill.
Pls correct my bill as per charges slab of electricity.

I am resident of C 349 Sai Kunj Gali No 22 New Palam Vihar Sector 110, Gurgaon, Haryana. There is no electricity since long time. Its been more than 5 hours now. I have also registered compliant multiple times times but still I have no updation regarding electricity supply. How much more time I have to wait for electricity now. When I called at DHBVN they said your complaint is already registered but we don't have any update from supplier of your area.
They shared one number but that number is switched off. How can I know what's the issue & how much more time it will take to resolve the issue. Its more than 15 hours of electricity cut as of now. Please look into the matter at the earliest & atleast intimate us in case of any bigger issue.

I want to draw your kind attention towards one of the major problem we are facing related electricity services.

From last more than 6 months no one turned up to our place for actual meter reading and kept on sending me the estimated bill. Earlier We requested also from the person who takes the meter reading in our locality but he refused and went back without taking meter reading.

Now again he came on 9th Aug'22 for the meter reading and ladies were available at home who requested him to take the actual meter reading however again he refused and the way he responded with ladies was not professional at all. He was very rude, unprofessional and obscene. He said " Jo ukhadna hai Ukhad lena, Jo karna hai kar lena, nahi le raha mai meter reading"

This was the actual statement he used and went back again without taking the meter reading.

Again he came next day and then again they requested so somehow he agreed to take the meter reading. When he took the meter reading the bill came of Rs. 13501 which is way to high to pay for any middle class family in one go also the bill has come higher due to high meter reading.

If the actual meter reading would have taken on time, we must not have received such a high bill as well as we would not have to take hassle to pay a huge amount in one go.

If this is the kind of service you guys are supposed to deliver then I am so sorry, you all really need to look into this matter on priority basis else again it would be acquired by someone else and you guys will not be able to sustain for longer period of time.

As a basic courtesy the person who came for meter reading would have been atleast spoken to ladies in professional way.

I am attaching the copy of bill as well as the photo of the person who came for the meter reading.

I would urge you all to kindly look into this and revise my bill as per normal billing because if the meter reading would have happened on time, I would have never recieved the bill if 1839 unit consumption and 13501 Rs. bill.

It's a Red Alert 🚨 situation for the entire electricity board/team and hence I urge you all to kindly look into this ASAP.

3 days back some people claiming to be from electricity department came and took our meter without through inspection and now asking for 55k as theft charge without any proof. No electricity since 3 days and they are not ready to listen.

electricity supply problem from last 8 hours.

I am a resident of Madan Puri, Gurgaon, I raised a compliant today at 2 pm to Dakshin Haryana bijli vitran nigam, but it is not resolved at 4 pm, our area line man is not take the action on our compliant, so I request you to increase the line man quantity, because as per discussion he has lot of work and he can't come to our house to resolve our compliant, this compliant for new coloney Gurgaon DHVBN department and i also raised the compliant 1912 at 2 PM, they don't able to send the line man and give me time and advise to me wait, I have a question what is the timeline to reach the line man against any compliant.

I am resident of neemka Village colony. We are facing power cut of approximately 18-20 hrs from last two days which are affecting our daily routine life. Kindly look into matter and take necessary action please.

Dear Sir we are residents of Nikhil vihar ismailpur extension Faridabad, here everyday we face more than 20 hours of power cut. JE asking money to resume supply. We have made several complaints lots of mail messages chat calls but yet nothing improvement.

Since last night almost from 10:30 pm to now 13.7.22 at 1 pm there's no power supply to our area Shiv colony gali 3 Palla . N ow the situation is worsen in our area .Please look at this asap .

I am a Resident of D5 Block Shiv Durga Vihar Near Radha Krishna Mandir Faridabad, In our Colony there is a Transformer which was in a very Bad condition since last 4 months and now it was not able to carry out the load of Electricity demand of area.
There was frequent Huge sparks and Flames in the transformer nearly every day and the wires Fall directly on the ground which is Very Hazardous to Life of the Passersby and local people. In addition it causes Power cut in the Area for about 3-6 Hours.
Local residents are now tired of Calling the electrician everyday they also keep on saying that This Transformer was not able carry out the load of the area it needs to be Changed or the power supply should be divided on other lines.

I request you to kindly look into the Matter, This Transformer has became a Hazard to life of the Passersby and creating distress among the Residents. kindly take the right Action the Whole Colony Will be Highly Grateful to you.

We have been living in sector 45 since last week and have been facing voltage fluctuations, on calling the electricity department of Haryana they are saying that the complaint has been already resolved but there is no action being taken since long time.

I'm a student belongs to rewari and doing a professional course online for which I have to take online classes on regular basis but due to frequent load shedding and voltage fluctuations in Mukti wara Rewari. My laptop got damaged a couple of times. I belong to a middle class family and can't afford such heavy charges. This even leads to anxiety and depression issues amongst student who are trying to built a better future for themselves.
This is my huge request to please take some measure actions to stop the problem of load shedding and frequent power cuts in Mukti wara Rewari.

Dayal bagh C block is continuously having electricity trouble, and for your information last 24 hours in this hot weather has made life hell. No action has been seen on complaints made.
As tax payers, we need the elaborative RCA of the problem due to which you cannot fullfill the power needs here.
This communication should be treated as RTI, with earliest reply... or further action will be taken.
