Electric voltage fluctuation

From last month there is huge voltage fluctuation in the Patel nagar area near sector 15 part 2 behind sbi bank main branch gurgaon. It's a daily problem and usually occurs between 9 pm- 1am the voltage is 150-170. Please resolve this issue I have already suffered for few electric appliances loss because of this electric fluctuation. Please resolve the problem asap....

Very high sundry charges/allowances calim by dhbvn in the bill

I would like to inform you that Sundry Charges/Allowances which is equal to 50% on total bill amount newly charged by DHBVN in domestic bill even though there were already existing so many charges claimed by DHBN like:
* Fuel Surcharge Adjustment
* Electricity Duty
* Municipal Tax
Although there are no any new service given by DHBVN so why this extra charged claimed by DHBVN....

Excess power cut

Hello,
There is 16 hrs power cut at I.P. colony, sector-33 Faridabad, all resident of this colony are good tax payer and none of any person is defaulter regarding electricity bill, in spite of this the person can not sleep continuous 6 hrs at the night due to no electricity, what a bad luck of people of this colony and county also. Why you people not is moving forward to improve the things....

False Electric Billing

"I had made payment of my electricity bill using net banking.the amount has been debited from my account but not credited as bill payment,I had made complain to my bank they said that the payment has been received by third party.I also tried to contact the customer care of DHBVN via Email,as there was not any contact number for online bill payment enquiry. Wrong billing

I had lodged complaint in Jan 07 for faulty meter reading since the period of Oct 06 onwards.DHBVN had inspected the same and verified that meter was faulty as it was working even when no Load was put .Therefore new meter was installed in Apr 07 after payment of 1750 rs. However even the new meter stopped working in July 07 which was promptly informed in July itself to DHBVN.DHBVN assured us to change the same immediately but finally changed...

DHBVN-Faridabad (Electricity)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sector-19 in Faridabad suffers unpredicted cuts and outages every summer. Yesterday evening (20 May 09) their was an outage at 21:30 hrs which could be restored temporarily today at 09:45 AM (outage lasting for almost 12 hours) in extreme summer. Regarind Meter Replacement (DD-16-2725)

Reffering to the meter no. DD-16-2725, the electric meter was not working since 15.07.2008. And we place the complaint for the same. Error in Meter Reading and wrong billing

This is to bring into your kind notice that from the last 8 months I am running to DHBVN Jawahar Colony office due to wrong reading given on the bills and consumed Units are more than our average units.

There is no electricity from last 8 hours. I have contacted the company through their calling number ie. 1912 100 times but it is busy, I also registered 1 complaint online on their portal but issue is not yet resolved. Complaint no. Is DS[protected]. Also, asked them to call back from online portal request, but haven’t received any call yet.

    I have been raising my low voltage issue via different complaints with Dhbvn customer care and they have raised multiple complaints(not sure they have raised them correctly or not) but all the time complaints are being closed without resolutions. I have been fed up with same response and no resolution, hence writing it to higher authorities to get it fixed.
    Can you help me to fix my low voltage issue that is appearing daily after 9PM for almost whole night. We are paying money for 230-240v not for 150-180v then why getting so much low voltage during night, it damaged the life of electronic/electric appliances as well where AC etc don't work at all in this hot weather.
    We work during the day and need good sleep so that can work next day but because of this sleep cycle is getting impacted a lot.

    Following are the complaints I have raised with DHBVN since few days for your reference.Shamelessly all of them marked resolved by DHBVN without any resolution.

      In month of November 2023 they taken reading and when checked the bill copy observed reading charged twicely and bill received of Rs. 22599/-. As per my previous record never received high bill value but after my complaints they said bill is okay. this is really very bad services provided by the DHBVNL and they are harassing to the consumer very badly. please help

        Connection is on the name of Ranjit Kumar Jha. I was paying our electricity bills regularly using online payment system because DHBVN officer didn't send copy of bills so I checked my bills online and paid using online mode. But suddenly I was surprised by saw bill of Rs. 19643.00 with 2511.5 Units meter reading after that I was trying to contact DHBVN officer so many time but they saying you have to pay that bill amount I was trying to described my problem but no one is ready to listen me and they are kept saying pay your bill other wise we will disconnect your connection and collect electricity meter. My problem is only that I was not running any factory I have small family and we have couple of fans, one refrigerator, tv and
        utilities of daily use and we are five members, But my meter is running too fast and cross 700 t0 800 per month I raised a complaint for same but no avail. Last time when I tried to contact DHBVN officer they said its your responsibility to provide reading to our office we don't have much employee strength I asked him we are paying our bills included service or etc charges why. DHBVN office address is sec 34 faridabad haryana 121001. Please do need full I am just tired by trying to ask for help in DHBVN office. I have made also online complain but it replies in process. After two days got mail it is ok. You have to pay.
        I just want to know why we are paying income tax, service tax etc tax only for that we need to their work too. I have lot to say about DHBVN officers but can't write everything on a post.

        Please do need full and any thing else from my side please contact me.

          I Tribandra Kumar Pande, consumer number [protected] is not having power supply for the last 3-4 hours, for which the complaint was lodged to [protected], got the reply that since work by TATA is going on they can't tell when the supply will be resolved. Later on Ms Bhavna CCE [protected] was unable me to connect to her floor incharge as he is not available. Further she refused to divulge the name of her floor incharge to me. You are requested to please take up the matter at your level. Furtrher i request youself to please also put this information in the URJA MAITRE app, so that the consumer is not harrased to contact here and there and waist his time.

            We were trying to get the name of electric meter changed but the documents which were asked were not even mentioned on their own website.
            These guys asked us to give a declaration that any pending charges arising from last 3 years will be paid by us.

            We have moved to the floor only 3 months ago. This is in addition to the NOC required by the previous owner despite us uploading a copy of sale deed

            Very frequent power cuts in dlf phase 2 irrespective of time of the day. No action taken on several complaints.
