Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam — New Electric Connection not Provided and Application Rejected after 1 month | |||
Hi Sir/ Ma’am, Please note below details against by complaint. I had applied for New Electric Connection in name of my mother (Smt. Santosh) on dated 13/10/2021 and as per process & form given in website of Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited. Summary:- 1.) Aplication Number G[protected] 2.) Application Dated 13/10/2021 3.) Entire Fees Paid on Dated 13/10/2021 4.) Application Approved and service Connection order issued on Dated 21/10/2021 5.) Application Rejected and sms received for same on dated 13/11/2021 But after several requests (as written) to Customer Care Mail ID : [protected]@dhbvn.org.in, it has not provided Electric Connection till date and after 1 month, they rejected my Application without sharing any written report for Rejection of Application. I had been requested several times for Electric Connection on above said mail ID and also marked many emails on mail ID of MD/CEO of DHBVN in last 1 month (i.e. [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@dhbvn.org.in). But there is no solution from them till date. I got response from Mail ID ([protected]@dhbvn.org.in) with few magic words i.e. "To Wait" OR "Order for Service connection has been issued" and after Rejection of Application on 13/11/2021, they are saying “To Visit at Sub-Division”. I thing, they don’t have any control on internal system or not wanted to provide any resolution. I am not surprised with this Approach from DHBVN, because there is practice / job of few persons who is doing it regular basis and for some bribe. It has been informed to me by some of same experience people/consumers who leaving surrounding me. I already also been informed to DHBVN that their team is doing is regular and with intention for some bribe only. But they have not taken my request/ information on serious basis and allowed them to Reject my application. It is informed you to that the many peoples are corrupted in system of DHBVN and lot of people informed to give some bribe to get immediate Electric Connection. Pls look inside of said request and help to provide me resolution on below issues. 1.) Refund my entire Fees @6100/- as i Paid. 2.) Written Report for Rejection of Application (as said in RTI act) and their supportive evidence. 3.) Delaying in providing Electric Connection or Rejection of Application. Or otherwise, my Electric Connection at least. Please be noted that DHBVN Team may ask for many documents which is not relevant for Rejection of Application. As per list given in website of DHBVN itself says that they Applicant need to submit only three documents along with Fees i.e. Proof for Ownership of Property (in same Name), Identity Proof (like Aadhar) and Photos. Same was uploaded / provided by me. I took assistance from specialist for filing of my Applicant and had paid additional fees @ INR 400/- as consultancy fees for submission & preparation of Application on Web portal of DHBVN. Need forward for your support & cooperation to get best resolution. First preference to get Electric Connection without any bribe. Thank you in advance for your kind support & resolution.
