Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam — wrong bill generated and after complaint also not solving the issue

I am getting the wrong bill since starting of 2017 and many times, i filed written, online complaints but no body is taking any action and bill is getting generated wrongly. I had written mail to executive engg at [protected]@gmail.com but did not get any response. My account number is : [protected] and want my bill to correct. Kindly help me and do the needful. I can not pay high bill which is wrongly generate. For your information, my house is also closed since 2017.
