Dakshin Honda — worst service - incompetent engineers

The service quality at Dakshin Honda has gone bad to worst. 3 years ago there was a rattling noise from front left side. Over the period of next 2 yrs they replaced, lowe arms, link rods and suspension without success at my cost. Later an irritating shouting was required for them to diagnose the issue with windshield sealant. I had to pay for all their incompetency to resolve the issue.
Recently i gave the car again for water leaking in the front passenger side. They took 4 days to resolve the issue and in return created another issues, door was not unlocking using remote.
Very easily they blamed the the autocop fitment and upon escalation they said the parts needs to be changed which took 3 weeks and didn't resolve the issue. Again the same blame game and they put a bypass wire to resolve the issue. Again their incompetence to diagnose that the window glass was causing the stress on the wiring due to which the issue was coming up. (This was diagnosed by ab outside vendor).
I did escalate to the feedback team and requested a call back from senior manager. No calls received.
Even email to support team is falling to blind people. No response or call back.
Worst ever experience. I had been a loyal customer to Dakshin Honda since last 11 yrs and current team has totally crashed my confidence in the ability of Dakshin Honda engineers and thr manager to understand and resolve the issues. Not sure if this also will be going to trash.
