[Resolved] Datawind Innovations — tablet broken and not working | |||||
Hello team, I have recently placed an order of datawind tablet on 18 sep 2017 worth inr 3398/- looking at the airtel digital tv commercials and got it delivered today at my address. It's highly unfortunate that the tablet is not even in working condition and the screen is in broken condition : (: (: (Even before ensuring the working condition of the tablet, the courier guy has collected the cash and left the place immediately, he's not even picking the call now. I am very disheartened that the toll free number :[protected] is also not working to inform the issue. It was mentioned that keyboard was also part of the product during purchase and it's not available. Phone battery indicating 100% as soon as plugged in and goes to zero immediately after plugging out. Please refer attached image of the broken product, is this the way an electronic good to be packaged??? 😡 worst product ever!!! Kindly request to collect it back and refund the money as soon as possible. I have already sent a mail on 23rd September itself. Refer screenshots for reference also your toll free number keeps on putting us on-hold and never connects to a support representative.
