[Resolved] Datawind Innovations — Ubislyte3g7x not working, keyboard & gift scratch card not sent till date | |||||
Sir, I rakesh mehrotra, purchased one datawind ubislyte 3g7x tab with key board for rs. 3500/-, by phone, after seeing the add on tv that the said article would be send along with key board & a gift scratch card (Assured gift). After receipt of parcel (After paying rs. 3500/-) on opening it was found that the parcel was containing a tab and a charger no key board & gift scratch card were in-side parcel. However there were two stickers on the parcel stating ‘please send a sms with your full name and address along with your order number to mobile no.+91 [protected] & the sms were sent as per direction with the receipt of contents. On the cover of the parcel, information/details on the pasted invoice were printed as below; Seller: Ak edu tecnologies pvt ltd hyderabad. Tho, opp. Gmr old site office, Rajiv gandhi international airport, Shamsabad. Hyderabad 500409 Vat. [protected]. The invoice no. Akecomt[protected] Buyer’s order no. Ccc31xef-1 Despatched through ecom express. Despatch date 20/03/2017 Cash on delivery …. With a bar code and no.[protected]. Terms & delivery dst/sc:up\lkb My order was placed through my phone no.[protected] alternatively one more mob. No.[protected] was given to the concerned person who was collecting the order by that time. On non receipt of key board & & gift scratch card the matter was taken on phone nos but it was flatly denied stating that these numbers are not registered with them. Thereafter a series of conversations took place through e-mail & pdf’s of parcel packet as well as dispatchers tracking were sent as attachments (The same are also attached for your perusal) but sorry to say that no reply has been received till date, what else proof may be given to convince that said parcel was send by datawind. Now the problem is that the tab is not working in the circumstances if i lodge a complaint treating it to be unregistered consignment no response will be given from your end. I suspect the credibility of your company in the circumstances i wish to return back the tab treating it to a lesson not only for me but to aware my nears & dears as well as to other persons with the available media not to deal with datawind. I am sorry to say that despite repeated complaints/requests updating the condition of the tab no ears have been given till today.
I lodged a complaint against Datawind Innovations — Ubislyte3g7x on 20th June, 2017 as the said tab was not working, the keyboard which was assured to be sent as accessory with the Tab along with gift scratch card, as with not receipt of such contents on taking up the matter flatly denied that it had not been delivered at their end on taking this matter with this forum they accepted that the delivery pertains with them in the mean time the development took place that the battery started swallowing up resulted with the opening of Tab's joints. In this connection relative pictures were also been loaded through this forum but no response have been shared till date. Today further gone with the forum I found that Datawind Innovations had marked off the Complaint as Resolved on Jul 28, 2017 which is totally false as not a single contact had been made nothing had been resolved. I humbly request with the forum that be beware with such company and some efforts may plz be made to enlighten the public with such glaring and cheating advertisement that are going on TVs those are black spots on the e-commerce such malpractices should be stopped.
I further state that no communication or efforts have been made till date and the resolving of complaint is totally false.

मैंने (राकेश मेहरोत्रा) डाटाविंड कम्पनी से एक टैब आन लाईन मँगवा था जिसके साथ की-बोर्ड नहीं भेजा गया इस सम्बन्ध में जब जब कम्पनी से बात की गई पहले तो मुकर गए कि हमारे द्वारा भेजा ही नहीं गया परन्तु जब मैंने कन्ज्यूमर पोर्टल के माध्यम से डाटाविंड कम्पनी के गैर-जिम्मेदाराना अविश्वसनीय तौर पर किए जा रहे व्यापार तथा का पर्दाफाश किया । अब कम्पनी का अगला गैर-जिम्मेदाराना रवैय्या देखिए कि दो दिन पहले मेरे पास एक फोन आता है कि आपने किस मोबाईल से रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाया था तथा माडल बताऐं तब वे की-बोर्ड भेजेंगें। जरा कम्पनी का मजाक देखें कि इतना सब हो गया पोर्टल पर मैंनें बैटरी फूलने की जानकारी देते हुए बैटरी फूलने के कारण खुल गए नोटपैड की तस्बीरें कन्ज्यूमर पोर्टल पोस्ट कीं जिसपर उन्होंने चुप्पी साध ली तथा समय बितानेवाला (TIME KILLING) वाला रास्ता निकाला। मजा देखिए अब छ: महीने बाद मोबाइल पर फोन करते हैं और फोन नम्बर पूछते हैं।
मैं तो यह सोच कर सनतोष कर लूँगा कि 3500/- किसी चोर उच्चके ने छीन लिए साथ ही मुछे अब इस कम्पनी से कोई व्यहार नहीं करना है बल्कि मैं अपने सभी साथियों से अनुरोध करना चाहता हूँ कि सभी लोग इस प्रकार की गैर-जिम्मेदार और अविश्वसनीय कम्पनी से सावधान रहें साथ ही इनसे किसी भी प्रकार का कोई भी गैजेट न खरीदें। साथ ही मैं इस पोस्ट के अपने सभी साथियों से अनुरोध करना चाहूँगा कि वे इस पोस्ट को आगे बढाऐं जिससे कि कम्पनी को अपने किए की सजा खुद ब खुद मिले।
