DCB Bank — Useless staff

I have my OD ACCOUNT IN DCB bank Jogeshwari branch, staff are not cooperating, mr Sohail khatib and tamana shaikh, not ready to give me DD Print out, for just 10 minutes work they had taken 2 hour to just print out . No one had there responsibility
