[Resolved]  DCB Bank — Fraud activity done by DCB Employee

My cousin Ravi Rai applied loan from DCB Bank got a sanctioned letter @10.45% due to high rate of interest he denied to take a loan( shared multiple mail to bank team for closure of process)during complete process Sunil made multiple fake commitment.

Without Ravi’s wife presence in Mumbai Sunil made fake signatures and submitted for further process.

During this Hussle Ravi lost his deal and communicated to Sunil along with there team to stop the processing but Sunil wanted some bribe to stop the process.

Then on behalf of him I dropped an email to DCB INDIA nodal officer and customer care (attached mail in snap) but from last 3 weeks they are still analysing and no further step. On 4th December 2022 early morning Ravi got an email of EMI deduction.

My question to DCB bank:
1. How DCB BANK employee can do the signature of applicant?
2. Ravi did not received any payment then how you deducted the amount on a name of EMI?
3. Without submitting registration copy of agreement your team released the payment and whom u released the loan amount?
4. Do you really want customers? Then give better service otherwise every time you have to commit same type of fraud.
5. Once having discussion with Sunil he said “Sir chai pani ke liye kuchh de dijiye loan process stop kar denge”? Are you not taking care of your employee tea/coffee?

Please check with Sunil from where’s tea/coffee he wants?

6. Without doing any disbursement how your team is expecting an EMI?

If this process will not sorted as soon as possible and deducted amount refunded then we will file suite/complaint on a name of #dcbbank and Sunil.
