Dcb bank 3rd grade bank meri ray me to dcb bank se loan lene ki bajay hum log hamri city ya ganv ke kisi baniye se loan lena jyada sasta or badhiya he dcb bank ka 100% falls commitment he maje ki baat ye he ki is bank me senior post pe koi bhi adhikari nahi he. Mene ten lakh1000000/[protected]@ 31/7/17 ko paid kiya jo 10/8/17 tak inke system me update nahi hua wo galti bhi dcb costumer ki mujhe to un logo par affsos hota he ki grameen kam padhe likhe jinko a/c ki koi knowledge nahi he unko kitna nuksan hota hoga my mobile no. With due respect to state that, I am Mohammedhanif Malik I have taken home loan from dcb bank then after I am ready for closing my home loan ac for that I am request a complain to bank on 27 june 2019 the req id is CS9914 and CS9918 but still My a/c not a closure from dcb bank. So that I'm call to H.o branch at C.g road but no one received my cll, so i am came to at DCB H.o branch, C.g. Road and say why should no one pick up customer phn and talk to miss Priyanka who is customer supporters but I am shocked she was talk like very arrogant, she also say it's all DCB bank terms and conditions within 15 dys process, so I am checking online dcb bank terms and conditions there was no one terms or conditions present like she say to me, after that I m calling customer care he also say to me more than 7 days to approve foreclosure ltr application after that I m talk to manager she also Girl, she favour to miss Priyanka and says to me your letter will given to 17 July, other than you do what you want this is behaving like customer representative I m also attract his attention for nxt moth interest charges but she says it's not may matter, so I want to dcb bank taken action against Miss Priyanka like her customer behave and plz approved my application as early possible. This a very urgent case.
I also give writing application tomorrow at head branch, cg road and west my dy.
