My car Ertiga ZDI DL2CAU 7881 was received by Amit Tyagi At Patel Nagar Work Shop on 21 Sept 2020. Since then continiously I followed the lazy and dull staffs for geting the work order from Insurance company..work Order was received on 11 Oct..Then for starting work on it i followed more than 50 times. It was accidental case. Without Acknowledging me Mr Tyagi mentioned Delivery date 21 Dec 2020. When I objected this delayed delivery, Mr Sandeep Harris Body Shop Manager promised to complete the work and deliver it by Nov 15. He has assured me Daily compensation in case delivery is delayed.
Even after one month of due date and Delivery order from Insurance Company 7 days back, there is no formal communication from Harris. On Last Monday I asked to him for some compensation in wake of delay and Discount, he told that he will discuss this with Mr Arora and ll revert me.. but It has been three days I m waiting for his call.
Someone in the DD Staffs told me that the work on my car was started after much delay in 3rd week of November.
My experience in the past as well as this time has been very poor with the Body Shop Manager. He is the most inefficient and unprofessional staff at DD.
Although I m not very hopeful of any action on these staffs, but please ask these fools to complete the process. This is Worst ever experience
