I have given car for Denting & painting
But paint quality is not up to mark as company given
&
My reverse sensors are not fitted when they hand over me a car
They said established from outside we are not doing this job because 2 sensors are damaged (But it's properly working when I was hand over the car to DD MOTORS)
It's very rediculous thing but I said ok I have done from outside it's very small thing
But when I fitted from outside I saw that inner machine is damaged & tie up with Tape
When I was install it the sensors are not working in fact full machine is damaged
Then I bought new
It's a request kindly strict action who has done wrong with me & update me asap
I was spend ₹2500 more from outside

      Dear sir,

      My name is Krishan Yadav. My car no.DL10CK5865. my car have fault not start properly then I have given my car in service centre DD MOTARS mundka. They told me diesel pump not working. I have changed in dd motors workshop that part but still asitis problem.Again I have sent my car body shop for accidental cover. They did low quality work. I have faced same starting problem again . There Naveen dabas who is advisor, Naveen ji is not telling in any way, sometimes he say that there is a problem in your ECM, so I asked him if I change it, the problem will end, then he says that after installing the ECM Iwill know that when I There is a problem or there is some other problem, according to him, first I got the diesel pump changed or this problem is being faced, now he is asking me to change the ECM then I told him that you check by installing with ECM chip from the company's side. Tell me what is the problem of ECM, then he said that the company does not have a SIM, Then he said, you buy 35, 000 ECM and we will check what I will do, do DD Motors work like this, do Maruti vehicles bother their customers in today's time in this way, is there any way to do it? No, I am troubled for 2 months, I request you to give solution to my problem.

        I had given my car for car service and i Haven't enough time so i hired a Serviceman from DD motors peeragarhi so he took the car from home and i had given him all the instructions
        Related to car service such as Wheel balancing, upholstery cleaning, fip calibration, front disc brake pad. After he gave the car I was not there he gave the car keys to my worker. After that i had not used the car it's on garage because I was ill only my son had used the car for family purpose. After that i checked the car there was no upholstery cleaning done by them and my car had also gear issue and gives a lot pollution I am very disappointed by your poor service please kindly take action immediately.

          Please tell me what is the recent status about DD city/DD Motors`s plot fraud in Faridabad . What was High court decision about this builder who sold this property to BPTP in spite of taking booking amount from many customers . I want my money back with interest what should I do for this?. I have heard High court in its pronounced judgement ordered the builder to return money with interest. Please give all these details

            Dear sir/ ma'am,
            Namaste 🙏,
            I am Kalicharan Verma, bought Maruti Wagon R lxi cng in June 2018 from DD motors Maya Puri, New Delhi.
            Got three service done by your workshop. I always requested pick up and drops.
            And told about my requirement that my car is not giving mileage on cng fuel please check ! After getting cylinder full around 7.5- 8 kg only mileage I am getting 100-120 km only.
            They never bothered about it. And I stopped taking service from dd motor.
            Now after getting hydro test After 3 years which is mandatory the mileage has gone down sharply from 100-85 km in full cylinder.
            No body outsider is ready to check it as its company's fitted.
            Dd motor called me regularly for service for what service they call only to change engin oil, break oil and air filter change and washing the car that's it.
            As many times customer Executive called me i asked for the cng tuning service first rest latter but no body is there to help me because you people think nothing wrong will happen to your cng kit fitting but its troubling me from the day one and no one checked on it even making request every time car came for service at dd motor maya Puri service centre.
            By default you gave me such unwanted thing which is troubling me till date.
            I heard saying people that their Wagon r runs 200-225 km in one time full cylinder and see I bearing with such low quality poor work done by your technicians fitting cng kit in my company fitted kit.
            Uf[censored]nbearable now.
            Hope you have some answers!

              On 29/7/2021, I went to the DD Motors mayapuri for fault in my car number DLNCQS1268. Job card number was 21003320. Service adviser Mr. Naveen ([protected]) was there who prepared the job card. My Car was getting turned off during driving and burning smell was all over there around engine. After the job done Mr. Naveen called and as per him there was no fault in my car. After payment of Rs.1000/- car was handed over to me. But on same day my car again stopped and burning smell was still there. Then I went to local car mechanic and with in a minute he find out that there was leakage in cooling system and because of that car engine overheated. He proved the same by putting water which came out from leakages.
              Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible because this kind of negligence can cost someone's life on some day.

                Dear sir,
                i went to wazirpur service center on 18.06.2021 with a complaint
                as, my wagon r car registration no.Dl8c ax 9512,
                that, my car is not starting properly and wherever i stops the car, it keeps on missing. I asked service center workers to check my car properly and solve this starting problem.
                After checking my car, service center workers told me about self starter have to change as it is not working.
                So, i agreed and they changed my car's slip starter.
                The bill generate is of amount 12014/- which have been paid by cheque.

                but after taking delivery, when i reach home and stop my car. I tried to start it again but i failed, because same problem was there. I asked to service centre but no propper reply was made to me. I went there today 13.07.2021, with car to recheck it, they told that
                battery has to change, and there is battery problem and not slip starter problem.

                This is very irritating, i strictly requesting you to please refund my payment of rs.12014/- as they have changed wrong part of car. Please help me to get proper service of my car in wazirpur service centre.

                      I was gone on yesterday for car service in dd motors wazirpur as per booking massage. As per massage labour charges less than 25% in all labour charges but less than only 5% & extra charges to be made separately. Last year my car service not good after this I gone for car service again yesterday. If you do not solve my problem 24 hrs I will complaint maruti Suzuki Ltd against dd motors...so please see it...thanks my vehicle no.DL9CAR4262

                            Myself dr sanjay Agrawal is an owner of mariti swift dzire since 2010.throughtout this period i got the insurance for the vehicle through maruti insurance at dd motors

                            recently after so long i planned to purchase a new car from outside maruti.I contacted maruti insurance on 25.12.20 requesting them to inform about the procedure to transfer the ncb of my present insurance to new vehicle.i was asked to submit an application along with copy of RC & insurance which i did.
                            On 26.12.20 i again queried about the status of my application when i was informed that i have to resubmit the application in a changed version.I resubmitted the same
                            Now i am being informed that it will take 7 days for addressal of my problem .

                            i have 2 issues
                            if my application was not correct i could have been informed so that reapplication could have been submitted in time

                            it takes n number of phone calls to talk to the concerned person( Ms Renu). in none of the incidence she informed me the status

                            this is in contrast to the time when renewal of policy is to be done when all sorts of incentives and collection and sending of policy to my residence is provided by dd motors. those time we are given assurance that all needful will be done and we receive calls at anytime convinient to ddmotors

                            i had a similar bad experience in 2010 when the incharge of true valve was not addressing my calls of RC transfer and disconnecting the calls
                            i enquire why such incidence happen when dd motors needs to look after their client

                            i have send 2 mails to ins.[protected]@ddmotors.net on 25.12 and 26.12.20 from my email (same as above).Call registry of dd motors can be checked for number of calls received from [protected]

                            i hope that this issue will be addressed and needful be done
                            Hoping corrective measures be taken

                                Really such a pathetic service they are provided.
                                This side Tushar on behalf of Bharti, vehicle no-DL9CAM7997, actually I had delivered my vehicle(ciaz) to wazir pur service center for service but after that I am getting so many issues in vehicle. In between 2 months I have sent my vehicle to service center approximately 5 times but there is no solution firstly they said different issue i had paid for that and after some days I got another issue in my vehicle of heating for that your team also charged then your team give me full surity that there will no issues regarding this heating problem but when I have drived my vehicles for 8-10 kms there is same problem I am facing.
                                There is no coordinator who can give me best service.Now I can't trust to anyone in your wazirpur service center because there is fake people.
                                If there is any responsible staff please contact me
                                Otherwise you will have to face problem.

                                    Really such a pathetic service they are provided. They are not mainting your car well infact they are creating some other trouble into it. The same was happend with me.
                                    On the very first day of the new year i send my car in dd motors peeragarhi for some repairing. When i got back my car on 22 january, then onwards some noisy sound coming from it. Infact some wiring issue is also raising after their repairment.

                                      I rakesh kumar bought a dezire tour s no dl1zc4660 from dd motors narela through sales man ashif and nithlesh as a commercial vehicle on 10 dec 2018 but du to mistake of staff the policy issued to me as a private car instead of commercial car. Which creat a serious problem for me i visited many time to showroom but no satisfactory answer given making me a fool i had spent rs 30038 on policy i talk to me bharat ji and mr rakesh jha ji but not get replywhere should i go please help rakesh kumar ph.
