person I spoke to promised to have the item shipped to me which did not happen.
I read a lot of reviews on your company from people who had dealings with you regarding this same product which should have discouraged me from dealing with you but I dismissed all the caution put out in those reviews. Are you telling me that all those people were correct and that the public should know about this on a wider scale than the reviews of your company and products?
If I do not get a satisfactory response from you within 24 hours, I will not only lodge a complaint at your embassy here in my country but also have this published at platforms that are available to the whole world.
