[Resolved]  Deals Mantra, Epaykerela — Aunauthorised transaction of sbi credit card

Dear sir, i vasudev gokavi, bearing sbi credit card (Number will be provided if required) would like to inform that an unknown person contacted me from mobile no. [protected] introducing herself as an sbi employee (Riya shukla). She knew all the details of my credit card no., dob, date of expiry, billing address and expressed all info to me and this has made me feel to be an sbi employee. As she had furnished all the details of my credit, i was in the belief that person is working in sbi. Then she asked me to tell the otp for a transaction to redeem the points earned on sbi credit card for verification. I opposed her to disclose otp earlier, but on convening to be an sbi employee i had to disclose.. Then person misused my credit card on 4th may 2016 around 13:44 pm and rs 7762/-was debited from my account by purchase of the materials from deals mantra_epaykerela. Therefore i request you to kindly take necessary steps to trace out the fraud personal and to cancel the transaction made by the fraudulent and the amount of rs 7762/- may be credited in my credit card account. Request you to take necessary action in this regard. I am also surprised by the information given by them. How did they get my personal information that has been submitted to sbi. This also requires an investigation.
