Deals Mantra, Epaykerela — Credit card fraud

Dear Sir, I VENKATESH, Bearing SBI CREDIT CARD NO. [protected] kindly inform that an unknown person contacted me from Mobile no. [protected] introducing herself speaking from SBI. She knows all the details of my Credit card no., And she enquired about DOB, Date of Expiry, Billing address and expressed all info to me and which is taking for card secure without any fee. As she had furnished all the details of my credit; I was in the belief that person is working in SBI. Then she asked me to tell the OTP for a Transaction to redeem the points earned on SBI credit card with compliments gifts of some T shirt and shoes and Gifts. I opposed him for disclosing OTP, but so called SBI person told me not to worry about it and you don't have to pay this amount. Then person misused my credit card on 7 march 2016 time 11:10 am and incurred as loss of Rs 6119/- to me by purchase of the materials from Deals Mantra_EPayKerela. Therefore I request you to kindly take necessary steps to trace out the fraud personal and to cancel the transaction made by the Fraudent and the amount of Rs 6119/- may be credited in my credit card account. Request you to take necessary action in this regard
