[Resolved]  Deals Mantra, Epaykerela — Misuse of SBI Credit card

Dear Sir, I (sudhir kale, SBI CREDIT CARD NO. [protected]) am to inform that an unknown person contacted me from Mobile no. [protected] introducing himself speaking from SBI. He knows all the details of my Credit card no., DOB, Date of Expiry, Billing address and expressed all info to me. As he had furnished all the details of my credit; I was in the belief that person is working in SBI. Then person asked me to tell the OTP for a Transaction to redeem the points earned on SBI credit card with compliments gifts of some T shirt and Diwali Gifts. I opposed him for disclosing OTP, but so called SBI person told me not to worry about it and you don’t have to pay this amount. Then person misused my credit card on 28 oct 2015 time 13:24 and incurred as loss of Rs 7705 to me by purchase of the materials from Deals Mantra. Therefore I request you to kindly take necessary steps to trace out the fraud personal and to cancel the transaction made by the Fraudent and the amount of Rs 7705 may be credited in my credit card account. Request you to take necessary action in this regard.
