[Resolved]  Deals Mantra, Epaykerela — Fraud payment done using my icici bank credit card

I received the call from nos [protected] named Rahul Agrawal and [protected] stating that they are calling from icici bank and they are in process to issue another credit card having life time validity and to be delivered in 15-20 working days. They even gave employment number. They made the call for verification of card details and delivery address. Then they ask to confirm the OTP on phone without conveying verbally to transfer 8389 rewards points onto the new card. Thus they cheated me for Rs8389/- by doing transaction through my credit card. All this happened on 6th December’2016 between 5.45pm and 6.15pm. To my surprise the same group called me again at 11.36am on7th Dec’2016 named Ganesh mishra.
I reported the incidence to customer care of ICICI bank but they raised their hands stating that the transaction is authenticated by me and they are unable to support.
Now I seek your help in tracing out the address and person whom the company has delivered the items and catching hold the money can be recovered. The details of the payment made to the company as per statement is as under.
