Dealsmarket.in — Fake site / pls help how can get refund | |||||
Dear sir, 13th june i visited to google website to search a online shop for procuring a redmi note -4 mobile. On google page i found one company is selling and available the redmi note -4 mobile. So i visited to that website dealsmarket.in and purchased the redmi note-4 mobile by paying through online transaction of hdfc bank I visited to that website to know the status on 20th june 2017 and found the order in process. Again i visited to that website on 22nd june 2017 to know the status. Then i found the website is closed and telling due to more order it will take few days to delliver and if any body wants to cancel the order please send a mail to [protected]@delasmarket.in and the amount will be refund before 31st june 2017. Hi this is sireesha, I had ordered Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 mobile from Deals market on 14th June 2017and done payment through my HDFC credit card. My money was debited from the account but order wasn't placed.
I got an error like "payment was failed and order is not placed successfully.". I thought money will be credited to my account after some days. I waited for 15 days but money was not credited.
I contacted my bank officials and they told money was credited to Deals market account. They suggested me to send a mail to "cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com" with the mail copies received from Dealer market and transaction details.
I had sent a mail as specified. But I got a reply mail saying that money was credited to merchant account. After that I saw one review in this site like send a mail to "[protected]@hdfcbank.com"
I have sent a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with all proofs like mail copies received from Dealer market and transaction details.
Surprisingly yesterday(13-July[protected] rupess credited into my account. So I suggest you people to contact your bank and send mails as specified by them.
Thanks to HDFC bank for taking care of this issue and quick processing.

Request you to write to [protected]@hdfcbank.com along with ur account, transaction and registered contact dtls with ref ID-TTU[protected] in the subject line. Will get back to you.

Therefore, I request you help me in refund of my money Rs.11049.15 and also request to take strong action against Dealsmarket.in for breathtaking trust of payumony wallet user and violation of norms of online transaction which very well come under cyber crime.
As, we are already done official complain from my side !!
