no any action of my complaint pls do needfull, pls help my complaint regarding purchase mobile and fraud site of deals market .in pls given back to my money and i had coordinate for paytm team but not reply pls tell u help me given back my money

Paid RS 11049/- through online to dealsmarket.in and there is no response from the seller and their website is also not functional. Even though an invoice was provided for the purchase no contact details and address is provided in the invoice.

Hi this is sireesha, I had ordered Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 mobile from Deals market on 14th June 2017and done payment through my HDFC credit card. My money was debited from the account but order wasn't placed.
I got an error like "payment was failed and order is not placed successfully.". I thought money will be credited to my account after some days. I waited for 15 days but money was not credited.
I contacted my bank officials and they told money was credited to Deals market account. They suggested me to send a mail to "cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com" with the mail copies received from Dealer market and transaction details.
I had sent a mail as specified. But I got a reply mail saying that money was credited to merchant account. After that I saw one review in this site like send a mail to "[protected]@hdfcbank.com"
I have sent a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with all proofs like mail copies received from Dealer market and transaction details.
Surprisingly yesterday(13-July[protected] rupess credited into my account. So I suggest you people to contact your bank and send mails as specified by them.

Thanks to HDFC bank for taking care of this issue and quick processing.

Even site is not working I talked to overnight net company in haridwar he told me one boy reached my office
may be 150 envelop some delhi address some hydra bad address full address ( 5 SDN COMPLEX RANIPUR MOR HARIDWAR )

Hi I am Anshul from modinagar, I purchased xiaomi not 4 with 4 gb ram which i did not get too. Site is closed, so i decided to the given addresh 5-S.D.N complex ranipur mor Haridwar, and i found that the shop in S.D.N complex is closed since 4-5 months which was used for online shoping at the name of ANKIT, name of the owner is Manish then i got the number of manish and found that the rent was not paid for for months after that they left the shop whichout paying rent and still using its name. after that i managed to find out the addresses of 45 people who were cheated like me. I call to EBS (PAYMENT GATEWAY) by which the money was transfered and ask them to give me the address of dealsmarket owner which they refused and told me that they are also investigating and suggested that i should contact my bank and after that my bank will request EBS regarding this transaction. NOW I have two mobile numbers, one customer care number, shop owner number, EBS contact info. and 45 names and addresses who has been cheated with me that's it. so whoever needs this information can contact me.

i lost 6999/-redmi note 4. and also i have submit fraud case against deals market through consumer forum but this matter was not accepted.

so gyus please suggest which we have action to take and recover all gyus lost money.

Same happened with me. I lost 6544/- rupees for MI phone. Now site is not working and also customer care number also doesn't work. They have mentioned money will be refunded before June 31st but in June there is no 31st. Its a fake site and some one has to take action on this fraud site who dumped all the hard earned money o[censored]s.

On 18th June I visited to Google website to search a online shop for procuring a Redmi note -4 Mobile. On google page I found one company is selling and available the Redmi Note -4 mobile. So I visited to that website DEALSMARKET.IN and purchased the Redmi Note-4 mobile by paying through online transaction of Axis Bank Credit Card.After paying immediately one invoice came to my email ID [protected]@gmail.com. but no any confirmation came to my mobile.Again I visited to that website to know the status on 20th June 2017 and found the order in process.Again I visited to that website on 22nd June 2017 to know the status. Then I found the website is closed and telling due to more order It will take few days to delliver and if any body wants to cancel the order please send a mail to [protected]@delasmarket.in and the amount will be refund before 31st June 2017.But 31st June is not available in calender.
I visited to my bank statement and found the amount to is debited to EBSCHARGE.COM. I called to EBS office [protected]. They told amount will be refunded to your account but after getting complaints from your bank, So, they instructed me to file a Card Charge Dispute Form in my Axis bank.

I filled a Card Charge dispute form along with Invoce of DELASMARKET.IN. in my bank. Bank is telling we will credit to your account.
I would like to request you this fraud is happen to nearly 1000 of people.Heare all are involved like EBSCHARGE.com, Paytm, ALL bank and that MARKETDEALS.IN.
Kindly cooperate to all to refaund from bank.

I have ordered Redmi Note 4G (white, 8GB, 2GB RAM) from dealsmarktet.in on June 16, 2017. I have paid Rs6799 through online payment. Till then there is no update on shipment or delivery. Now, the site is closed and there is no reply from customer care. Please lodge a complaint & help me to get the refund.

Hi, I have even have even paid the amount of Rs. 11049.15 for redmi note4 on this web site, my request to all is please lodge an FIR against this company and report to cyber crime cell of police in near by station, with many FIRs i think police will come into action, i think they can help us retrieving the money.
