I received a call on 4th july(Saturday) from Raghav Thakur stating that I have won a cash prize of Rs. 2, 50, 000. For claiming this I have to a sum of Rs.4999, for which I also get complimentary products. He confirmed me that no further payment is to be made by me for the prize. The payment is to be made through SBI collect gateway and I made the payment on the same day. He said to me that the amount is big so they transfer the same in 3 instalments & I get the first payment of Rs.47, 500 after 15 Min of paying Rs.4999. After paying this Nancy called me that I have also a Grand prize of their contest which is Honda City IvTec and for claiming this I have to register a claiming ID for which I have to pay another Rs.19, 999. I refused to pay the same. After sometime Raghav again called me and said the same thing. I said you confirmed me that further no payment is to be made. He said sorry sir I don’t have this information and take Deepak, who is said to be the head of prize department, on conferencing. Deepak was scolding Raghav to convince me that you don’t know anything, now you have to solve this matter otherwise you will be fired. Somehow Deepak convinced me and then he confirmed me that no further payment is to be made by me and as soon as the payment is received by them, he will transfer Rs. 47, 500 on the spot. I made the payment again and then he said that a form is to submitted to the bank for making payment and today is Saturday so bank is closed for today. I will get full amount of Rs. 2, 48, 000 after deducting TDS on Monday till 11:00 AM. I believe on them as I have no other option. On Monday Nancy called me and said that I have to pay Rs. 60, 000 as security which is paid back to me with the prize money. I refused to pay the same and say to her to refund my Rs. 24, 998. She said it is not possible. Then Deepak called me try to convince me to make the payment. He took Nancy on conferencing to convince me. But I refused to pay and demand my money. But she said it is not possible. Then I said that I’ll make complaint then she said to Deepak “Inhe karne do jo karna hai, inhe jyada pata hai”. I have returned the products which they sent. These guys are only doing fraud. Numerous complaints are posted here against them. I want my money back. Please resolve this issue as early as possible otherwise I'll be going to sue them for cheating public. I have all the payments proof and all the recordings or their callers. Pulkit Rastogi

I received a call on 3rd July, 2015 from Deepak from Dealsothon stating that they see confirmation on my grand cash prize and I have to pay Rs 5, 000/- for registering with SBI collect gateway and they would credit the prize on the same. Having done this, Nancy from Prize team called in stating that I have to pay a surety amount of Rs. 60, 000/- for getting the cash prize of over Rs 20 Lacs.

I paid Rs 60, 000/- and waited for the prize. On the following day, they dare tell me that I have to pay another Rs. 40, 000/- for the prize, which I refuse to pay and asked for the cancellation of the deal and refund of my Rs. 60, 000/-. They said that this is not possible and sent me some make-believe products immediately. These products would not even fetch Rs. 25000/- in the market(leave alone the invoice stating Rs 45999 as per their valuation itself!). The parcel which arrived in my absence was accepted and is still in unopened condition.

I wish to have a full refund of my Rs 60, 000/- taken in pretext of the prize and I am prepared to return back the parcel arrived in un-opened condition.

Kindly initiate steps to arrange a refund of this Rs 60, 000/- as it is a huge loss to me and a blatent cheating

Hi have done 2 transection with this company 1) Rs. 5000/- for that have got some 3rd class items, when complained told we will change it but nothing done yet. again called saying your name sortlisted for Car contest you are going bto win same, Please do transection of Rs. 20000/ -, I started recieving every now n than for same, Later have done transection of Rs. 10000/-, I was told I will get things worth more than 10 K, still did not recieve any thing what was promissed to give for this amount. Neither any information or mail towards Contest. People now stopped calling, when have followed up, behaved rudly, when I told will complain, said go ahead n complain we will nto refund money.

Dear Sir, I am R.D.VARANGAONKAR company M/S Dealsothon 1)Executive called me on 24th April informing me that I have won a Honda Citi car. Thereafter they kept on getting money from some reason or other i.e. BGB than nomination etc. The price was to be given by 10th May.Till date there is no trace of this event. I feel this is a big fraught by the company. 2) Again the company executive called me and informed me that I have also won Rs.10Lacs. for that again they fraudantly got lot of money from me.Mr.Shrikant/Ms. Naincy/Mr.Chetan etc. are all involved in extracting money from me. One of these days Mr Deepak and Mr.Chetan promised that the amount will be credited to my A/C. but it never happened.In the process I have lost Rs. 8.6 Lacs. but no trace of any price. This is to bring to your kind notice that i received a phone call in my cell no.[protected] from one of your staff Mr.Srikant mentioning that I won an assured prize of 1 No. Dell Laptop in the draw held in your company.To claim the gift Mr.Srikant requested me to pay Rs.4999/- for a purchase of Lotto Items Combo Pack which contains 1 pair Lotto Shoes, 2 Nos.Lotto T-Shirts, 1 Sunglasses, 1 Tie, 1 Belt, 1 Wallet and 1 Wrist Watch along with assured gift 1 No. Dell Laptop.After convincing 3 to 4 times, I asked Mr.Srikant whther assured gift is despatched along with Lotto Items? He replied 100% you trust us.Afterwards i deposited Rs.4999 thru.SBI Netbanking and got the confirmation from your company reciept of amount. After 10 minutes, one of your staff Ms.Nancy called me up and said that I am calling from Prize deparment and you have won 4-Wheeler Honda City worth Rs.12 Lacs for claiming the same you deposit Rs.20000/= in our Account and within 15 days you will receive Lotoo items, Dell Laptop and Honda City Car.When i denyed to pay Rs.20000/= she told me that you will not be getting your assured gift Dell Laptop along with Lotto Items. This type of cheating is not at all tolerable.I am awaiting for my Lotto Items along with assured gift Dell Laptop.If i do not recieve the same, i shall be filing a case against Mr.Srikant and Ms.Nancy at consumer court for fooling the public and cheating people like me. I have complaint here on May 10th against DEALSOTHON. After complaining I got a call from DEALSOTHON. A lady named Jasmine called me. She said agar mai apni complain vapas le lu to they'll refund my money within 48 hrs. I want it in written so i asked them mail for the same. But they did'nt do it. It proves that they was again doing a try to cheat me.

Today I received a call from a lady from dealsothon.com. She offered me a assured prize on purchasing a combo product of 4999. Asked her to provide me with a written assurance, she hesitated and then she informed that the number she called is her direct number. If there is any problem we can call her and she will refund the amount. I immediately tried to call the direct number from a different cell. That number did not have a incoming facility. I informed the lady about it, She got angry and she told there are a lot of customers who call on this number, which was another lie. Then she gave me customer care number. I called the customer care number which just rang, there was no one to pickup the call. I informed her about it to which she was again angry and she said it was impossible and she blamed that I was wrong. As she was not able to prove her genuinity she transferred the call to the manager Ankit Mayura. Mr Ankit Mayura was a disgusting man to talk to. I tried to explained him about the behaviour that was shown by her associate. He was not at all interested in listening. He said for assurance he will send me a e-mail and also provide me with the grievances e-mail for future reference. He send me a e-mail which contradicted with the terms and conditions of dealsothon.com. I questioned him for the sent e-mail and also asked him for the grievances e-mail, he had no reply and to avoid any further questions he immediately transferred to his associate. So I called the customer care number on [protected] and requested them to provide me with the grievances e-mail address. They transferred the call to Ankit Mayura again, he refused to provide me with the e-mail address and threatened me over the phone. Please read this blog carefully before purchasing any products or entering any deals with dealsothon.com. Also reading previous reviews, dealsothon.com seems to be doing business fraudulantly.

Dealsothon have taken 2, 40, 000rs of money from me in the name of car prize details are below. Dealsothon employees Gouri and Rajeev had called me in the month of oct, 2013 and they said me that "you won the etios liva car in our 3 star contest because your online shopping ranking is high so you have to pay 60, 000 only car registration". I paid as they forced me from credit card. After some days they called me again and said me to do 30, 000rs transaction for prize blocking i paid again because as they said i will loose the prize if i don't pay the money. Again they called me and said to do 30, 000rs because they couldn't able to create the prize blocking ID.When i refused they said me they will refund the money of 30, 000rs, so i did again 30, 000rs of transaction. Again after some days they called and taken 20, 000rs of money for prize claiming id. They promised me that they will surely give the car and they have taken total amount of 2, 40, 000rs, for that money they sent some fake products, when i refused to take that they only forced me to take it as complementary as they need to show POD to government since they giving CAR prize.After they said it is complementary i have taken.Now they given that car to somebody, and they are not returning the money also, Please help me in this. People please don't believe the words of Dealsothon employees and don't pay any money regarding prize, I am suffering a lot for my mistake. Gouri and Rajeev are big cheeters, they give wrong commitment easily.

I had ordered samsung mobile from dealsothon.com and mention delivery date too. i wanted to give someone as a birthday gift. I ordered this 10 days b4 delivery date i mentioned, they were not able to deliver me upto deliver date even no notification from there side

When I deal with Deal Othon a Person Name Shrikant Desayi use my OTP passwrd of ICICI Bank without my Permission for 20000..and then the Product issue by Team is not replaced as i wanted & ther is no such information provide by your side about my product Combo of Ruppes 4999 which I ordered on 23-Apr-2015.. So now I wanted the Replacment or Refund of my Money

I received call from neha that to make online shopping of for rupees 4999/- and you are getting assured price of apple 5S gold 32 GB. I checked customer reviews & next day i clearly told that your company is froud and bad opinion from the customers for that she told we have settled most of the complaints and also given phone to his superior.after taking superiors phone number of his personal and changing product of my own selected agreed to transfer the amount by credit card but the transfer not happened next day by putting cash in my debit card a/c and transferred the amount. Very next day when I called they are not agree to send my selected product and assured gift the call was transferred to superior he told for getting assured gift I had to transfer 9999/= rupees more so that he can send immediately assured gift apple phone 5s 32gb gold and my selected product in single parcel on the same day, for the first payment I didn't got any conformation when I complained regarding this immediately they sent conformation mail. When I transfer 9999/- rupees by making phone conversation online my transaction was successfull and I got the transfer conformation also by seeing this his superior told the transfer got failed so make once again online transfer so that he can send immediately or else to wait for 78 hours the very next minute I got payment conformation mail from dealsothon. When I contacted again she agreed to send the items but my selected product not in the stock she told to wait one week next 1 more week next 1 more week finally I told to send any available product along with the assured gift of apple phone. On 14th of may I got the parcel which contains dapic 2.1 speaker, water kettle and a samsung core 2 model phone for 15000/- rupees This is the story of dealsothon which made false assurances for all this conversations I got recorded proof. Still the company is operating bindassly so who are getting calls from this company pl be care full.

Dealsothon is a fraud company. On 24th Feb 2015, a person named Siddhartha from Dealsothon called me n insist to do online shopping. On dealsothon.com, I Ordered few products n pay instant for them because Cash On Delivery was not available. After waiting, when i did'nt find my order, maine Dealsothon company ko call kiya n i talked to Mr. Ankit Mayuriya then they rudely said ki they dont have the products and they wud not be able to send these products and will do my refund within 10 days. After waiting for 15 days, i called them again n again. After 1 month, Mr.Manish Chandra from dealsothon told that they'll not refund my amount n wen i said dat i'll complaint, he started shouting n cut the phone. I have the whole conversation recorded. They all are the cheaters and should take strict action against them...

this is naveen, recent victim of dealsothon.these mother[censored]ers are doing instantly fraud and nobody is doing anything, i am shocked that there is lot of complaints in consumer complaint but still they are going on.they doa fraud with me and now they are threatning me by the name of police, the real son of and pigs, . these fraudsters should be hanged till death and after death at the crossing so that nobody can cheat anybody. Hi Sir, I have received a call on 13th September 2014 from Dealsothon number [protected] stating that there is an combo offer of Rs 4999/- only for which you can win any of the 5 gift prizes. (a) A 32 inch LED TV, (b) A Dell laptop, (c) An Apple iphone 6, (d) Optima Jewellery, (e) Double door Fridge. The executive Mr. Nitin have told me that currently Dell laptop, Apple iphone and optima jewellery are only available as gift prizes and i have been told that you will surely get either Dell laptop or Apple iphone than before making payment i have asked him to send me confirmation email about my gift prize which will be fixed but he and the lady attending my call have refused to send me confirmation mail unless i make he payment of Rs. 4999. Than after some time on the same day again i have again received the call from Mr Nitin saying that if i will purchase a gold plated pendant with diamond in Rs. 40, 000 than i will be eligible for the Grand prize of the contest i.e. A New Brand Honda City Dtec and when i have refused him to pay saying that my credit card is not having that much balance available than Mr Nitin have said that i will connect you to our IVR system and if your card is not having enough balance than payment will be declined and you will have to pay cash on delivery but unfortunately my card has accepted that much payment and transaction was successfully done. Now i have immediately received the verification call for that gold plated pendant for which transaction of 40, 000 was done immediately but never received any verification call for my payment done for Rs. 4999. I have received call from [protected] on 13th September 2014 by Nitin. I have been told that my Grand prize is 100% confirmed and will receive it by 31st December 2014. But later in November first week again i have received a call from Dealsothon by Mr Deepak stating that you will receive your prize on 30th November 2014 but i will have to make payment of Rs. 40, 000 again and now i have denied by doing so. Than again i have received their call in the first week of December 2014 by Mr Deepak assuring that this is the last time i will have to make payment of Rs. 40, 000 in 2 parts, 20, 000 each. I told them that this is mis-selling and cheating from your company and he have connected me to Mr Ankeet saying the same thing. Later Mr Ankeet have assured that you will not have to pay any amount in the future after this transaction of Rs. 40, 000 and we will register you for the Grand prize which you will receive on 31st December 2014 but i have never received my Grand prize yet and never received the verification call for my very first transaction of Rs. 4, 999/. In the second last week of December 2014 again i have received the call from Mr Ankeet stating that your file has been rejected due to Nominee missing so i have given my brother's name as Nominee but than lady attending my call said that again i will have to pay amount of Rs. 40, 000 which will be your final payment but i have refused this time. Now i am filing complaint in the consumer court against the company Dealsothon, their owner, employees named Nitin, Deepak, Ankeet, lady handling cancellation process and other lady handling bookings & verification processes. As per IPC, i want to file a complaint of mis-selling products and cheating with customers by giving them false commitments. Also when i made second payment of Rs. 40, 000 than they have send me Air Sofa which is damaged, Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 mobile phone whose manufacturing date is October 2014 and very costly than other online shopping websites costing Rs 19500, Leo mega pack which contains Belt, Tie, Wallet, Local sunglass, Reebok shoes which they had booked on 25th January 2015 and immediately taken payment from HDFC on 26th January 2015. On 28th January 2015 i have received my delivery which includes Air Sofa, Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 mobile phone, Leo mega pack, Reebok shoes worth Rs 40, 000 which is not worth for more that Rs. 25, 000. Also on 13th September 2014, Mr Nitin have assured that if the gold plated pendant with diamonds will get you resale price of less than Rs. 42, 000 than we will take it back for sure. All these calls has been recorded. I need the justice by getting my Grand prize of New Honda City Dtec without paying any further amount else need a compensation of Rs 5, 00, 000 plus whatever i have paid them already i need that amount back i.e. Rs. 39, 999 since the remaining amount of Rs, 4, 999 + Rs. 39, 999 have already been blocked by me with HDFC bank and needs merchant's copy back in order to give it back to HDFC bank. Deals othon is big fraud company I have ever seen .I request all customer not to buy anything from it. It's make very big promises but finally it cheats innocent Indian customer. I received call from Mr. Desai asking me to pay Rs. 19, 999/- and assured me for the winning car worth Rs. 11-12 lakh. On February 2nd 2015, I paid the asked amount. Next day another representative of your company told me to pay another Rs. 19, 999/- for creating nominee ID and took my SBI ATM card 3D secured password and promised me that no deduction will be made without my permission. To my utter shock, he deducted Rs. 60, 000/- from my account. I was freeze to see this fraud done by your representatives. When I asked for this he assured me to receive prize confirmation mail by evening. To my dismay I have not receive any mail till date. When I asked for my refund, they are again asking me to pay more money. I refuge to pay more money and start to file complain in consumer court my Txn ID -51888, 51901 & 5190

First of all I didn't get ordered product. When complained I was told by your representative that I will be provided with another product which was Samsung Core Prime. I received assurance from the representative on mail that I will be given Samsung Core Prime, but instead samsung Core 2 was delivered. This is shameful for the company.
