प्रदेशमें ऑनलाइन बैंकिंग के नाम पर ठगी के शिकार लोगों की संख्या बढ़ती जा रही है। पुलिस थानों में लगातार साइबर क्राइम के केस दर्ज हो चुके हैं, लेकिन अब तक एक भी मामला सॉल्व नहीं हुआ। साइबर क्राइम गिरोह कभी लोगों के मोबाइल नंबरों पर कॉल करके या एसएमएस के जरिए लक्की विजेता बनाकर ठगी कर रहे हैं। इसके लिए वे लोगों से अपने खातों में भारी रकम डलवाकर करोड़ों के नकद इनाम या कार जीतने की बात कहते हैं। इस पर आमजन उनकी चिकनी-चुपड़ी बातों में आकर रकम खातों में डलवा देते हैं। इसके बाद जिन नंबरों से फोन कॉल्स आती हैं वे नंबर स्विच ऑफ आने लगते हैं। ऐसे कॉलर के झांसे में आएं : एसएचओ सदरथाना प्रभारी राहुल हुड्डा का कहना है कि पुलिस के पास इस तरह के कई केस आते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि ये ठग दूर के राज्यों के लोगों को ज्यादा गुमराह करते हैं और अपना पता भी दूरदराज के शहर का बताते हैं। फिर भी पीडि़तों के शिकायत पर पुलिस उनके बताए हुए ठिकानों पर छापेमारी करती है, मगर ये ठग अपना गिरोह फेक आईडी के सिम कार्डों से चलाते हैं, जिससे वे पुलिस पकड़ में नहीं पाते। उन्होंने कहा कि लोग ऐसी कॉल्स पर ध्यान देकर झांसे में आने से बचें। सजा का है प्रावधान भारतमें 17 अक्टूबर 2000 को सूचना अधिनियम लागू किया गया। कंप्यूटर के स्त्रोत से छेड़छाड़ करने या मोबाइल से जालसाजी करने पर सात साल की सजा तक के जुर्माने का प्रावधान है। -एडवोकेटबंसी लाल, हिसार। केस 2 सरसाना गांव के देवेंद्र ने बताया कि उसके पास करीब दो महीने पहले एक फोन आया और उसे कार विजेता होने की बात कही। उक्त युवक ने अपना नाम अमीत पता जमशेदपुर का बताया। उक्त युवक ने भी खुद को एक नामी कंपनी का नुमाइंदा होने की बात कहते हुए इनाम के लिए एडवांस में उसके खाते में 20 हजार रुपये जमा करवाने की बात कही। रुपये जमा करवाने के बाद उन्होंने नंबर बंद कर लिया। केस 1 सीसवाला गांव के रमेश के मोबाइल पर करीब एक महीने पहले फोन आया कि वे एक नामी कंपनी के लक्की विजेता बन गए हैं। फोन करने वाले ने रमेश को बताया कि कंपनी की ओर से उन्हें Honda city गाड़ी दी जाएगी, लेकिन गाड़ी की डिलीवरी के लिए उसे उनके खाते में 20 हजार रुपये की राशि डलवानी होगी। उक्त युवक ने रमेश को जमशेदपुर के एक बैंक का खाता नंबर दे दिया। रमेश ने क्त खाता नंबर पर राशि जमा करवा दी। जब उसने गाड़ी डिलीवरी के लिए फोन किया तो उन्होंने उस से 25 हजार रुपये की राशि और डलवाने डलवा ली। दोबारा से उस नंबर पर फोन किया तो उक्त युवक ने गालियां देनी शुरू कर दी।

मेरा नाम दीपिका नेगी है मेने आज से 6 महीने पहले Dealsothon.com से रुपैय 9, 999, की shopping की थी ! जिसका आर्डर नंबर[protected] था ! कंपनी ने मुझे एयर सोफे मक्सिमा कंपनी की हाथ घडी दी थी और प्यूमा कंपनी के जूते भेजे थे जो 8 नंबर की जगह 7 नंबर के भेज दिए थे बाद में मेने उनकी शिकायत की थी ऑनलाइन लेकिन बाद में कंपनी ने मुझे 8 नंबर के जूते मुझे भेज दिए थे ! कुछ दिनों पहले मुझे 1 मोबाइल नंबर से कॉल आया था उन्होंने मुझे बोला की ये कंपनी फ्रॉड है औ र में तुम्हे तुम्हारे रुपये वापस दिला दूंगा ! इसके लिए उसने मुझे कंपनी के खिलाफ complaint करने के लिए उकसाया ! उसके कहने पर मेने कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर पर कॉल किया और कहा की मुझे मेरा पैसा वापस चाहियें मुझे आपके प्रोडक्ट्स नहीं चाहिए लेकिन उन्होंने कहा की आप पिछले 6 महीनो से हमारा प्रोडक्ट इस्तेमाल कर रहे है इसलिए आपका पैसा वापस नहीं किया जा सकता ऐसा हमारी टर्म्स एंड कंडीशंस में लिखा है ! कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर एग्जीक्यूटिव ने कहा की आर्डर बुक करने के तुरंत बाद ही आपको 1 आर्डर वेरिफिकेशन कॉल आया था जिसमे मेरे आर्डर को कन्फर्म करने के बाद ही हमने आपका प्रोडक्ट आपको भेजा था इसलिए वो मेरा पैसा वापस नहीं कर सकते ! मेने यही बात उस स्पैमर को बताई तो उसने मुझे ऑनलाइन उस कंपनी की शिकायत करने के लिए बोला कंपनी ने मुझे उनकी ब्रांड वलुए को ख़राब करने के लिए लीगल नोटिस भिजवाया है ! अब में उस स्पैमर के नंबर पर कॉल कर रही हु तो वो मेरा फ़ोन नहीं उठा रहा है में पूरी तरह से फस गयी हु इसलिए मैंने अपनी गलती की माफ़ी मांगने के लिए वापस कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर को कॉल किया तो उन्होंने मुझसे मेरी ऑनलाइन कंप्लेंट हटाने को कहा और उन्होंने अपना लीगल नोटिस वापस ले लिया और मुझे कहा की अगर आगे से कोई भी स्पैमर मुझे कांटेक्ट करे तो में पहले कंपनी को जानकारी देने को कहा उस स्पैमर ने मुझसे 30 % मेरे अमाउंट का अपने आईसीआईसीआई बैंक में डालने को कहा था और ये भी कहा था की में आपके पैसे भी दिलवा दूंगा और आपको प्रोडक्ट्स भी वापस नहीं करने होंगे कंपनी को !

It has been 2 months when I have ordered a product. A statement was given to me that I will get assured gift as a laptop but I made the payment, they told me you will get a jewellery. However after 2 months I haven't received any gift and when I asked for the number of their manager, they haven't provided me that also. I will say a fraud is going on, on the name of contest.

पम्प, गाज़ियाबाद के ई-मेल आईडी पर एक मेल आई और जैसे ही उसे खोला गया तो Dealsothon कंपनी दिल्ली से मोबाइल फोन पर कॉल आई कि हमारी कंपनी अपनी प्रमोशन के लिए बहुत ही किफ़ाइती दाम पर ब्रांडेड सामान बेच रही है हमारे दिये हुए लिंक पर क्लिक करने पर आपको सामान की एक लिस्ट डिस्प्ले होगी, जिसमे से कोई एक सामान खरीदना होगा और आप कंपनी द्वारा प्रायोजित थ्री-स्टार कॉन्टेस्ट मे ग्रांड/प्रथम पुरुस्कार -टोयोटा लिए चुना गया है जिसके लिए एक आई डी तैयार करने के लिए रु 20000/- की ख़रीदारी करनी होगी और आपको प्राइज़ क्लेमिंग आई डी दे दी जाएगी जिसके द्वारा आप अपना प्राइज़ क्लेम कर सकेंगे। काफी मना करने के बाद भी गौरी नाम की महिला ने बहुत जिद किया कि आपका नाम समस्त भारत से हजारो ग्राहको मे से चुना गया है और आपके भुगतान के बदले मे हम आपको सर्प्राइज़ गिफ्ट देंगे तब हमने उसके कहने के अनुसार अपने कार्ड से रु॰ 20000/- का भुगतान आईवीआर सिस्टम पर कर दिया जिसके कुछ दिन बाद एक कुर्रियर पार्सेल प्राप्त हुआ जिसमे नोकिया लुमिया-520 मोबाइल फोन जिसकी बाज़ार मूल्य लगभग रु॰ 7000/- व dealsothon साइट पर रु॰8100/- है तथा तीन डाइमंड-(10 आन्स प्रत्येक) प्राप्त हुए जिनकी कीमत रु॰ 20000/- दिखाई गई थी जबकि दूसरी साइट पर ये डाइमंड आइटम के साथ फ्री मे दिये जाते है। और कोई आई डी नहीं दी गई। इसके पश्चात फिर से गौरी नाम की महिला का फोन आया और कहा कि आपका नाम टॉप पर है और आपको एक और आई डी बनाने के लिए रु॰ 30000/- का भुगतान करना है जिसके बाद आपको प्राइज़ क्लेमिंग आई डी दे दी जाएगी जिसके द्वारा आप अपना प्राइज़ क्लेम कर सकेंगे इस भुगतान के लिए हमने बिलकुल मना कर दिया और फोन काट दिया उसके कुछ समय के बाद फिर से फोन आया और कहा कि मेरी सीनियर के साथ बात हुई है और आपको रु॰ 10000/- का भुगतान करना है हमने इसके लिए भी मना कर दिया तो कहा कि मै सीनियर के साथ बात करके आपको और भुगतान से छूट दिलाती हूँ। इसके कुछ देर बाद फोन आया कि आपको रु॰ 5000/- केवल का भुगतान करना है पैसा फसा होने के कारण रु॰ 5000/- का भुगतान आईवीआर पर कर दिया गया जिसके कुछ दिन बाद एक पार्सेल मे एक जोड़ी जूते, एक जोड़ी घड़ी व कार्ड वेलेट प्राप्त हुआ जिनकी कीमत रु॰[protected]/- थी। फोन पर काफी बार बात हुई लेकिन आई डी फिर भी नहीं दी गई। इसके पश्चात फिर से गौरी नाम कि महिला का फोन आता है कि सीनियर कह रहे है कि पूर्व मे किए गए रु॰ 5000/- के भुगतान पर आई डी नहीं दी जा सकती जिसके लिए रु॰ 10000/- का भुगतान करना है जिसके लिए हमने बिलकुल मना कर दिया लेकिन उक्त महिला ने कई बार कहा कि आपने इतना भुगतान किया है और इस भुगतान को नहीं करते है तो आपको ग्रांड-प्राइज़- टोयोटा-ईटिओस कार नहीं दिया जाएगा और हम नहीं चाहते कि आप इतना भुगतान करने के बाद भी प्राइज़ से वंचित हो जाएँ काफी मना करने के बाद भी रु॰ 10000/- का भुगतान आईवीआर पर कर दिया लेकिन इस भुगतान को फैल दिखा दिया और फिर से भुगतान के लिए कहा गया फिर से रु॰ 10000/- का भुगतान किया गया इस प्रकार कुल रु॰ 5000+20000+10098+10098= 45196/- का भुगतान लेने के बाद भी कोई आई डी नहीं दी गयी और बाद के रु॰ 20000/- के भुगतान के बदले एक dapic tablet- रु॰ 4290/-(dealsothon पर), एक बूम बॉक्स -रु॰1500/-, व सन ग्लास- रु॰ 200/- कुरिएर द्वारा प्राप्त हुआ जिनकी कुल कीमत लगभग 7000/- थी। दिनांक 05/07/2014 को भी रु॰1999/- के भुगतान के लिए फोन आया और कहा गया की इसके बाद कोई भुगतान नहीं करना है ठगी के जाल मे फसे होने के कारण उक्त भुगतान भी किया गया जिसके बदले मे slimline thermos flask 500 ml एक पर्स, एक बेल्ट व एक इलेक्ट्रोनिक गॅस लाइटर जिनकी कीमत लगभग रु॰ 1000/- थी। इसके बाद 10.07.2014 को फिर से फोन आया और कहा गया आपको 15.08.2014 को होने वाले draw के लिए रु॰ 30000/- का भुगतान करना है जोकि सरकार को टैक्स आदि के भुगतान के लिए है। और आपको 15.08.14 को आपका प्रथम पुरस्कार Toyota Etios कार आपके हवाले कर दिया जाएगा। काफी बार मना करने के बाद कहा गया कि उच्च अधिकारी से बात हुई है कि रु॰ 10000/- का भुगतान करा लिया जाए और रु॰ 10000/- का भुगतान करा लिया जिसके बदले मे न तो कोई सामान भेजा गया और न ही गाड़ी जैसा कि बार-2 कहा जा रहा था इसके बाद भी लगातार फोन आ रहे है व बार-2 भुगतान के लिए कहा जा रहा है अभी भी साइट पर एक अन्य कॉन्टेस्ट का प्रचार किया जा रहा है जिसका ड्रा 31/8/14 को दिखाया जा रहा है और हमे भी कहा जा रहा है कि आपको भी इसके साथ ही प्राइज़ दिया जाएगा। ऊपर कही गई सभी तारीखें बीत गयी है लेकिन गौरी नाम की जो महिला बार- 2 भुगतान के लिए कहती थी वह अब काफी बार फोन करने पर भी बात नहीं कर रही है इसलिए महोदय से अनुरोध है कि उक्त धोखेबाजों से हमारा भुगतान किया गया धन रु॰ 60195/- वापस दिलाया जाए व ऐसे लोगों के साथ कड़ी कार्यवाही की जाये ताकि दूसरे लोगों के साथ धोखा होने से बचाया जा सके। धन्यवाद। भवदीय सुखवीर I ordered a LAVA IRIS mobile displayed on company's site for which I made a transaction of Rs. 7600 months ago. Till date I have not received the ordered mobile. When submitted a complaint, the company simply says to buy something else instead of the ordered product. This is really irritating since the company is making me choiceless by suggesting me to buy any other product. I made a blunder by believing in the company and paid the money in advance and the company is not refunding the money. As a last resort I am opting for lawsuit since company is not bothered about refunding my money.

On 6th Nov, 2014 I made two transactions of amounts 4999 (id TxnID_50617) and 29999 (id TxnID_50632) for 2 contests. The verification call for TxnID_50632 did not come. But for TxnID_50617 it had come. I was supposed to receive confirmation mails regarding assured prizes, while the call was happening. This did not happen. I have not received any mail for 2 days now. When I requested a refund they say that a refund will not be processed. This is fraud. These people are alluring people into offers after making claims about trust. On separate complaint pages these people have forwarded a link "http://www.dealsothon.com/complain" for complaint resolution. This page does not even exist. There are many people whom this company is fooling. I have recorded conversations of these people making promises and consequently denying a refund after the promises are not kept, and that too for their official customer care number.

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased one combo pack of puma shoes, watch, sunglass & card holder on 24th sept.2014. I paid amount through net banking there is problem arises on net connection, payment cannot done. Your executive Mr. Manish Sharma told me give your card detail he make payment. First he deduct Rs.4999 / two times. After some time another lady call me you are selected for lucky draw for Honda city. For that contest she want another payment for Rs.60000/ I can not agree for the transaction, but Manish Sharma make two transaction of Rs.49999/ & Rs.9999/ from my account. After that Mr. Manish Sharma told me your payment done. Then verification department call me about the order but I not agree for the order, because he deduct amount from my account without my opinion. That’s I canceled the order same day. On October 2014, Mr. Kuldheep, an employee of the Dealsothon has called Me and said that I have been selected for Lucky members to get an assured gift and you can pick any one from five gifts and later he said as i belong to karnataka region i will only get Dell laptop and I have to pay Rs.4999/- to get the Combo offer pack(Puma shoes, tnf watch & sun glass, aluminium card holder) along with Dell laptop, after a week of follow up i received the combo offer which was of cheap quality but as assured the assured gift was not sent, i called back Mr.kuldheep about the assured gift, he said it will be sent by other courier and details will be send within one hour, till now i haven't received any details and from past one week he is on leave.

Mean will another lady from Dealsothon called and said i have been selected for lucky 3 star bumper prize and need to pay 32, 000/- to get the assured gift as CAR, the counter part is, they have stored the credit card details (no, CVC number and date of expiry) which was used to pay 4999/-. They were all ready to use my card to pay 32, 000 rs, the only thing which i was saved was the OTP password.

I have send so many mails and phone calls but of no use. Mr. Rajeev Mehta, Kuldheep, lady with name nancy and office boy was also involved in this cheating. All the talks are recorded in my mobile through auto call recording facility.

For the above I am having all the details with proof.

All I want is my Money Back, along with interest. If not I will not be left any other option but to take this matter to cyber crime cell of Delhi to get my money back.

Dealsothon.com is amongst the biggest scam companies operating in india.I recently got a call from their representative calling me about an offer of some combo pack that cost about 4999 rs saying that this offer was one time deal for which I had been nominated, with careful words and uncanny promises the lady made me pay the amount tthrough my credit card...then after a few days got another call from the company saying that my last transaction has made me eligible for the mega prize of an etios car ...fro which I was to make a security purchase of 19999rs for a gold pendant which would also confirm the said prize...they were very convincing and deviously forced me into making the transaction. None of my products have arrived as of date andand it has been over 14 days now...on the other hand now they are calling me and still asking me to make a payment of 10000.this is one of the worst and most fradulent company in india.nevrnever deal with them.I would love it if this company is taken to court and other people who have been duped oof their hard earned .obey to please contact me for a joint effort to try anand clcloseclose this company...my e mail- vivek.[protected]@gmail.com.do mail .
