Deccan Chronicle — vizag branch unable to deal the problem

respected sir i am a chandrasekhar from vishakapatnam. i have given money for 6 months student special offer paper. the paper should be started from 11 july but since starting i didnot receive paper. i given complaint about my problem at vishakapatnam branch for three times but they are not responding well. local dealer given number which is always being switched off... please try to understand i am preparing for civils examinations. please kindly solve my problem and make sure that the paper sould be sent daily.. thank u sir.. a chandra sekhar do no 9-72 prasanthi nagar kommadhi land mark : near vasant vihar vishakapatnam 530041
