Deccan Chronicle — With out informing barred the service for my Number (Vodafone service) | |||
Hi this is Thallada Santhosh Kumar, I am Existing customer for the Vodafone from 5 yrs and I have taken a New number for my mother, Which i am facing the signalling problem, I have given the complaint 2 yrs back still the complaint is in pending and several times they have called and asked me to close the complaint, but I refused to close the complaint because the problem is not solved, still the problem is not solved I am not paying the bill from 4 months due to the problem, I taught by not paying the bill they will solve the problem, but they have barred my personal number, which i am using it from past 5 yrs with out informing, I have called to the customer care they are least bother about the complaint and talking rude to the customers and asked to connect to the Manager, He said that we cant connect to the manager and asked him to solve the problem means it is not in my hand and he is saying go to the near store and talk to the manager about the problem or pay the bill, This is what a international company standards service to the customers and the service is tooo bad and verse...
