Sir,
An amount of Rs 25000.00 (Rupees twenty five thousand), was paid through
Bank Electronic Transfer on 02/10/2017, with a payment ID[protected].
However, the membership was surrendered, due to personal reasons 04/10/17, and a request to refund the amount was made, as per company rules. After repeated requests & reminders an email dated 26/03/2018, from Mr Jitender Bhardwaj was received asking to collect the cheque. An inability to do so, due to personal reasons was intimated, & a request was made to credit the amount in same the Bank A/C, through which the payment was made. The refund has not materialized till today, even after multiple telecommunication with Mr Bhardwaj. The delay
in legitimate refund, to me is causing hardship, since I am retired senior citizen. Therefore, a request your good offices, to help in getting the refund
at the earliest. Thanking you.

This is yatendra sharma, my membership number DGH03083, i made a transaction for booking a 3 bhk HIG flat in delhi whose booking amount was approx 35 k. after that one payment is 515000/ - and third payment is 537000 total amount invested approx 11lack till now. i have invested these money after confirmation of delhi heights reps that you can get the money back within 30 days if you want to cancel the membership, now after almost one year, i want to cancel the booking. now they are saying that refund could not possible . i have the audio tape during booking of flats they told that time that you can get your refund at any stage of time. they just FASAO THE CUSTOMER, nothing else, in his lows, they have thousand of reason to cancel the membership to show the customers that we have 1000 of customer in cube but actually it is not like that. if you done the registration the you name will be in list.i am sharing my number please suggest i am getting loss of per month 1 lack, i want to go in legal please suggest good lawyer.
They are not in a mood to refund the amount.

I am fully satisfied with the team of Delhi Heights though they took time yet they cleared all the doubts left in my mind, i am very much thankful to management committee who also listened me and provided me feedback.
