Delhi Jal Board — average water bill

This complaint has reference to k. No. [protected] for flat no. 14-d, motia khan, lig flat, delhi

We have replaced the faulty water meter 1 year back. Meter no - 046454 of kranti brand, present water meter reading 1118 dated 15th oct 18. The same had been notified to competent authorities in the past. But, to my surprise we are receiving average water bill of 1 year back consumption since nobody is residing at the house from last 8 months.

Request you to kindly amend the record & share the water bill on actual consumption.
