विषयः- लगभग 08 माह पश्चात् भी जल कनेक्शन न मिलने के संबंध में।

महोदय,

सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं रमेश कुमार बर्णवाल 133/बी, गली नं. 21, विपिन गार्डन एक्सटेन्शन, नियर द्वारका मोड़, वेस्ट दिल्ली-59 आपको अवगत कराना चाहता हूं कि मेरा उक्त पते पर स्थित मेरे निजी मकान हेतु मेरी पत्नी श्रीमति अर्चना कुमारी द्वारा फरवरी-2022 में नए जल कनेक्शन हेतु आवदेन किया गया था परन्तु करीब पूरा वर्ष अर्थात् 10 माह बीत जाने के पश्चात् भी अब तक हमें नए जल कनेक्शन प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है। उक्त संबंध में हमारे द्वारा कई बार (अब तक 8 बार) द्वारका मोड़ स्थित जल बोर्ड कार्यालय में शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई है परन्तु उस पर अब तक कार्रवाई नहीं हुई है। हर बार कुछ अलग-अलग कारण बताकर उक्त कनेक्शन हमारे उक्त पते पर लगाने से इंकार किया गया है। कभी काम करने वाला नहीं है, कभी मीटर नहीं है तो कभी एक महीने के बाद कर देंगे आदि। उक्त संबंध में हमारे द्वारा आपके कार्यालय को ऑनालाईन मेल भी किया जा चुका है परन्तु अब तक जमीनी स्तर पर किसी भी प्रकार की संतोषजनक कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है। उक्त संबंध में यह भी अवगत कराना चाहता हूं कि मेरे पश्चात् मेरे गली में ही जल कनेक्शन हेतु किए गए आवेदन पर कार्रवाई किया जा चुका है। आज दिनांक 31/12/2022 को भी हमारे घर के नजदीक स्थित कार्यालय में फिर से शिकायत की गई थी जिस पर भी उनका जबाब संलोषजनक नहीं दिया गया एवं यह कहा गया कि हमारे पास सैकड़ों कनेक्शन हेतु लाईल लगी है हमारी कनेक्शन पर 10 जनवरी के बाद देखेंगे। इससे यह जाहीर होता है कि उनकी अपने कार्य/जिम्मेद�... के प्रति रूची नहीं है एवं हमारे बातों को टाला जा रहा है। अतः अंतिम रास्ता हमें न सुझते हुए उक्त शिकायत के लिए हमें आपको पत्र लिखना/मेल करना पड़ रहा है ताकि उक्त बातों/अपने परिवार की परेशानियों को आपकी संज्ञान में ला सकूं।

महोदय मैं केन्द्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल के 04 बटालियन, रायगड़ा (उड़ीसा) नक्सल क्षेत्र में तैनात हूँ । हमारे घर में दिल्ली बोर्ड द्वारा का जाने वाली मीठे जल का कनेक्शन न होने के कारण मेरे साथ-साथ मेरे घर वाले बहुत परेशान हैं एवं अब तक हमें जैसे-तैसे बीना मीठे जल के गुजारा करना पड़ रहा है। अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि उक्त लिखित हमारे समस्या का संज्ञान लेते हुए जल कनेक्शन की शीघ्र आपूर्ति के लिए संबंधित को आदेश जारी करें ताकि उस पर निदान शीघ्र-अति-शीघ्à�... हो सके। इसके लिए मैं सदा आपका आभारी रहूंगा।

    Dear Team,

    I have disappointed with the service.

    I have deposited the money against the KNo [protected] on Monday 17of dec 2022 already however, No one came for the connection yet. Even, I have informed to offline Delhi Jal board office for the same in Najafgarh area.

    Kindly check the status why this is getting late even, After making the payment. Why no one is giving attention ??

        We are receiving high water bill from last month. Earlier our bill used to come for approximately[protected] for two months. Now last month's bill was 27000. We are a family of 4 adults and 1 kid. Our earlier consumption has always been 0.5 to 0.6 units per day. But this time the consumption is coming to 2.8 units per day, which is not possible.
        Please check the fault in the water bill and meter and rectify our bill.

          Dear Sir / Madam,
          This complaint has raised by me as my bill shown as DFMT status in the month of March'2022. Its been happened when the one guy comes at our home to taking the meter reading, the guy questioning us why the meter reading is not increasing ? we answer them that we hardly consume the water supply because its come early in the morning & most of the time the water comes out vey dirty, but i think he completely ignore us & authority raised an average bill of Rs. 890/- on our bill. I personally visited the our area DJB office & tell them about this matter & shown our meter current reading & Photo which neither defected nor damaged, but they said you have to pay this amount, because DJB meter reader has privatized & the guy who took the reading & mark the DFMT status has trf. some other department. Pls. advice what to do, because this type of things harrased the consumer. So kindly requested to you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Regards - Bijender Singh K No. [protected],

              The meter status mentioned in the bill generated is showing as ns (No status) which is not correct.The fact is that the premise was un-occupied from time the connection was take. Only from July-2022, it has been occupied. The reading taken by self on July-2022 was 6. Our meter is working fine and in good condition . Seems the bill has been generated on pro-data basis and not on actual consumption. This has resulted in inflated bill. Kindly re-visit and do the needful correction

                    Since 2 days there has been acute water shortage in C1/9 Vasant vihar . No warning was given 2 days ago and water supply was abruptly stopped. Since then water had not been coming. We want an explanation for this prolonged shutdown of water services. We urge DJB to look into the matter and resolve the issue immediately to avoid further harassment to the residents of Vasant Vihar.

                      I am one of the resident of Arjun street pandav road vishwas nagar shahdara delhi which comes under the shahdara area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past two week which is not even suitable for drinking, washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from gutter. And water is not coming sufficient quientity to two week. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and might be made some persons hospitalised.
                      We hope that clncerned departments will take some strict action in this matter

                        My Reading Bills are
                        1. Dated[protected] Bill No[protected] reading is 1876 units as on
                        [protected]
                        2. bill dated[protected] bill no[protected] reading as on[protected]
                        is 2400 units.
                        so the diffrence is consumtion from 25-08-20 to 31-10-22 ie for 797 days or 26 months plus 6 days is comming 524 units
                        calculation for consumption as per scheme
                        For 26 Months X 20 = 520 units
                        For 6 Days 20/30 X 6 = 4 Units
                        Total 524 units
                        So considering above I am not suposed to pay any charge for consumption charge For this period. But Delhi Jal Board is raised a bill dated 31-10-22 as Rs.26298/- . Please do the needful So that this demand should be taken back and a correct bill should be raised accordingly.

                            Concerned Delhi Jal Board authorities.
                            This is with deep regret and angst I am writing to you to complain about the poor water quality being supplied in our area from weeks. We are being forced to do our household chores with the sewage water. We are getting sick by drinking foul-smelling and colored water.
                            I also wish to bring to your notice the irregularity of water supply in Gandhi Nagar and Krishna Nagar areas.
                            I request you take action on the matter as soon as possible and respond with a time-frame for the resolution of the issue.

                              At Rohini new delhi KNO [protected] of flat no 107/A3 sector 17 Rohini New Delhi, is lying vacant with no electricity connection since 2005. All supporting document for nil bill amount were sent by speed post dated 26.09.2022. No action is taken by deptt. having waiver of LPSC scheme on.

                                I made payment for new water connection of rupees 1000 on 6 September 2022 but connection not installed till now even I was said connection will be installed within 15 days of payment but now it is 3 months. I have visited four times in head office of Yamuna Vihar Delhi but not any action was taken regarding this issue.even they turn out to receive the hardcopy of complaint.

                                I have also visited to Karawal Nagar Delhi Jal Board but here also not any solution was provided I request you to please install new connection as soon as possible and resolve this issue thank you.

                                      DJB has sent a Bill of Consumption of Water by applying 'MLOC' without justification to do so. Water Meter of our Flat is working but Meter reader did not come to read actual water consumption and applied MLOC from April 2022 Bill onwards. The water Meters in the colony are installed in locations specific for water meters. The meter boxes, in most cases are kept under lock to protect from theft, damage, vandalism and tempering. Till February 2022, the meter reader would inform of his rounds and readings were facilitated personally. Now, MLOC has become the practice with punitive readings. Request DJB to kindly be fair and just. Complaint is attached of Flat B-2/2086 Rockview Apartments, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070.
