I'm a resident of 168/3, nebsarai, newdelhi- 110068. My complaint no is[protected]. I made a compaint on 11th of may and requested for water tanker. They said your complaint will be resolved within 24 hour. 4 days have been passed and there is no progress in compaint. Today again i called at 1916 and requested for water tanker. They said tanker will be reached to you by evening. I paid rs1200 thrice to local suppliers for water

    I am a resident of flat no. 617, sector -17-a, dwarka. My delhi jal board k. No. Is [protected]. During the year 2018, i have applied online for change the name in ownership of jal board connection as i have purchased the above dda flat from the original allottee mr. Sandeep dhingra.

    Jal board has changed the water connection in my name within one week during the month of 11/2018 and it is appreciable. After that, i have installed...

    Respected sir,

    I am a resident of d2/82 a, (Iind floor), jiwan park (Near gautam nursing home), pankha road, opp. A2 janakpuri, uttam nagar, new delhi - 110059. I would like to complaint that the water supplied in our area is very very dirty and having a bad smell. (Like some sewage is connected with main supply line). Due to contaminated water supply we are unable to use this water for any household chores. Even for small tasks also we supposed to buy water which is not feasible everyday... We already lodged a complain with the department.. The complain no. For the same is[protected]... May i kind request you to please take urgent action on the above complaint as water is the basic necessity... Without water no work can be done...
    Looking forward for your immediate action on the above.

    Water Meter of Flat No: 345 DDA Janta Flat, Badarpur has been stolen on 11/05/19 between 3 to 5:30 pm. I have already lodged complaint to Police on the same day. Copy of FIR attached. Requested to kindly provide me a new Water Meter in place of stolen meter in my above flat.

      I live in north-east district of new delhi 110053
      In my locality problem of wastage of water increasing day by day and it's done in school (Recently open) itself where taught everyone not to waste water but they themselves not apply into their routine they left open switch of the motor and since afternoon-water is waste
      This happen daily, kindly take action as soon as possible.

        Hi,
        I'm mukesh residing at h-45 jai vihar, najafgarh, south west delhi.in our colony people doesn't have any water connection though they have to take a private one and that too is being mis-ussed there are more then 10 connections whose water is being wasted (Location-from where you enter for g - block of jai vihar from nangloi-najafgarh road just in the right hand side) some of water pipes got many cuts into which water is flowing out, many of these pipes have no one to look for probably they were taken against their property but not being taken care so water is being flowing out.
        Kindly resolve this issue since water is being wasted from quite a long time.

          हमारी गली में 1 महीने से सीवर जाम है जिसकी कंप्लेंट हमने कई बार एमएलए ऑफिस में करी है और J.E.भी कई बार आ चुके हैं उन्होंने बड़ी जेट मशीन लगने की बात कही है और जो अभी तक उन्होंने नहीं लगाई है उनको कई बार कंप्लेंट कर चुके हैं लेकिन वह जट मशीन अभी तक नहीं लगाई गई है और हमारी गली के सीवर जाम है जिससे घरों में गंदा पानी आ रहा है कृपया करके हमारे यहां सीविरों की जल्दी सफाई करवाएं,

            We are getting dirty and smelly water supply from past so many days. Which can not even used for washing clothes. Further even supply timings are also not fix. It is requested to look in to the matter for the shake of all kids and family members.

              My bill for dec 18 to march 19 as per
              132 kl of consumption
              Sewerage charges (It is added to my bill every month but the amount varies each time,) = 2112.84
              Meter rent: 48
              Sub total: 6835
              Adjustment (What is this?)=658
              Total bill amount: 7044

              It was for 4 months so we paid it.

              Again this month we recieved an amout of 12707

              8th march to 9may 19
              Consumtion: 111
              Which is hardly three months where we were not at residence for 10 days.
              Consumption amuont is =2915
              Sewerage charges= 1749
              Service charge= 605
              Meter rent=41.33
              Total=5310
              Adjustment: 352
              Total shows as 12707???
              Is this a totalling mistake?

                This is informed to you that water supply of water is so less in our locality (T-21, da, ward no.3 mehrauli, new delhi). Water comes in 5 to 6 days for 15 - 20 min.in is water comes in very less amount.in near by locality water comes daily for (3 hour), even they have much water to waste.
                I therefore request to higher authority to look into our matter. As you know its summer season the importance of water increased so people in great trouble.
                We also complain in many time no action taken place till day, some staff say we supply water daily but it's not true. Please take measure action for that.
                Kindly look into matter.

                    My self poonam resident of g-195 jai vihar najafgarh nangloi road. Due to lekage in the pipeline in front of my house a big hole is developing, i had complaint on day 1 to delhi jal board but no further action is taken place till now. Mr gautam j. E told us we don't have the stock so once it will approved from mumbai than only we will take action. It's my request kindly take further action to avoid any legal action taken by you as i am very pissed off from their behaviour.

                        I have received bill which billing amount showing due as rs. 585829/- (Rupees five lac eighty five lac eight hundred twenty nine only) we received the bill on an average basis (Rddt). Hence i request you to reverse these all bill
                        It is mention that after getting change of my water meter i got the average bill of rs.1500 to 2000/- only.
                        Therefore it is requested to reconsider the above said bogus bill dated[protected]. I am waiting your reversal.

                          I am writing this complaint hereby to inform that we received bill 05/11/2018 with a reading of 1410 and consumption o[censored]nit 37, the amount rs 757 already paid. Now we received a bill on 19/03/2019 with a reading of 1513 and consumption o[censored]nit 74 in 35 days which is wrong as our bill should be of 103units in 165days and must be charged accordingly.

                            It seems our water bill has been made on the basis of average.

                            I am user of water connection (K no.[protected] at house no.89 (Ff), a4 block, paschim vihar, delhi-110063. On receipt of a message on my mobile no.[protected], i have downloaded the water bill from djb site and found a bill dated 11-mar-2019 amounting to rs 19060/- (For the period from 25-mar-2018 to 23-jan-2019) due for payment up to 28-mar-2019. The consumption has been averaged and reading/meter status has been shown as mloc (Meter locked). It is shocked to me that my parents are very much present at home and nobody has come for meter reading and the status has been shown as mloc which seems to be a bogus activity. It can't be possible for one year our meter was locked and nobody was there at home. Actually, we were in the impression that our bill is 0₹ as previous year there was no bill as per the usage.                               I was served of a water bill for rs 1200+/-on 25.04.2019. The reading as on 26.12.2018 was 832 kw. Reading as on 25.04.2019 906kw that means 73 kw for 4 months. That way bill should have been nil, i visited your office 26.04.2019 for rectification of bill not nothing has been so far. The reason gave by the officers is that server is not working even after lapse of two weeks. Please look into the matter

                                  The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as rddt because according to him the unit reading was not increasing but the fact is that we do not waste too much water and keep the use of water minimal. Our meter is working and in good condition, i am enclosing here the screenshot of the meter reading and the bill.

                                    Kindly note that my apartment was rented out till october 2018 and since then it has been lying vacant with no water usage at all.

                                    When the last tanent had left in october, a bill was raised for inr 16, 615 with meter status as "ns". How can they raise a bill of rs 16, 615 when the meter status is "ns"? No one from delhi jal board bothers to check the meter.

                                    I had no clue why the bill was so high but i still paid the bill.

                                    The apartment has been lying vacant since november 2018 but i have received another bill of rs 4781 and the status of meter is being shown as "mloc". This is absolute lie since meters are never locked. This person who is responsible for meters is not reaching at all to check the meters it seems.

                                    I went to the apartment (Since i do not stay there) and i was shocked to see that the meter is not working and all these bills were being raised without any basis and i was wrongly charged earlier which i paid and i have been wrongly charged now.

                                    To my mind the local employee of delhi jal board is responsible for this as he not only did not bring this to our notice that the meter was faulty, but also reported wrong consumption. To my mind, this person is not doing his job at all and is penalising consumers without any basis.

                                    I request you to kindly look into this urgently and resolve this otherwise, i would be forced to take legal action against delhi jal board.

                                    Now, i have received another bill of amount of inr 4478 with last payment date of 16th april 2019 which i am not paying unless the matter is resolved.

Therefore, there is a humble request from you that please act as soon as possible so that the delhi jal board is not harmed.
