1. My meter no is 15110860. And kno is [protected]
2. I have paid all my bills to date (Copy attached)
3. I have currently shifted my residence from 326 dda sfs apartments to flat no 5 dds sfs apartments.
4. I need to shift my connection to my new above address which is flat no 5 (Dda) sfs apartments. And disconnect the previous one at 326 sfs apartments which was in the name of shri j. K. Nath.
5. Also, the billing should be in the name of dr mrs. Hemangini nath instead of shri j. K. Nath.
6. I am a 77-year aging veteran. I will be grateful if you could kindly shift my connection at the earliest and acknowledge this letter as well as reply to the effect. Your personal intervention will be highly appreciated. I will be waiting eagerly to receive a reply from you at the earliest.

      Kindly make a note once again, the water smells bad & even the color of the water is different blue. And we have to bath and even brush with that bad water. Kindly make a note on urgent basis and solve the problem at the earliest. It is a big time problem for small babies.

      there's no action taken for the complaint made for water yet. Even the drinking water has the same dirty smell.
      What would happen to kids, they will get ill because of it. Please take an urgent action now.It's been 6 days the complaint has been done, take some immediate action.

        My kno:[protected] bill was due on 16th feb 2018 with a bill amount of rs.6650/- and i had made the online payment on 5th feb 2018 and the same was not updated by djb.

        I had approached several times to our area office 2142, janta flat, nand nagari office and did not find a solution.

        A written complaint was made on 10/09/18 and nothing had happend.
        Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Respected sir,
        I am resident of 4C/18, old rajinder nagar, near golchakkar coincide 1100460 . From last 6 days there was water flown through sewage pipe and coming from the walls of my house.
        There were unhygienic smell and increasing possibilities of spreading deadly diseases . Please see in this matter as soon as possible.

        Dear sir, i have purchased a crensent new meter in oct and installed it but when comes my first bill in 1jan its so heavy amount 23000 before it my water meter comes 0 rupees i complaint it djb and water meter company but both are harass me to much and again comes 23000 rs bill in march please check it
        Sewer is blocked and overflowing most of the time since past 6 months. Sewer cleaning people not able to clean it permanently.

        My Jan 2019 month water bill was Rs.717, which was fully paid by me.

        In month of March 2019 i have recived bill of Rs.16902/.which is wrong.

        How bill of 2 month is Rs.16902/

          From last 7-10 days i am observing that the water which we are getting from delhi jal board is very smelly as it looks like sevage water. I did the complain regarding this to delhi jal board customer care last 3 days back and they said that visit will be arrange within 12 working hours but still no visited done yet at my home. My father recently got expired. There are huge variety of relatives at my home who are having so much inconvenience because of this and this is so embarrassing for me and to my mother.

          Now on 5th april there is my father's tervi, water is a basic need. I request you to make my concern close asap.

            The said property is vacant from the very beginning and no one is residing in the house. Because of the vacant property, the water is not using at all and also because of that meter is also not running regularly.

            From the very beginning i am getting the water bill which is quite high, time to time and i paid the bills.in some bills after depositing the amount, it also been adjusted time to time.

            In the recent bill i got the payable amount is 3, 924.- which is quite high and i am not able to borne the said high amount.

            Please you are requested to adjust the bill accordingly as no one is living in the premises and water is not consuming by any one.

            Your kind and early action will be highly appreciated.

            In my front of my house the Sewer are blocked and water rapidly come from sewer and entered in my house. The smell of water is very dirty and injuries to health and water stand there and mosquito come there. So you are requested please look into the matter.

                  It has been almost two months that the quality water supplied is in real bad state. The water stinks like sewage and is blackish in color. Despite several complaints previously, no measure has been taken. The supplied water is of bad quality during both morning and evening. Hence it seems to be beyond the quality of consumption.

                    Sir, i have a water connection with my name jagat pal, k no.- [protected], sir we don't use much djb water because of we have a summerville connection and 90% of water we consume with this. Meter reder or anyone else did not tell me about my stopped meter. And i am also thing that my meter is in running condition but if they say my meter is stopped so how can they make my bill even without getting meter reading and my bill is raising like sky and 3 april, 2019 i am getting my current bill is the rs 14130 is this joke. Please let us know what you think about this bill. This is wrong please cut all charges because i am using maximum 10000 to 15000 liters water in month.
                    So, i hope you will understand my problem and take action as soon as possible beacause i am from middle class family i cannot be able to pay bill of this type.

It is requested to recheck the meter reading for next month basis without any charges for interest for pending bill amount to deposit the balance payment upto the current month bill. PL.                       I reside at delhi south zone khanpur extension tigri colony and the concern is related to water bill, since delhi government has given the of 20000 liters of water a month would be supplied free to every household. If this limit gets above then nominal charges will be applicable. My question is we are three members in my family then how much water we may consume on daily basis, i believe very less which comes under 15000 liters per month, then how come my bill keep getting increase since last few months and now its rs 19267 which is unimaginable. Please have a look on this since i am not supposed to pay such an amount where government has already given the free water supply to delhi citizens

                        No water supply since last five days - tried to contact ee mr mukesh jindal [protected], je mr sanjeev bharti-[protected] & je mr lokpal-[protected], no one is picking up the phone, with regret informing to the concerned sr officials, no one is even responding even after booking a complint at 1916 vide complaint no[protected].
                        Hope some responsible person should initiate to rectify the issue with water supply as well as in the non response behavior of these above engineers of djb.

                            I deepti datta, bring in to your knowledge regarding water supply in mehrauli ward no 8... Water pressure is very slow.. I live at 2nd floor, 1051/8, mehrauli. Water pressure is very low due to this reason my motor unable to pull water in to tanki.. We even dont hv water for drinking also.. I am purchasing water from outside shops. Water comes after 4 days... We can fullfill our daily water needs even.. Pls send ur official in to mehrauli.. Check water pipe is damaged on the way when water comes water outflow on the road from these leaked pipe... Please repair water pipe damaged on thw road...

                            Please look into the matter.. My humble request you sir.. We r facing this problem..

                                Old habits dies hard. For years the sewer lines in hari nagar are cleaned and leaving the strong foul smelling wastage hazardous there for the discomfort of residents living nearby. Moreover it gives chance to unscruplous elements to throw their rubbish thereand stray dogs and pets to excrete there and in days it becomes a big mound.

                                When mcd is asked to clean the said wastage they do not do so saying that it comes in the domain of djb as the sewer with round covers are with them for cleaning and removal of wastage. Also the logic also says that when the sewer lines are cleaned the rubbish should also be removed then and then instead of leaving it for the discomfort of the residents and exposing to danger of vector diseases.

                                This complaint is about the sewer wastage in the street of b -139 to b-149 of hari nagar clock tower, new delhi-110064.

                                  There is an ongoing problem with the water supply to my home having address b-3 1st floor kewal park, near m. C. D flats azadpur, delhi-110033. Problem is that on our home water supply, water is getting mixed with sewer water because of improper pipeline distribution which is very harmful for human life in my apartment.                                   This is to inform you that the sewer of my house is overflowing since one month but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made my house smelling foul. Please help me out of this situation. My address 130 - a d. D. A flats ghazipur delhi - 110096

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    As bill forwarded by djb is not line up the water reading when i saw the bill i was shocked for bill amount forward to me without any reading beyond limitations.

                                    I request to djb please review my water bill & take right decision. As my earlier bill was in - 200 for last many months.
