I am a resident of 17/110, kalyanpuri delhi (Mob [protected]). We are facing acute water shortage from the last 5 days due to wrong water connection with main line. I tried to lodge a complaint through the helpline no. But they are not providing the complaint no., nor anybody from nearest jal board office is giving a solution.
Sir, water is a basic necessity of life which is indispensable. We are forced to buy water from outside because jal board is not able to provide a solution.
Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible because without water there is no life.
Looking forward for a expeditious and prompt action from jal board.

    Dear sir, i am from sultanpuri g-block new delhi 110086. We are facing water problem in our are for two days. D. J. B hired a people who open the water on the road. He is very lazy. He is not opened water on the time and when we go to him to ask that when will you open the water? He replied very rudely "don't know".
    We kindly request to you sir please solve our problem. We are facing water problem for last one year. Please change your men who open the water in sultanpuri g-block.

And warming me your next bill is so high price i give i denay all of them 2 hour ago he send me 54000 thousand bill 3 april so what can i do give me direction...

        Dear sir
        This is regarding irregular water supplier in my area. I m living in gali no.2, govindpuri facing issue of water supply. Delhi jal board giri nagar contact person are always saying that we are giving regular supply and our person name nasheem ahmed is responsible for valve opening in area water supply but he is not picking any call and delhi jal board people keep fooling us by not giving any solution. This is really a hell of management by delhi board person at giri nagar that they are not able to supply water to residence of area. I m living in gali no.2 kalkaji side.. What i believe that the tax we are paying to government to run these government is not worthy. Kindly do some action in such issue. What is need to live in delhi if we are getting enough water supply.

          irregular water supply in gali no.2 govindpuri

          Dear sir,
          We are facing water issue and crisis with jal board... There is irregular supply of water in our gali no.2 govindpuri (Kalkaji depot side).. As per delhi jal board supply person there is water timing are:
          Morning 04:30 am to 05:30 am & evening time it is 08:00 pm to 09:30 pm.. But actually this is not happening, in every week we are facing such a issue. One call they are talking like iliterate person and shouting...

          This is to bring to your kind notice that our water bill for connection (New kno. [protected]) at our property address f-84, second floor, vikas puri, new delhi – 110018 is being generated as mloc (Meter locked) status, whereas the meter is never locked. Also, we haven’t used water since the inception of this building (Oct. 2017) and are also not residing in the said property.

          This is a new property and we got the possession of the same in sept. 2018. Till then, no water was used for the mentioned new k number. Also, since sept 2018 till date nobody is residing in the said property (F-84, second floor, vikas puri) as it was constructed for re-sale purpose. Also, the total current water reading (18 months till date from the start of the connection) is 14 kiloliters whereas 20 kilolitres is supplied to every household as freewater supply. (Image of the meter is also attached – two images).

          It is hereby requested that you may kindly waive off the bills (Charges till date), as there is no water consumption for the said connection.

          Kindly waive-off the bills and you may please kindly note that the future bills be generated on meter reading only, as the water meters are not locked and reading can be easily taken from the premises (Ground floor – open parking space).

            Writing this complaint regarding to the wrong and inappropriate bill generation of amount ₹17446 of K No- [protected].
            As no one is residing at this residence addressing GH- 5&7, 695 paschim vihar, new Delhi since 2017 But still the bill is generated automatically of ₹ 17446 which is not even been used a drop of it since 2017.
            So it would be grateful if you take an action to rebate this wrong and inappropriate generated bill as soon as possible!

                3. I have currently shifted my residence from 326 dda sfs apartments to flat no 5 dds sfs apartments.
                4. I need to shift my connection to my new above address which is flat no 5 (Dda) sfs apartments. And disconnect the previous one at 326 sfs apartments which was in the name of shri j. K. Nath.
                5. Also, the billing should be in the name of dr mrs. Hemangini nath instead of shri j. K. Nath.
                6. I am a 77-year aging veteran. I will be grateful if you could kindly shift my connection at the earliest and acknowledge this letter as well as reply to the effect.                     there's no action taken for the complaint made for water yet. Even the drinking water has the same dirty smell.
                    What would happen to kids, they will get ill because of it. Please take an urgent action now.It's been 6 days the complaint has been done, take some immediate action.

                      I had approached several times to our area office 2142, janta flat, nand nagari office and did not find a solution.

                      A written complaint was made on 10/09/18 and nothing had happend.

                      Dear sir, i have purchased a crensent new meter in oct and installed it but when comes my first bill in 1jan its so heavy amount 23000 before it my water meter comes 0 rupees i complaint it djb and water meter company but both are harass me to much and again comes 23000 rs bill in march please check it
                      Sewer is blocked and overflowing most of the time since past 6 months. Sewer cleaning people not able to clean it permanently.

                      My Jan 2019 month water bill was Rs.717, which was fully paid by me.

                      In month of March 2019 i have recived bill of Rs.16902/.which is wrong.

                        From last 7-10 days i am observing that the water which we are getting from delhi jal board is very smelly as it looks like sevage water. I did the complain regarding this to delhi jal board customer care last 3 days back and they said that visit will be arrange within 12 working hours but still no visited done yet at my home. My father recently got expired. There are huge variety of relatives at my home who are having so much inconvenience because of this and this is so embarrassing for me and to my mother.

                        Now on 5th april there is my father's tervi, water is a basic need. I request you to make my concern close asap.

                          The said property is vacant from the very beginning and no one is residing in the house. Because of the vacant property, the water is not using at all and also because of that meter is also not running regularly.

                          From the very beginning i am getting the water bill which is quite high, time to time and i paid the bills.in some bills after depositing the amount, it also been adjusted time to time.

                          In the recent bill i got the payable amount is 3, 924.- which is quite high and i am not able to borne the said high amount.

                          Please you are requested to adjust the bill accordingly as no one is living in the premises and water is not consuming by any one.

                                It has been almost two months that the quality water supplied is in real bad state. The water stinks like sewage and is blackish in color. Despite several complaints previously, no measure has been taken. The supplied water is of bad quality during both morning and evening. Hence it seems to be beyond the quality of consumption.
                                Hope the problem remains sorted before people start falling sick.

                                  Sir, i have a water connection with my name jagat pal, k no.- [protected], sir we don't use much djb water because of we have a summerville connection and 90% of water we consume with this. Meter reder or anyone else did not tell me about my stopped meter. And i am also thing that my meter is in running condition but if they say my meter is stopped so how can they make my bill even without getting meter reading and my bill is raising like sky and 3 april, 2019 i am getting my current bill is the rs 14130 is this joke. Please let us know what you think about this bill. This is wrong please cut all charges because i am using maximum 10000 to 15000 liters water in month.
                                  So, i hope you will understand my problem and take action as soon as possible beacause i am from middle class family i cannot be able to pay bill of this type.

                                  My water bill is too much than the consumption for the month. The bill is pending for payment due to higher side bill amount. It is requested to recheck the meter reading for next month basis without any charges for interest for pending bill amount to deposit the balance payment upto the current month bill. PL. Correct the bill without penalty.
                                  There is very dirty smell like sewerage in water. It is undrinkable even after filtering

                                    I reside at delhi south zone khanpur extension tigri colony and the concern is related to water bill, since delhi government has given the of 20000 liters of water a month would be supplied free to every household. If this limit gets above then nominal charges will be applicable. My question is we are three members in my family then how much water we may consume on daily basis, i believe very less which comes under 15000 liters per month, then how come my bill keep getting increase since last few months and now its rs 19267 which is unimaginable. Please have a look on this since i am not supposed to pay such an amount where government has already given the free water supply to delhi citizens
