On 10th/11th November at about 2030 when we Switched on our pump bad smell received and on checking we were surprised to notice that sewerage water are being poured on our overhead tank.How this can be happened? Kindly check the line and save us from deadly health hazard .

We are getting contaminated water supply for 4 days… in H-4/9 area in mahavir enclave, bangali wali colony road. Kindly resolve this issue

I would like to bring to your notice the bad condition of the roads in our area(PLOT NO-411 VILLAGE KAKROLA, 15-6, KAKROLA, DWARKA, 110078) through this letter.
For the last 2 years, the road has been almost impassable. We have made several complaints. But the problem is being neglected for a long time. The surface of the road is broken by the heavy rains. There are heaps of road material on both sides of the road. They leave only little room in the middle. The side drains are blocked and the water flows out. So, the road gets flooded even after a slight rain. There are pot-holes on the road. The broken culvert is also a danger for vehicles.
The residents of the locality are facing a lot of problems. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

This is to inform to the concerned authority of delhi jal board that in gali no.29 (near chota shiv mandir) of tughlakabad extn., delhi, several illegal water connections are running with several years. There are 3 to 4 illegal connections are running in one building.
There is no legal action has been taken against these people.
Due to this illegal connections, people who have legal connections are facing a lot of water problems.
This is to request you to look into this matters as early as possible and take a neccessary step in this direction.

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of E-35-36, Om Vihar Extension, Gali No. 6, New Delhi 110059. On 28.10.2022. In our premises 07 meters are installed and the numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Out of these seven meters, five meters were stolen. Kindly look into the matter and issue new meters accordingly.

This regards to my several complaints raised online and offline as well on the 27th April 2022 vide Dairy#3962 emphasizing on the Inflated bill amounts despite the fact water consumption for several years remains the same being 05 members in the family without any change. Your immediate attention is highly appreciated to Resolve this issue on priority basis.

We have received attached hard copy of Bill No. (िबल संखया):[protected] KNO(के एनओ): [protected] which showed Meter reading status :ADF . Actually we get to know that just after the bills. Kindly replace our Meter.
After my father's death i don't know much about the meter status, only me and my 74 yrs. old mother stay together in the house, and we will not misuse that much of water that we charged in the bill.
pls replace the meter and waive off the bill amount.

Sir,
I received the Bill for Rs. 757/- on 28/07/2022 with the status of NS. i.e no current reading. I given the complaint on 02/08/2022 vide complaint no. [protected]. But no action has been taken. Once again I received the bill on 20/09/2022 for Rs. 1514/- with the same remarks i.e. NS.(no current reading) without any correction. I again lodge the complaint on 04/10/2022 vide complaint no. [protected] alongwith image of meter reading on 16/08/2022.
The above said complaint already sent to ZRO, Pratap Nagar, Delhi – 110007 and help line no 1916. But no action has been taken as yet.
Sir, we are small family with two childrens and it is a domestic line. As you are aware that less than 20 units are used in domestic line in a month in a family.
May, I request you to kindly look into the matter and revised the bill accordingly.
An early action shall be highly appreciated

At the above mentioned address the owner is digging a borewell and using
water for commercial use

Its been more then 10 days. smelly / sewage water is coming in pipeline. after doing may complaints no body came for any investigation or help. please check and help

The worst quality of water is jn west delhi feels like drinking sewer water plus foam in it just come with your authorities and drink this water once. This is the cause for diseases. Delhi government should look into this

This is to say that at above address there is illegal borewell. The owner uses heavy volumes of water for construction purpose.

I have lodged complaint to delhi jal board and at the time of inspection the borewell is found.

Delhi jal board Narwana Road officials are sending me fake water bills without taking any reading of my water meter. I have already raised this issue several times and also had uploaded the picture of my meter reading but all in vain. I also tried to contact telephonically with DJB officials Narawan Road, but no one is responding. In case you are won't find the attached document. Kindly visit my house and take reading yourself.

Hello Sir,

My K No. is [protected], living in Nizamuddin Basti. We are facing huge water problem for last 4 months. Water comes only for half to one hour at about 4 A.M till 5 A.M. In this short and awkward time, how could we be able to satisfy our needs. Attaching one of your staff letter, recommending the replacement of Pipe line immediately. 10-15 days back your staff came here, replaced the pipeline of other lane and not of Gali Gadaryan. Result of that no water came even after that.

Kindly replace the pipe line of Gali Gadaryan immediately and check whether the water comes or not before going.

This is to inform you that we have been getting Sewer Water (Not muddy) in our place since the last 10 days.

Upon registering our complaint at 1916 the complaint was assigned to our area JEE Sh Keshav Jangid., Mob no: [protected]

He did take action by sending the linemen in our area on the but till now the problem has not been resolved by them. This is a serious issue which should be dealt with on an urgent basis. But the response by JEE Sh Keshav Jangid has been nothing but disappointing.

The Linemen are not making the necessary efforts to resolve the issue and are trying to suppress the issue by suggesting rubbish solutions. They have checked that the water is in fact Sewer water and not muddy water but still are not making any efforts to resolve this issue.

Can you imagine the health problems that this sewer water can cause to me and my family? Please help us!

I am from Bhogal Jangpura, New Delhi.
We are facing a huge problem of water shortage from 1 month. Water came only for 1 or 2 hour. This is the very big problem for us because we don't have any other source of water. Please resolve our problem. Give us water till 9 am in the morning.
