I have received bill of Rs 94410 for 15 months. This much consumption in a domestic household is impossible to imagine. Moreover why didn’t the authorities updated me on time and why are they handling me bill with such a high amount after 15 months . I ask the authorities what were they doing since 15 months? The State Government of Delhi has provided 20, 000 litres free water so how can the monthly consumption reach upto Rs 6000 and above...

Since 1st week of June 2022 the Drinking Water Supply pressure is reduced at DDA Janta Flats Gazipur Delhi 110096. Sent several emails to all the higher and lower DJB officials and registered at control room. Till date there is no action taken and planning to file a complaint at Delhi Mediation Center. I am Amit and resident of Madhu vihar, raja puri, I registered a complaint about leakage of DJB water supply pipe on 18-aug'22.
and I got no of Hansraj Meena. I try to call him multiple time but he is not picking the Call.(always busy there mobile).there is very bad situation and Mud around us. The leakage water is smelling bad and lots of mosquito there causing illness and some people slip there and got major injury.

I complained on the 1916 helpline about overflowing sewage and mosquitos in the water in front of our house (complaint ID: DJB[protected] on 12th Aug 2022. But no action was taken till today date 18th Aug 2022 and I called & message the allotted person JE Hans Raj Meena but no response from his side (the phone is always "busy").

My meter got changed sometimes ago as it was faulty as per testing agency and it was changed by the Delhi Jal Board but even after changing the meter my bill amount was not corrected by the Jal Board and till now it shows that previous amount in addition to the monthly bill amount. Despite visiting the Jal Board multiple times but they didn’t respond to any of my request for correcting the bill amount.

The pipe fittings for filling water into terrace water tanks are old and damaged every day thousands liter of drinking water is getting wasted. The leaking water is also heavily damaging the building structure.
Requesting you to please get the pipeline repairing done....

From last few months I am facing problem of water overflowing in front of my house. Which are also causing lots of accidents. No. Of mosquitos is increasing which can cause dangue or malaria. Water is continuously overflowing.
