From last many months delhi jal board issued me provisional bill with remarks meter box lock. We are leaving at first floor and our meter installed in ground floor.     I deepti datta, bring in to your knowledge regarding water supply in mehrauli ward no 8... Water pressure is very slow.. I live at 2nd floor, 1051/8, mehrauli. Water pressure is very low due to this reason my motor unable to pull water in to tanki.. We even dont hv water for drinking also.. I am purchasing water from outside shops. Water comes after 4 days... We can fullfill our daily water needs even.. Pls send ur official in to mehrauli.. Check water pipe is damaged on the way when water comes water outflow on the road from these leaked pipe... Please repair water pipe damaged on thw road...

    Please look into the matter.. My humble request you sir.. We r facing this problem..
    Pls give atleast water supply 2 or 3 times in mehrauli ward no 8..

      Sir, i have a water connection with my name fateh singh, k no.- [protected], sir we don't use as much djb water because of we have summerville connection also 90%of water we consume with this since one year. And nobody tell me that your water metre is not working. Or stop. And feb 2019we received this bill i'd[protected] and the bill is 16207rs is this joke. Please let us know what you think about this bill. This is wrong please reduce all charges such as stop metre bill charges such as lpsc. And presently i have changed my metre to new one at 2 april 2019. Please

        Old habits dies hard. For years the sewer lines in hari nagar are cleaned and leaving the strong foul smelling wastage hazardous there for the discomfort of residents living nearby. Moreover it gives chance to unscruplous elements to throw their rubbish thereand stray dogs and pets to excrete there and in days it becomes a big mound.

        When mcd is asked to clean the said wastage they do not do so saying that it comes in the domain of djb as the sewer with round covers are with them for cleaning and removal of wastage. Also the logic also says that when the sewer lines are cleaned the rubbish should also be removed then and then instead of leaving it for the discomfort of the residents and exposing to danger of vector diseases.

        This complaint is about the sewer wastage in the street of b -139 to b-149 of hari nagar clock tower, new delhi-110064.

          There is an ongoing problem with the water supply to my home having address b-3 1st floor kewal park, near m. C. D flats azadpur, delhi-110033. Problem is that on our home water supply, water is getting mixed with sewer water because of improper pipeline distribution which is very harmful for human life in my apartment. I have raised it many times to our neighbors who refuse to pay any attention...

            As bill forwarded by djb is not line up the water reading when i saw the bill i was shocked for bill amount forward to me without any reading beyond limitations.

                I have been receiving excessive bills since last year varying to up to rs 2000 per month which was never the case before and also my consumption never increased.

                Kindly look into the matter, you are asking me to pay rs.11000 which is highly dis-satisfactory. Whenever i try to complaint your officials either dont listen to the complaints when i visit the office or there is no response on 1916 contact number.

                  The construction of my new property was completed in may-18 and water supply to all newly built 4 residential floors was restored by oct-18. Since then the water supply was regular and recently the water supply pressure from the source has dropped to almost nil.                   The supply has been restored. There was a plastic stuck in supply junction for our pipe. This was done by me privately since the water supply had to be restored.

                    Our Street's sewer is completely block again since month. its difficult to even walk on the street due to overflow of sewer, And its becoming the primary source of mosquitoes as well.
                    Earlier around 1 months back, i raised the complaint for the same. After several followups they came and did the the very temporary work (Just spent 10-15 mins) and assured us that all water would be cleared automatically as they have cleared the Mainhole. But that statement was just to close the ongoing complaint without putting any effort. Then Problem of sever blockage again started just after few days, and getting worst day by day.

                    Why they have not cleared the sub and main holes thoroughly so that atleast it would work for next 6 months?

                    Requesting to all higher authorities to look into this matter and solve this sewer overflow issue ASAP.

                      I am resident of fateh nagar and it been week that we are daily getting gutter water which full of smell and is of black color in our water connection. No action has been taken since then and we have called the complaint number 1916 but it is of no use. The complaint number is[protected].

                      Moreover, we are getting our bill and we are paying the bill regularly for the water which is of no use.

                      Kindly check this and help us on priority.

                        With due respect i would like to inform you that from last 1 month we are getting, sewer water mixed with our drinking water in our area h-375, gali no. 8 dhirpur, delhi - 110009, i have several time (Four time in a month) complaint at customer care no. 1916 of delhi jal board but no action has been taken out till the time. Even i am receiving message that my complaint has been resolved, this is so surprising without any discussion or solution who has resolved it. Few day ago i have got our area engineer (Hitesh kaushik) number and when i asked about my complaint, then he said will resolve soon, but the situation still as it is (Coming dirty water). The situation of water is too pathetic, also, we are getting sick with stomach pain and other disease due to use dirty water.

                        Kindly, consider this application and take necessary action on urgent basis.

                        Hope you understand the problem and resolve this issue.

                          This is to bring to your kind notice that bill dated[protected] has been sent to us with the amount reflecting to rs. 38895 which is is wrongly calculated. The bill amount does not do justice with the consumption level. My details are as follows, b-2c/29b janak puri, new delhi-110058.

                            Every after 4-5 days the supply water we are getting is extremely stinky and smelly. It is more of like gutter water. It has a lot of smell. We cannot use that water for even washing or bathing, cooking and washing utensils using that smelly dirty water is just unacceptable. I reside in khajoor wali gali, east baldev park. Many times i called 1916 and registered a complaint but after every 4-5 day, i face the same issue. Can anyone running the system take the complaint seriously and can rectify this issue today and help us in getting normal water and make delhi a better place to live?
                            It is really frustrating to see the capital city of the country is fighting for the very basic need of getting clean water. I cannot even imagine what is the situation in other parts of the country.

                                Since last couple of days sewer is overflowing in the lane connecting aggarwal dharamshala and macdonald. It is between d block and f14 block. A foul smell is making living difficult in area. There is water logging in front of our gate. At ground floor the washrooms are backflowing. The sewer water is entering inside the gate at next door. This lane is hardly swept even.

                                  It is to inform you that we are suffering from water supply problem from last one and half month. We receive only 700 ltrs approx water after complete four days. We collect water of bathing and cloth washing in tubs and buckets and reuse it for toilet purpose. The situation is very pitiable we worse than jhopadpatti. Being a responsible Govt.the ground level reports should be asked from the officers responsible for this irregular water supply. The frequency of water supply would be hardly 8 to 9 times in a month. Kindly see this matter seriously. Being your voter we have right to ask you about our problems.
                                  I shall be grateful to you if water supply is made regular for once in 48 hour. I think we are not asking for more.

                                    There is so much of smell in the mcd water that we are not able to sit in the house and water is also so dirty and is like it is coming directly from the sewer. Kindly do the needful on urgent basis as we are not able to even take a bath. We are facing this problem for the last 4 months. Sometimes the water has very less smell but most of the times the water is so dirty that even we smell bad after taking a bath from that water. I need the line to be checked and see if there is any leakage and mcd water us getting mixed with sewer. Kindly do the needful we are facing a hard time.                                       I have received a bill in the month of november'18 for the period from[protected] to[protected] for rs.133/- against which i have paid rs.130/- valid receipt no.171 dated 24.11.2018. Again i have received another bill for the month of january'19 for a period from 06-11-18 to[protected] for rs.916/- which is an inflated bill against which i have complaint to delhi jal board zro (Sw)-i diary no.4067 dated 19.01.2019. No action has been taken against this complaint.
                                      Further in the month of march 2019 for a period from[protected] to[protected] for rs.2031/- this is also an inflated bill.
                                      I have made all the efforts to rectify my bill and deposit the correct bill amount, which is not possible so far. I have taken bill reading 00122 which is taken by me on 30.03.2019.
                                      Please take action to rectify my bill at the earliest.
