I am resident of rz - 759, gali between 4 & 5, behind baraat ghar, main sagarpur, new delhi-46, since 4 days sewer line in my back lane has been blocked & is overflowing on the road which seems to be very disastrous & looks like living in hell & can cause many diseases to the local residents staying there. Hope you will take immediate action to resolve this problem at the earliest.

      I have to complaint that jal board area manager had not come from 3 years to take the meter reading and they came before the due date with high bill and they told us that if the bill is not paid till the due date our connection will be cut but a few days before i have gone to jal board personally regarding meter reading and they me to talk to my area manage. When i talked to the concerned person he did't respond to it. Now i have got 19000/- approx pending bill and its last dur date is 19th jan 2019. Please respond to my complaint as soon as possible.

        their website is too bad.I didn't see this type of website before
        I think the water bill system in India is pathetic. The website doesn't work like the government employees here in India. The bills are diabolical always. What a shame!

          Sir i have been staying in b -1378, first floor, patli gali, dheeraj pustak lane, shastri nagar, 110052, for the past 4 years and our water bill used to come zero rupees, but for the past 3 months the bill amount is excessive and i am sure that it's wrong. Something is wrong with the meter or the person who notes down the reading puts any random number which he wishes without checking the meter. Our electricity bill is around 200 rupees so there is no question that the water bill could be so exorbitant.
          I would not be in a state of paying the bill till requisite action is taken. I have attached a copy of bill.
          Kindly look into the issue and rectify it.

            Dear sir,

            I have received massage and water bill from bjb against k no [protected] of rs.1977 with due date of 4th february 2019 this is wrong water bills without meter reading, in my janta flat at 145-a dda janta flat chilla village, mayur vihar –i, delhi. My k no.[protected] name syed hamid ali the details are downloaded from your website, physically bill is not received. I am residing in gole market, new delhi since 1997, and my above flat is vacant for the last many years. I have not received any bill after 16 april 2015 bill and i have credit amount of rs.2406.41 in month of 16 april 2015 bill. Delhi chief minister given free 500 lt. Daily water to resident of delhi i am not use water of above flat due to my flat is vacant for last may years you are requested to kindly correct my bills from 16 april 2015 to till date kindly do the needful in this regard

                  Received the bill for december, 2018. My kno no. [protected]

                  No one came to read the meter reading. I submitted the photo of my meter reading which shows 00307 but the bill is for 00580, which is totally wrong.

                  The bill was calculated wrongly. I don't know how they calculate.

                  I requst the delhi jal board authority to please look into it and resolve my problem.

                    wastage of water daily in chattarpur mata chowk

                    Hi delhi jal board team,

                    I leaved in chattarpur near mata chowk (Delhi-110074). I saw daily near about 11 am water supply started streets filled with the water there is way to cross the road and also wastage o[censored]seful drink able water daily.

                    I request you to please look once and find out the people who wasted water or leeked pipes. So water shouldn't waste in future....

                      Sub.: - wrong billing of k. No. [protected] (Consumption of 201 days shown on the bill 105 days)
                      (Vimla pandey, 240 b po. C mayur vihar –ii, delhi 91)
                      Sir,
                      We have a 15 mm water metered connection in our 1ft floor dda flat at mayur vihar –ii, delhi. There is a mistake in date of meter reading. The reading shown as taken on 22/09/2018 was actually taken on 25/06/2018, thus a period of 201 days’ consumption is 126 units, instead of 105 days.
                      In this regard following facts are given below: -
                      1. Our meter is locked, whenever your official/ meter reader comes to our premises we have to open the lock.
                      2. We also note the reading during his visit.
                      3. We have complete record of meter reading.
                      4. Meter reader came on 12/01/2019 reading was 714/ok
                      5. He came on 14/10/2018 meter reading was 658/ok
                      6. He came on 25/06/2018 meter reading was 588/ok…instead of 22/09/2018 as shown in your current bill.
                      7. He came on 19/04/2018 meter reading was 547/ok
                      Therefore, this current bill is for 201 days instead of 105 days.
                      It is humbly requested to correct the bill and your books accordingly. The consumption of 201 days is 126 units only. Hoping early action and reply.

Mosquitoes are breeding on them and it is smelling like hell. Water is getting clogged in our house and also water from latrines not going forward. We are facing a serious problem.

                          Respected sir/madam

                          I am one of the resident of Shalimar Bagh (BH block east), Delhi. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and leading to medical problems.

                          The situation is terrible and we are not able to hear from anybody regarding a solution for the same.

                            I have applied for a new water connection on 19th may 2018 at mohan
                            Garden office of delhi jal board, it was sanction new water connection
                            And i have paid - 9252 inr amount for new connection bill on 09th june
                            2018. (Attached herewith)
                            But till now, my new connection has not been installed with djb main
                            Line to my house and i haven't got meter also,
                            I have saver time verbal complained via phone on delhi jal board help
                            Desk –[protected], they issue me complain number: 074997.
                            Till date action has not to be taken care of by djb team.
                            Subsequently several requests to “delhi jal board help desk” team
                            Members, then they have provided me one number: mr. Ankit his mobile
                            Number (+ [protected]), i have tried to follow up him almost 100 times
                            By call this person is not giving the satisfactory response and not
                            Attending call several times.
                            Therefore, up till date, my new connection has not been installed at my house.
                            Request you to djb higher management please help to assign some person
                            For fixing of the new connection.
                            This is for your support/cooperation exhibited to the above request
                            And do the needful, please.

                              I am a resident of hari nagar clock tower new delhi. Sewers of our area are blocked for the last five days. We have done written complaint also but nobody attend the problem. The situation is getting worst day by day. Mosquitoes are breeding on them and it is smelling like hell. We have done written complaint through emails many times but nobody attend the problem. The situation is getting worst day by day. Mosquitoes are breeding on them and it is smelling like hell.                                   My connection number is [protected]. The bill that i received for nov 2018 in december 2018 was rs. 7320/-. On checking the meter, it was deemed faulty by a djb plumber and he replaced the meter. The paperwork was submitted to the office of djb vasant kunj. Now i am still handed a bill for rs.8650/-. Why is that? If the meter was deemed faulty then why do i have to pay such a high bill for a faulty meter reading? When i called 1916, or went to the djb office, they are saying that it is aggregated payment... What does that mean when i have been paying every single bill that has been presented to me? I refuse to be penalized like this for a faulty billing system being followed by djb and its callous attitude towards the consumers.

                                      Hi my k no. Is [protected] and i have received a message from the jal board regarding my new connection and water bill which is rs. 62267 and i just want to know how can they send me the amount for the new connection. I have purchased my flat in 2014 and they have charged very high amount for this.

                                      In my building there is 20 flats and we have only 4 connections but all 20 flats are getting the same amount of bill which is 62267.
