      I am sonia sharma residence of jahangirpuri a block. Few days ago we have a severage work happened. All roads are digged and all shiver are opened. Till now the issue is same and not resolved. All colony residence are gather and visited the mcd office. We meet purshotam from mcd office who misbehave with me and push me in front of every one. It is humilatting for me as a female.

      I request u all to look into this on priority.

        Hello sir/ mam,

        My name is amit kumar, residence area is shyam vihar ph 1 najafgarh & address is a/31 shyam vihar ph 1 street no 18 road no 3, najafgarh new delhi-110043, here we are facing problem due to shortage supply of water tanker, as in our street there are appx. 60+ families are living, due to large no. Of family we could not get proper water supply, here we are requesting to add 1 more water tanker on sunday, so that each & every family can get at least 2 or 3 bucket of water. Please raise our request to concern department.

          There is leakage for more than 10-15 days, the street logged with water, trespassers faced problem due to water logging.
          All say that water is precious, but unfortunately beside DDU MARG FLATS IN MINTO ROAD AREA water is free and road is full of water. No one can take action in this regard.

          I request you to stop this leakage and save the precious water.

            Sir,
            I am a resident of 29-c, dda flat, tamoor nagar, new delhi, 110065. For the last ten days there is no water supply in our flat. There are 45 flats in our lane no.3 and there is no water supply. We had visited the jal board office in new friends colony several time and meet j. E. And ae in the office vide compt. No 34. It was informed that there is low pressure supply from sonia vihar but for how many days this problem will continue.

            So, it is requested that water supply may be restored i our colony very soon.

              Please refer to our k no: [protected], this is to inform you that we have received a water consumption bill id:[protected] dt. 28.12.2018 of rs.4, 357/-. The consumption for the stated period is 31-oct-2018 to 28-dec-2018 including charges of previous period for which no bill was received by us so far from the last about 2 years. This bill showing the meter reading 1298 whereas as on date the meter reading is 1263. It clearly shows that higher meter reading bill was raised by the delhi jal board to raise such a huge amount of bill whereas our consumption is less than the limit prescribed for exemption for last + 5 years which may be verified by the history record itself from the deptt. We are holding this higher amount of bill for payment and request concerned officials to rectify the same at the earliest to avoid any further inconvenience.

              You are kindly requested to do the needful correction and revised the bill with appropriate meter reading or as may deemed fit at your end to show correctness the consumption.

              Your prompt and early action is this regard is highly appreciated

                I am resident 76 janak park, hari nagar. Our sewer line has been choked for the last so many days which results in backflow of sewer waste at our homes. When the sewer line is checked, it appears that the sewer line is choked with lots of silt and action is required to desilt the line. It is therefore requested to get the sewer line desilted and cleaned...

                  I am a resident of b-94, upper ground, naraina vihar, new delhi – 100028.in the back lane to our house and acting on the compliant of the residents at b-96, the sewer holes at the back lanes were opened and residue/filth extracted some days back.
                  The man-holes were opened by your personnel with gross negligence and the boundary/periphery on the man-holes on which the man-hole cover rests was broken.
                  Request you as under:

                  A) please have the man-hole repaired for the cover will not rest on the damages man-hole. It is difficult to venture at the back side as odor originating from the man-hole is hazardous.
                  B) please have the filth/residue that is kept around the man-holes collected.

                    I have been receiving regular water bill but since 26/05/2018, the meter reading has been incorrectly mentioned on these bill. Meter reading on 26.05.2018 was 2998, the same had been taken on 13/07/2018. On 24/08/2018, it was taken as 2999. Again on 30/10/2018, it was mentioned as 2999. We have been regularly using water and meter is showing correct uses of water by us. But the meter reading was not taken regularly and same reading has been taken continuously. Now the meter shows reading as 3150 but the person who had come for meter reading on 29/12/2018 stated that meter is faulty and mentioned rddt - reading detained in my current bill dated 29/12/2018. This is totally wrong.

                    Pl arrange to look into the matter and resolve the issue by taking correct meter reading in my bills since 26/05/2018.

                        It should be 230 kl from 16 jun 2018 to 20 december 2018 and duration should be 180 days.

                            Hello i am mohit kumar resident of wz-283/29 west block street no 2 khyala.. I am facing problem due to blockage and leakage of sewer in our street. All waste water collect in front of my house three days back i reported this complaint at local complaint office and even registerd my complaint on toll free helpline, my complaint no is[protected], but not resolved till now. Engineer not taking the calls.. Even no one is taking responsibility for this.. We complaint to our colony m. L. A mrs shweta saini, but may be she is not intrested to solve our issue..

                              We reside in g block of ashok vihar phase one area. G - 56 to be precise.
                              We have been getting dirty water since many months, which has strong stink too.
                              Not even fit for washing or bathing, cleaning etc.

                              Most residents in our lane have started getting mineral water cans in regular basis... But our basic needs of clean water is something which we can rightfully deserve.

                                  I am resident of 'k' block saurabh vihar jaitpur badarpur new delhi 110044.
                                  Free ground water connections along roadside were
                                  Installed in our area 7 or 8 year ago.
                                  But now as all people have own submersible in their house.
                                  So, for hours water keep flowing unused in ditches.
                                  Hope you shall take appropriate measures to conserve the precious ground water as no actions have been taken till now to preserve water.

                                    The flat is not in use due to dilapidated condition requiring major repairs as the building (In which my flat is a part) is under dispute among the legal heirs and the case is pending in delhi high court. Hence no repairs and maintenance is done to the flats occupied by tenants and it is dangerous and risky to live there. Being a very senior citizen and widower it is not advisable to live alone without carrying major repairs to the ceiling. As such i am forced to live with my daughter though i am paying the rent regularly depositing in tis hazari court. On the basis of my representation in the past and as per my letter dated 22.8.2014 (Diary no.2193 dt.22.08.2014) the zonal officer was good enough to treat me in the category of a consumer of zero consumption and accordingly bills for the periods 18.11.2014 to 5.2.15; 5.2.15 to 3.5.15 and 3.5.15 to 26.6.15 were prepared indicating zero consumption of water. I was also informed on 22.8.14 by the then zro that being a very senior citizen need not take the trouble of visiting the office on this account as all future bills will be raised on this basis. I was out of delhi for about three months from sept.2015 till november 2015 and quite to my surprise i received a message through my mobie phone [protected] that an amount of rs.3774/ is due from me which is totally incorrect and unjustified as it is against the assurance given to me in person on 222.8.14. Further no water or electricity is consumed as i did not reside in the premises.in my absence the legal heirs have removed the water connection motor and also blocked the passage to my flat with almirahs and the approach to water connection is also not free.in view of the above problems my visits to the flat to check my belongings are also restricted. Since i am one of the oldest tenants of late parameshwari devi the owner of the building i do not wish to lodge police complaints unless it becomes absolutely necessary when i move to the flat after repairs. Under these circumstances the raising of bills arbitrarily by the department in spite of my protests conveyed by complaints lodged since 15th. N0v.2016, 22nd march 2017 followed by a reminder on 5th april, 2017 remains unsolved till date which to say the least is quite unjustified. I would therefore request you to look into this matter on top priority basis and cancel all the wrong bills raised on the basis of assumed average and treat me as consumer of zero consumption of water as has been followed and promised.
