I have received a heavy bill of rs 7382/- for my premises (Taken on rent) in which i hardly stay since i have hectic office hours and therefore there is hardly any water usage except on weekends. Moreover i couldn’t understandt the calculations per kilo litre based on my consumption as stated im the arrears. There should not be any arrears since i have been receiving bill periodically and paying whenever payable. My k no is [protected]....

It is quite strange to read the subject bill in which firstly you are charging 60% of sewerage charges when already paid and secondly you have given 5 previous...

I have received the bill no.[protected] dated[protected] with the amount of rs 29040/- for water consumption of 646 units for the period from 26 july to 27 august, 2018 (33 days).

My water meter was installed august 8, 2014 and my water consumption was always be less than 100 units till july 2018. I have paid all the bills time to time.

Dear sir,
I am on rent in a flat in old mahavir nagar, new delhi and the meter was stopped for a long time and the flat was vacant. Now, all of sudden i got a bill in oct'18 of rs. 7789, where as meter reading is showing as stp. Again got bill for nov18 of rs.8682.
None of the month water meter has exceeded the free limit of 20kl and also when the meter was stop, how the bill got generated.

We have noticed that from the last 3 - 4 bills, bills for consumption of water is on the very high side, though consumption is very low. You can verify our records for the last 3 years.
Please get the meter checked & adjust the overcharged bill amount in the a/c in future bills....

My consumer number is [protected]. I have installed water meter from past few years. I am consuming very less water but i am getting high bills. Your officer does not take my water bill reading so how can bill generates. I live alone in my house. Some times i am in office and they came to my home for reading but my door closed as i am in the office. Kindly look into this and help me in this....

Dirty /black/ urine water supply in sewak park for more then one year . Many People in sewak park complaint many times to DJB authority but they not do any thing . the JE/AE mr gupta not solve this complaint .He is a educated person and expert of this if he not solve the problem change and depute another AE .I dont explain what i feel when i take bath with water contaning urine ######## kindly do some thing ....

I am really shocked to see that no pending complaints are shown, the reality is just reverse. No complaint is addressed related with sewer blockage at tri nagar. The residents are getting it cleared through private persons, no mcd staff visits and address he complaints, inspite of registring the complaints. They are not bothered for the health issues, because of sewer blockage, faced by the residents. I dont know whom to complain, when 'har...

This is in reference to the subjected k. No. I have received one access bill (No.[protected] dated 16/05/2018 of rs. 4800/- whereas earlier i was getting '0' in all bills as we are not consuming more water (Consuming less than 20000 ltr. Per month).

Sir, after every few months this problem is coming, sewage of lajpat nagar part-1 d-block gets blocked and it’s water mixes with drinking water and coming in my house. The water is so bad that i wash hands and i cannot stand the smell of my hands after that.

Drinking is far away, my family is getting ill and i am afraid that no action is being done.. Whom and how to complaint kindly tell...

Water has a bad smell and taste. We r not able to use this water for cooking and drinking purpose.. Sir we face lot of difficulty and if this condition of water continues this leads many health problems.. I hope u will understand and do the needful and supply the clean water for use.
