Dear sir /madam

I have to say that i am a resident of f1/39 a budh vihar phase 1 delhi. I complained 28/12/2018 at 1916 central board room delhi jal board. There is no responce at all. The dirty water problem
Is same to same. I called many times to area j e and area attandant. The 2 employee visit my home but no responce at the end. So kindly plz solve my problem as soon as possible

    Hello i am mohit kumar resident of wz-283/29 west block street no 2 khyala.. I am facing problem due to blockage and leakage of sewer in our street. All waste water collect in front of my house three days back i reported this complaint at local complaint office and even registerd my complaint on toll free helpline, my complaint no is[protected], but not resolved till now. Engineer not taking the calls.. Even no one is taking responsibility for this.. We complaint to our colony m. L. A mrs shweta saini, but may be she is not intrested to solve our issue..

      We reside in g block of ashok vihar phase one area. G - 56 to be precise.
      We have been getting dirty water since many months, which has strong stink too.
      Not even fit for washing or bathing, cleaning etc.

      Most residents in our lane have started getting mineral water cans in regular basis... But our basic needs of clean water is something which we can rightfully deserve.
      Request you to take action on an emergency basis and resolve it.

          I am resident of 'k' block saurabh vihar jaitpur badarpur new delhi 110044.
          Free ground water connections along roadside were
          Installed in our area 7 or 8 year ago.
          But now as all people have own submersible in their house.
          So, for hours water keep flowing unused in ditches.
          Hope you shall take appropriate measures to conserve the precious ground water as no actions have been taken till now to preserve water.

            The flat is not in use due to dilapidated condition requiring major repairs as the building (In which my flat is a part) is under dispute among the legal heirs and the case is pending in delhi high court. Hence no repairs and maintenance is done to the flats occupied by tenants and it is dangerous and risky to live there. Being a very senior citizen and widower it is not advisable to live alone without carrying major repairs to the ceiling. As such i am forced to live with my daughter though i am paying the rent regularly depositing in tis hazari court. On the basis of my representation in the past and as per my letter dated 22.8.2014 (Diary no.2193 dt.22.08.2014) the zonal officer was good enough to treat me in the category of a consumer of zero consumption and accordingly bills for the periods 18.11.2014 to 5.2.15; 5.2.15 to 3.5.15 and 3.5.15 to 26.6.15 were prepared indicating zero consumption of water. I was also informed on 22.8.14 by the then zro that being a very senior citizen need not take the trouble of visiting the office on this account as all future bills will be raised on this basis. I was out of delhi for about three months from sept.2015 till november 2015 and quite to my surprise i received a message through my mobie phone [protected] that an amount of rs.3774/ is due from me which is totally incorrect and unjustified as it is against the assurance given to me in person on 222.8.14. Further no water or electricity is consumed as i did not reside in the premises.in my absence the legal heirs have removed the water connection motor and also blocked the passage to my flat with almirahs and the approach to water connection is also not free.in view of the above problems my visits to the flat to check my belongings are also restricted. Since i am one of the oldest tenants of late parameshwari devi the owner of the building i do not wish to lodge police complaints unless it becomes absolutely necessary when i move to the flat after repairs. Under these circumstances the raising of bills arbitrarily by the department in spite of my protests conveyed by complaints lodged since 15th. N0v.2016, 22nd march 2017 followed by a reminder on 5th april, 2017 remains unsolved till date which to say the least is quite unjustified. I would therefore request you to look into this matter on top priority basis and cancel all the wrong bills raised on the basis of assumed average and treat me as consumer of zero consumption of water as has been followed and promised.                 My water pipe was accidentally disconnected by the djb staff during some repair work done in the pit in gali no. 4 with water lines about 5 days back. My staff visited the djb office and met je but of no use. We are not getting any water supply in spite of the fact that we are paying our bill regularly and water continues to be supplied in our neighborhood. I will request you to please address the problem on an urgent basis and do the needful. Thank you.

                  My k no-[protected]-received a bill of rs 2584.50.
                  Last meter reading was-407 on 6th nov 2018
                  Current reading-439.972 on 27 dec 2018 which comes to approx 33 kl for a period of 7 weeks. So there should no bill amount for this period. As per delhi govt notification water supply up to 20 kl is free from any charge. The bill is for a period of 7 weeks & supply of water up 35 kl is exempt from nay charges.
                  Please get the bill corrected asap.

                      I often pass through mother diary of ayurvigyan nagar. I regularly see water flowing rectlestly from an opening in a wall opposite the mother diary. It is both in the day and night.

                      I do not see anyone around to whom i can complain this.

                      It hurts me badly to see so much of water wastage.

                      Please do something to avoid water wastage.

                        This regarding a complaint of wrong billing appears as RDDT on my water bill as there are nobody staying from last 6 months in my Flat No. UG-1, H-3/46. I have already submitted a complaint earlier billing cycle period 17th August 18 to 16 Nov 2018 having bill amount of Rs.1148. My connection No. is [protected]. Though I have paid the bill. Now another bill has arrived with RDDT status having billing amount of Rs.601 for the period from 16.11.18 to 26.12.2018. As there are nobody staying in the house and how the meter would be in running position. This is nothing but a injustice from your side to me. Kindly help me out from this type of fake billing.

New delhi against normal bill of around rs 550, the recent bill for the period from oct 18 to 12 dec. 18 is shown as rs 6100. With only 2 persons staying in the flat and the past consumption trend shows it is absurd. Request the djl to please look in to the matter and correct the bill immediately so that i can make the payment of corrected amount immediately.

                              high amount of water bill

                              Sir, main maniram niwasi c-30 new jankipuri gali no. 4 bindapur uttam nagar. Ish month ka pani ka bill 21931 rupees aaya hai. Last bill meine 913 rs ka bhara tha. Reading wala reading leke jata hai pr bill nhi aaya tha. Delhi jal board walo ek saath hi itna bill bhej diya hai or ush pr 1000 ka late fine bhi bhej rahe hai. Aapse niwedan hai ki aap jald se jald ishka smadhan kare.

                              I have received a heavy bill of rs 7382/- for my premises (Taken on rent) in which i hardly stay since i have hectic office hours and therefore there is hardly any water usage except on weekends. Moreover i couldn’t understandt the calculations per kilo litre based on my consumption as stated im the arrears. There should not be any arrears since i have been receiving bill periodically and paying whenever payable. My k no is [protected].                                 Sub: water meter k. No.[protected].- unnecessary charges of sewerage.
                                Ref: excess billing – date of billing 19th december, 2018 for rs.12233/-
                                For period from 25.10.2018 to 19.12.2018, pay by 05.01.2019. Bill no.[protected].

                                Respected madam,

                                It is quite strange to read the subject bill in which firstly you are charging 60% of sewerage charges when already paid and secondly you have given 5 previous billings and the amount paid against them

                                The water meter no.204308 was changed in march, 2018 against which the meter reading started. You will see the reading from 1st march to 29th march, 2018 is 23 units against which rs.546/- (28 days), then comes 29th march to 3rd april, 2018 (5 days) 4 units rs.638/-, then comes 3rd april to 29th june, 2018 (87 days) 29 units only for rs.28/-, then comes 29th june, to 24th august, 2018 (58 days) 28 units for rs.29/- and the last one 24th august to 25th oct. 2018 (62 days) for 11 units for rs.31/-. From this, it is apparent that the meter reader has not made reading and made bills and now the reading in the current bill is shown from 68 to 274 for 55 days, when as per the calculation of the 5 previous bills comes to 95 (Which is also incorrect, as i said bill is being charged without reading and i have made payments without seeing the bill. Even if, you take it that the 20 kl is free every month, then the reading for 8 months comes to 160 kl

                                You are requested to kindly adjust the no. O[censored]nits evenly, i. E. 20 kl every month, in the past 5 bills and accordingly the current bill be prepared and i shall make payment and it will also be high. Also the sewerage charges be removed totally and it should not come in the future billing also.

                                  I have received the bill no.[protected] dated[protected] with the amount of rs 29040/- for water consumption of 646 units for the period from 26 july to 27 august, 2018 (33 days).

                                  My water meter was installed august 8, 2014 and my water consumption was always be less than 100 units till july 2018. I have paid all the bills time to time.

                                  But the bill no.[protected] was received with 646 units, which is completely impossible for us to use this high consumption units of water at my home just in 33 days when the water also came on alternate days.

                                  We have already submitted two applications to zro (Sw)-ii, vasant vihar for correct my bill, which was received with a diary no. 2950 dated on[protected] and diary no. 4226 dated[protected], but nothing has be done till date.

                                  We again received the bill no.[protected] dated[protected] for the amount of rs. 307.82 for the water consumptions of 9 units with the previous arrear of rs. 29039.83 (Total rs. 29348).

                                  As per my previous water consumptions units before july 2018 and after august 2018 it has been cleared that the water consumptions of 646 units in 33 days is not possible at my home.

                                  Therefore, it is my humble request you to please arrange to correct my bill, by taking the average of my previous water consumptions units, so that i may submit the correct charges as earliest.

                                    I am on rent in a flat in old mahavir nagar, new delhi and the meter was stopped for a long time and the flat was vacant. Now, all of sudden i got a bill in oct'18 of rs. 7789, where as meter reading is showing as stp. Again got bill for nov18 of rs.8682.
                                    None of the month water meter has exceeded the free limit of 20kl and also when the meter was stop, how the bill got generated.
                                    Even in the month of nov'18, bill is of rs.893 and total of 8682 as arrears. No one is coming for the meter reading and without overlimit, how i am getting charged.
                                    Need to review and correct this at the earliest.

                                      We have noticed that from the last 3 - 4 bills, bills for consumption of water is on the very high side, though consumption is very low. You can verify our records for the last 3 years.
                                      Please get the meter checked & adjust the overcharged bill amount in the a/c in future bills.
