It is to inform that meter reader of new delhi-110009 (Mukherjee nagar), they were not checked meter reading of manual meters & they generated huge amount of bill & mention stop.. But our meter is running properly & also after asking them the reason they just demand for bribe, they ask to give money & they will reduce the amount of bill in system also.. Djb service is too bad, even there site is not working properly... Readers have no fear while asking for money from consumer.
Even we ask to install amr meters where not installed but athority refuse to install it...
I know there is no action will take about this mail by concern athority, but hope for best... Plz take any action on this above mentioned...

    This is to inform you that my water meter has been stolen yesterday dated 29 nov 2018. My meter no. 4954. It was installed on the ground floor and my flat is on 1st floor. Request you to install a new meter as soon as possible inside my flat on 1st floor to avoid from being stolen again. My address – wz-140 ff, left side krishna puri, delhi.

    This complaint is against my neighbour who is a resident of 88 jagriti enclave east Delhi.Everyday his tank is overflowing for 2-3 hours but today it has been 14 hrs since the tank is overflowing on the surface road.
    I would request the department to take an strict action immediately.

          We have tried to complain various times over phone as per the number provided by djb on its website however no correction has been done so far.

          I have been receiving bills on average basis whilst the meter for above k no. Is working properly (As on date reading is 91743). Total outstanding as of now is rs. 4756/- as i have been receiving mobile message for disconnection of the meter without any fault o[censored]s.

          I therefore request you to kindly arrange to correct the bill and send the bill on actual consumption basis.

            Ever since the meters were replaced by the DJB, the bills have shot up from less than Rs 500/- to thousands and to Rs 10-15, 000/-, hitherto unconceivable.

            The current bill dt 20-Nov-2018 for 22 day period is high at Rs 1.50 lakh, payable by 07 Dec. This is so despite there being no water supply during the week 16th-22nd Oct when we had to resort to limited water supply through DJB .
            The bill is inclusive of Rs 1189.59 as arrear amount. Incidentally, previous bill dt 20th Sept to had a consolidated arrear amount of Rs 2730/- which was paid, registering a complaint; this amount is yet to see the reversal of the amount.
            It seems the meter has jumped due to which high consumption of 2097 units has got registered. Request have the matter resolved early.

            I may also mention that we are only a septuagenarian couple residing at the premises; over the week ends we move to our son's place in Gurugram; we are not in a position to pay the bill and await adjustments subsequently as per the DJB practice.

              Please note that your deptt. has issued a latest bill no.[protected] dt.28/9/18 for Rs.5567/- for the duration 31/7/18 to 28/9/18. The above mentioned approximate bill has been made with a remark "Premises Locked". I would like to inform you that I am presently not residing at the said premises. My actual current bill reading is 001476 till 27/11/18 (photo of current meter reading is attached along with). Kindly let me know the exact amount of bill which I have to pay. I shall be obliged.

                      Sir, for this kno. [protected], the last payment of rupees 1852 was paid on 6 august 2018. The next bill[protected] of bill date 20 nov 2018 is showing arrears of rupees 9186.52 and total bill amount is rupees 13200. The previous are also showing arears, even though we have made the full payment. Such mistake is occuring in last few bills and not being corrected.                       Our meter was installed in april. The first bill we got was a 1200 rupees we only used 16 units. We consulted our uncle who is water engineer in delhi jal board and he assured us this mistake will be corrected in the next bill. The next bill was 2400 rupees and till this date we have used only 23 units and the bill is nowhere near the expected amount.

                            We, residents of n 13 batla house, sailing club road (Near dhobi ghat), jamia nagar, have been receiving dirty and very smelly water since last 3-4 days (November 2018). We made telephonic complaint a couple of times. It gets improved, but becomes dirty again. It is very unhealthy - all our family members have developed several diseases due to dirty water - we have stomach upset, loose motions, skin problems etc. Due to dirty water.

                                I would like to inform you that we are getting water bill from dept. Without taking meter reading from march 2018 to till date.in between this period we have received three bill, witch is not justify. Specially 2nd may 2018 bill shows water not use, is it possible in summer time anybody survive without water.
                                Resulted exemption on consumption not consider in 15 june 2018 bill.in this regards we have lodged complaint to your preet vihar office. On 10.07.2018 vide complaint no. 3748. But till date problem not resolved.

                                      With all due respect, i would like to draw your kind attention towards the excessive bill of wrong water consumption category being sent to me. My details are as blow mentioned. Bill of water consumption did not check because meter reader did not come to check meter reading at my house since september 2018. I have just received the bill of rs 536/- of period 10th sept 2018 to 27th oct 2018 bill dated 27th oct 2018 against bill id[protected], k. No [protected].

                                      My meter is running in well condition but bill send to me is totally wrong bill which is generated by delhi jal board.

                                      You are requested to please correct the bill and send someone to take reading at residence. I also confirmed that meter is running in good condition.
