Dear sir,
With all due respect, i would like to draw your kind attention towards the excessive bill of wrong water consumption category being sent to me. My details are as blow mentioned. Bill of water consumption did not check because meter reader did not come to check meter reading at my house since september 2018. I have just received the bill of rs 536/- of period 10th sept 2018 to 27th oct 2018 bill dated 27th oct 2018 against bill id[protected], k. No [protected].
My meter is running in well condition but bill send to me is totally wrong bill which is generated by delhi jal board.
You are requested to please correct the bill and send someone to take reading at residence. I also confirmed that meter is running in good condition.

I would request the department to take an strict action immediately.
