    Sir, for this kno. [protected], the last payment of rupees 1852 was paid on 6 august 2018. The next bill[protected] of bill date 20 nov 2018 is showing arrears of rupees 9186.52 and total bill amount is rupees 13200. The previous are also showing arears, even though we have made the full payment. Such mistake is occuring in last few bills and not being corrected. We approached the office in person twice without getting any solution. Pls...

    Our meter was installed in april. The first bill we got was a 1200 rupees we only used 16 units. We consulted our uncle who is water engineer in delhi jal board and he assured us this mistake will be corrected in the next bill. The next bill was 2400 rupees and till this date we have used only 23 units and the bill is nowhere near the expected amount.

      Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past 2 months which is not suitable for washing or drinking. Due to this many people are facing problems and suffering from jaundice.

      But no response from your side.

        Sewer pipeline of our house is blocked, due to which pots in our bathrooms are overflowing. We have been making complaints on 1916, which can be verified from your records. We made a complaint last on 26th november 2018 (Complaint no.[protected]. We were told that our compaint is pending since 16th november 2018.
        Please look into the matter and get our problem resolved on urgent basis.

          We, residents of n 13 batla house, sailing club road (Near dhobi ghat), jamia nagar, have been receiving dirty and very smelly water since last 3-4 days (November 2018). We made telephonic complaint a couple of times. It gets improved, but becomes dirty again. It is very unhealthy - all our family members have developed several diseases due to dirty water - we have stomach upset, loose motions, skin problems etc. Due to dirty water.

              Sir,
              I would like to inform you that we are getting water bill from dept. Without taking meter reading from march 2018 to till date.in between this period we have received three bill, witch is not justify. Specially 2nd may 2018 bill shows water not use, is it possible in summer time anybody survive without water.
              Resulted exemption on consumption not consider in 15 june 2018 bill.in this regards we have lodged complaint to your preet vihar office. On 10.07.2018 vide complaint no. 3748. But till date problem not resolved.

              You are requested pl. Look into the matter & please advise to concern dept. To send meter reader every month.

                    With all due respect, i would like to draw your kind attention towards the excessive bill of wrong water consumption category being sent to me. My details are as blow mentioned. Bill of water consumption did not check because meter reader did not come to check meter reading at my house since september 2018. I have just received the bill of rs 536/- of period 10th sept 2018 to 27th oct 2018 bill dated 27th oct 2018 against bill id[protected], k. No [protected].

                    My meter is running in well condition but bill send to me is totally wrong bill which is generated by delhi jal board.

                    You are requested to please correct the bill and send someone to take reading at residence. I also confirmed that meter is running in good condition.

                      There is regular daily/alternate days of water wastage from tank on terrace. Whereas pipes installed on terrace are extended out in back lane which hinders the path of lane.
                      On requesting several times to cut the pipes which will solve the issue, not done. But still need to be checked on wastage of water from backend or regular checks on wastage of water.
                      I request you to do the needful on wastage of water and to cut the extended pipes to avoid the disturbance to residential on path.
                      An immediate action is appreciated and request to reply in acknowledment of complaint.

                        My kno. Is [protected], resident of e110, gk2, new delhi.
                        1. Bill received is for 71daysi. E. For more than 2 months but billing done as if for one month as consumption in 71 days increased to more than 20000 litres and therefore charged 20% extra.

                        2. I have 3 floors but floor written in bill is only 1. Hence consumption per floor should be 1/3 and correct billing done.

                        3. Bill is never received from djb. We make the discovery only by going to djb site and extracting the bill. Hence late payment charges should be waived.

                        Please rectify bill for past 6 months & send proper bill by refunding past extra charges made.

                          For the past one week the supply water is very dirty. The colour of the water is black and smells foul also. It had increases the problems of aching, rough skin, pimples. We are getting water supply at the alternate days and then also the water quality level is so bad, then what for we are paying so high for our so called rohini residential status when there are so bad government services for daily needs.

It needs rectification as all my previous bills are cleared and no outstanding amount is due to me. I don't understand how you have calculated n on what ground. As I'm not in Delhi n staying with my son at Hyderabad, I'm unable to come to you personally. Kindly look into the matter n inform me at the earliest.                               I would like to inform you that i have received above mentioned bill of rs. 7393/- whereas our consumption has not what i have received.
                              From starting till this bill has issued, i have received by sms you have rs. 0 (Zero) bill amount whereas when i saw the bill it’s mentioned that there are two arrear let me know?
                              The total consumption o[censored]nits this month has 205 units which is equal to 2, 05, 000/- liters (I. E; 1 unit = 1, 000/- liters its means 205*1000 = 2, 05, 000/- liters).
                              The per day consumption of water has 6, 833.33 liters, how is it possible in 450 square fts house.
                              For this i am enclosing copy of bill and copy of meter.
                              Hence i am requesting to check the meter condition and waiver of all bill amount.

                                Water supply djb bill has been received for rs 24964/- is too high for residential buiding water consumption. My name is s. C. Gupta. This is in reference to k. No.[protected] in the name of sh. Anil chawla & reema chawla. I am forced to write this mail to you as i'm disgusted and pained by looking at the overcharging problem on the water bills every month. It is requested to kindly look in this matter and review the bills which i have been facing since few months. I had to approach the delhi jal board office (Malviya nagar) but, the staff there is not at all cooperative. I had approached to review the bills.
                                Total consumption charges - 10000/-
                                Sewerage charges 60% - 6000/-
                                Rain water harvesting penalty - 8307/-

                                  I am a resident of hno 5464-65 laddu ghati, pahar ganj, new delhi - 110055. The main sewer line near my house gets blocked regularly. So many complaints have been made by me to the junior engineer office in pahar ganj. But, i feel really sad to say that no necessary action has been taken by responsible authorities and our problem is becoming worsen day by day. It is very shameful for the jal board sewage dept. So, i would kindly request the responsible authorities to take necessary actions as early as possible.
