Sir,
My house is close from the month of feb.2018. Earlier bill was sending for minimum consumption amount. Suddenly in the month of july it was for rs.609/-
Sept. It was for rs.1958/-
Oct. It raised to rs.2533/-
However, house is still closed.
I appealed to inform us the details of charges. I am receiving sms for bill amt. Due.
I am still out of city and not residing in my house. I request to inform me minimum charges in case of close house. Djb replied through sms - your complaint closed.
No reason and clarification given for closure of complaint.

I am from east guru Angad nagar which comes under the east delhi. Our area is suffering from dirty and smelly water from past one month which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from sewerage line.I hope you will take necessary actions as soon as possible.

    The delhi jal board water pipeline at the main gate of shri dada dev maitri avum shishu chikitsalaya hospital is broken since last ten days and water logging is there resulting breeding of mosquitoes that spread dengue/malaria.

    Road of main gate is also broken due to water logging.

    Do the needful as soon as possible.

      I want to complaint against bill raised by delhi jal board is to much high because he added arrear charges - 1181.45 and total bill amount is 2171 our k. No. [protected] and i am not able to pay this charge.
      Please resolve this problem as soon as possible so i pay the relevant bill.

        Hi sir

        Looking forward for your intervention on this. As i am not able to contact djb customer support team on phone on their 1916 number where in the option 2 doesn’t work. My parents are senior citizens and can’t go around looking for a resolution. As everything is digital but there is no way of getting this issue addressed.
        This is in regards to my k number[protected]. My current bill shows an arrear of rs884 however this has been raised to delhi jal board last month that since past few bills there seems to be a discrepancy and we wanted to get the meter checked. Since we are on rent and the bill is in the name of the owner we have been advised to ask the owner to raise the complaint for getting the meter checked but so far there is no action taken. We have been paying the bills on time always. Request your intervention in this and want to get the meter checked so that we can pay the bill at our earliest. Along with this discrepancy i see a meter rent added on my bill. I am a tenant and that amount isn’t added to my landlords bill but to my bill. Kindly correct that too.

              bad quality water supply in rohini sector-24

              For the past ine week the supply water is very dirty. The color of the water is black and smells foul also. It had increases the problems of aching, rough skin, pimples. We are getting water supply at the alternate days and then also the water quality level is so bad, then what for we are paying so high for our so called rohini residential status when there are so bad government services for daily needs.

              There was a water pipe leaking just outside my house and water was seen coming out through the pavement stones. Delhi jal board carried out repairs for which they had to dig the pavement. The workers have left the pavement all broken up and the stones are piled up all over making it very difficult to walk. The whole lace now looks dirty and muddy.

                Bill Generated on 30.12.2018 for Rs. 7380 which is very High as per my family consumption.

                So i humbly request to re- visit my Bill and wave off my Bill amounting Rs. 7380.
                I am claiming that our consumption of water under the free limit.

                  Regarding k. No. [protected]. Water meter is maybe not working or giving wrong reading as for the past 2-3 months the bill is coming more than rs. 3000/-. Can you please imagine old parents using water to the extent of[protected] rs.

                  The representative came and just went without taking any proper action for the meter.
                  Kindly send the representative to check the meter and rectify the same if not correct reading is shown as i am not going to pay rs. 4020 this month though last month i paid more than rs. 3000/- for the faulty billing. This is just unnecessary harrassment to the public by overcharging the bills.
                  Please look into the matter and reverse the charges levied as old parents cant use the water to the extent of rs. 3000 billing. Hope you understand.

No - 43, gali no.08, b-block kadi vihar, kadipur village - 110036, wants to inform you that my water meter was found functioning improperly while tested by the meter reader., after which he gave us a bill of rs. 596 /- only, and said us to replace the water meter with a tested and licensed one by the bis and delhi jal board. And then submit the report with supporting documents at the zonal revenue officer of the area.
                    So i want help in this matter for further steps by the concerned authority.

                    My DJB K No. is [protected].I am getting excess bill from Delhi Jal Board past 1 year. An officer from Delhi Jal Board came to my house and threatened me that he'll disconnect water supply. While I am regular customer who is paying water bill on regular basis.
                    For now almost 1 month there is very little or absolutely no pressure so that water can be stored in overhead tank many times The above mentioned house is at the end of the line

                        Hello,

                        There's a building behind my house, where every couple of days, the water tank above the building that keeps overflowing. It overflows for upto six to seven hours every time, with all the water dropping from the building and flowing into the ground. The building owners don't seem to care about it as it keeps happening every two to three days. Lot of times it overflows all night long.

                        I don't know where to complaint, so posting it here.

                        This is happening in b-2 block, safdarjung enclave.

                          I am aruna devi lived in block no.-1, house no. 158, dakshinpuri, new delhi-110062. It is stated that in front of my house a sewer (Gutter) is fully of dirty water for several days and dirty water flow in my house. My husband had lodged a complaint for local area.                                 My kno no[protected] area code a-65, nangloi water service. I inform you sir reader"s take wrong reading as on date 22/8/18. Our correct reading is 1045 but reader noted 1015 instead of 1045 this is totally reader"s mistake its not possiblle we consume 39 unit in 123 days in our bill no[protected] dt31/8/18. Every month our avg consumption approx 17-18 unit. Pls check my previous consumption report. New bill[protected] dt 22/10/18 showing status 1015 dt 22/8/18 and 22/10/18 showing 1081. Pls correct 1045 dt 22/8/18 to 1081 dt22/10/18. Pls revised this bill we can afford this amt 1565/28. (61 days) we cannnot use 66 unit in 61 days because our we use approx 17-18 unit. Pls revised this and look the my back consumption history and do needfull. I again say this totally reader mistake. Dear sir pls help us and solve our problem and reader never do such as mistake.

                                  Residence of l -242 laxman puri paharganj, nabi karim new delhi-110055 namely gautam son of gyasi ram wants to do illegal boring at residence at l -242 laxman puri paharganj new delhi-110055. According to supreme court rule and regulations any type of boring is banned. The person namely gautam who is doing illega boring that buliding is not secure and have week roots tha building address is l -239 laxman puri paharganj new delhi-110055 have risk of falling down.

                                  Please take the necessary action and prevent them from taking illegal connections and damaging the public property.

Pls revised my bill 184 days (90 unit) include both bill we cannot pay rs 1566/- because this totally reader mistake why we pay this. Every time my bill amt is zero amount ans our consumption approx 15 unit per monnts. Pls see
