I, anjali walia, resident of d-2 /82a, jeewan park, bear gautam nursing home, pankhha road uttam nagar. Have already register the complain with delhi jal board, the complain no. For the same is [protected]. I would like to draw your kind attention towards me the for the last 10-15 days the dirty water is coming in the delhi jal board pipe line very foul smell is coming from the water. It is very difficult to drink the water, there is a great danger of spreading the diseases from dirty water. There are kids and senior citizen at home also. I
May i kind request you to please forward my complaint to the concerned department, for earliest action

    We are getting sewage water from last one week which is a very serious issue it causes stomach pro lems plz check and fix it as soon as possible. Its about delhi jal board who didn't solve the issue properly we make this complaint earlier also but we are getting the same water every day. I think that delhi govt. Must watch over it because its a big issue

      faulty meter reading

      I have k n. [protected] and [protected] which is showing incorrect reading according to the jal board meter reader person. But, delhi jal board is generating water bill regularly from last eight months. I raised my voice so many time to the meter reading person to generated a complaint on my behalf to change the faulty meater and correct the generated water bill. My both the water bill has become approx 4999/-, and 6934/- now due to faulty...

      I manohar lal bakshi, age, 79 the resident of rz a-73, ram nagar, om vihar, uttam nagar, new delhi-110059 (Assembly constituency – 32 uttam nagar) wants to draw your kind attention towards me the for the last 3 days the dirty water is coming in the delhi jal board pipe line very foul smell is coming from the water. It is very difficult to drink the water, there is a great danger of spreading the diseases from dirty water. I am a senior citizen.

        *complaint for bill payment*
        This is in regards to k. No [protected] in the name of devender kumar shukla, as we are facing problem regarding services provided by delhi jal board and there employees as of now whenever they show up its own there ownterms which can be early morning, late evening of even on sunday's any time during the day troubling our seniors (Mother) and some of them asking for bribe and some of them asking to close it by paying less to them directly without even knowing the fact that we are paying in full to delhi jal board after every billing cycle i. E; 2 months billing statements. Looking at the scenario we have come to know that there is no digital india after even paying them in advance for almost inr 6200.00 which is paid in 2016 and that amount is still getting deducted from advance payment made by us in 2016 & & still we are holding the upper hand till last month for around inr 400.00 balance & all of a sudden there employee showed up and claiming we are now getting new bill generated of inr 28744.56. Spoke to mr jagat singh (Employee del jal board) as he can be reached @ [protected]. Claiming that we have to visit by 11 am and pay these bills and needs to pay in full or else will be charged for penalties. Please find attach bills paid in may and showing (-) balance and all of a sudden getting such bill. Old bill, new bills are attached

          Respected sir,
          I want to say that today at my home address 3063/37, beadon pura, karol bagh, new delhi. And my Kno. Is [protected]. Your office boy named Ajeet has visited for monthly check up of water meter reading, i want to say that he misbehaved with me as a female when i am alone at home, using abusive language and i also know that he is corrupted because he takes money and sit for long time at neighbour's home and i saw that several times and when i say him for take reading then he is misbehaved and blaming at us that we are not giving meter reading as a rule it is his duty to check the meter reading and he is also saying that do what ever you can do . Nobody can take an action on me.
          So please take a strict action regarding this complaint as soon as possible and please let me known what action you have taken regarding my complaint. It is for goodwill for your organisation among people in a market.

            I am a retired government medical officer. I reside in F-II nd Block, Madangir New Delhi - 110062.

            From the last 1 week the water supply is very dirty and totally contaminated. The entire F-II nd block has been very troubled by this and it can lead to bad health of several residents of this area.

            I request you to kindly look into and it and have this issue resolved urgently.

              Hi sir/madam,

              This is to inform you that we are getting dirty and black drinking water from every day in my locality h no k683 gali no 2 nehru marg gautam vihar ghonda delhi 110053 this water is so dirty that it smells really bad. I have never expected that the quality of water that delhi jal board is supplying is going down day by day. This worst quality of water causing many hazardous problems on our health and it is specially affecting our children's health. This problem is not limited to me as it is also affecting my neighbors family.

              I am raising this concern to you as i believe it will addressed by helping us in getting good quality of drinking water from delhi jal board. Request you to address it asap as it is making our living very difficult.

                Hello chairperson,
                Hope you doing good!
                I am umesh rawat, resident number-c2/87 lodhi colony new delhi-03. I had made request for meter fix in home resident around 6month back, my compliant number-945. Yesterday i received a msg of bill $2489 which is i think the wrong amount as i didn't consume that much amount of water because perilously on average we recived bill of amount $900 in june and july and on august we recived $1350 and now it's huge amount which has to investigate. My main concern is whenever i called in customer care they told me your complaint is proceed ahead but it has been 6month still i am waiting for water meter and i am paying that much illegal charge of water but i hight time now.

                Hope you will see in this matter and revert me back.

                    My house is close from the month of feb.2018. Earlier bill was sending for minimum consumption amount. Suddenly in the month of july it was for rs.609/-
                    Sept. It was for rs.1958/-
                    Oct. It raised to rs.2533/-
                    However, house is still closed.
                    I appealed to inform us the details of charges. I am receiving sms for bill amt. Due.
                    I am still out of city and not residing in my house. I request to inform me minimum charges in case of close house. Djb replied through sms - your complaint closed.
                    No reason and clarification given for closure of complaint.

                    I am from east guru Angad nagar which comes under the east delhi. Our area is suffering from dirty and smelly water from past one month which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from sewerage line.I hope you will take necessary actions as soon as possible.

                      The delhi jal board water pipeline at the main gate of shri dada dev maitri avum shishu chikitsalaya hospital is broken since last ten days and water logging is there resulting breeding of mosquitoes that spread dengue/malaria.

                      Road of main gate is also broken due to water logging.

                          Looking forward for your intervention on this. As i am not able to contact djb customer support team on phone on their 1916 number where in the option 2 doesn’t work. My parents are senior citizens and can’t go around looking for a resolution. As everything is digital but there is no way of getting this issue addressed.
                          This is in regards to my k number[protected]. My current bill shows an arrear of rs884 however this has been raised to delhi jal board last month that since past few bills there seems to be a discrepancy and we wanted to get the meter checked. Since we are on rent and the bill is in the name of the owner we have been advised to ask the owner to raise the complaint for getting the meter checked but so far there is no action taken. We have been paying the bills on time always. Request your intervention in this and want to get the meter checked so that we can pay the bill at our earliest. Along with this discrepancy i see a meter rent added on my bill. I am a tenant and that amount isn’t added to my landlords bill but to my bill. Kindly correct that too.

                                bad quality water supply in rohini sector-24

It had increases the problems of aching, rough skin, pimples.                                 There was a water pipe leaking just outside my house and water was seen coming out through the pavement stones. Delhi jal board carried out repairs for which they had to dig the pavement. The workers have left the pavement all broken up and the stones are piled up all over making it very difficult to walk. The whole lace now looks dirty and muddy.

                                  This is to inform you that i suspect wrong billing of my K.No- [protected].

                                  As on May 2018, I received SMS for No Payment Required, SMS enclosed.

                                  Bill Generated on 30.12.2018 for Rs. 7380 which is very High as per my family consumption.

                                  So i humbly request to re- visit my Bill and wave off my Bill amounting Rs. 7380.
                                  I am claiming that our consumption of water under the free limit.

                                  So do needful help by waving off Bill generated on 30.09.2018

                                    Regarding k. No. [protected]. Water meter is maybe not working or giving wrong reading as for the past 2-3 months the bill is coming more than rs. 3000/-. Can you please imagine old parents using water to the extent of[protected] rs.

                                    The representative came and just went without taking any proper action for the meter.
                                    Kindly send the representative to check the meter and rectify the same if not correct reading is shown as i am not going to pay rs. 4020 this month though last month i paid more than rs. 3000/- for the faulty billing. This is just unnecessary harrassment to the public by overcharging the bills.
                                    Please look into the matter and reverse the charges levied as old parents cant use the water to the extent of rs. 3000 billing. Hope you understand.
