I vacate my dda sataff quarter address 176/c, a-2, block lawrence road,, keshavpuram, new delhi-110035 on 28.09.2018 and i applied for noc of water supply with the request to disconnect the water supply meter of my staff quarter in delhi jal board officeashow vihar, in first week of october. I paid the given amount rs. 2000 & 1260 vide receipt no. 8620 & 8621 from terminal no. 9339905 on 04.10.2018 at 15:06:29. But yet not got any communication regarding to collect the noc.
Kindly make arrangement to provide the noc as early as possible so that i can get surrender slip from dda staff quarter office.

    Dear djb member,
    I savita lamba h no 53 pkt b 9 ground floor rohini sector 5 delhi 110085 near rajiv gandhi cancer hospital djb bil kh nno[protected] as resident of delhi city and had requested to waive all amount 5800 has generated by djb bill without taking meter reading rohini sector 6 djb zonal revnue complaint letter also submitted by me to waive of all wrongly amount generated but still not yet resolved. Again and again it was generated wrongly djb bill as i only one individual living in the flat whereas all time i was sepending toout of the room i. E 12 hrs then how still generating the bill again with improper rs 1800 as my 1st floor /2nd floor / my neighbourhood not getting any kind of djb bil where as they living full of family when i asked to them about the same they used to say there no such kind of bill has generated nor they have rececived neither they have paid till date any kind of djb bill they said to me 0 bil they has generated why i only individual is surving to pay the same of a single person who was not availabale in the room at 12 hrs whereas when i entered in the room i only start motor for 12 min. After tht i swtched off then how the delhi jal board assumes that i used

    There is no solution I m getting from there end .. I think they not ready to accept their fault.. how the Delhi jal board analysis the bill will be 2000 approx will by me as i am single person who were not 24 hrs available in the room without taking meter reading else not motor meter is also working then how Delhi jal board has generated the same bill my neighbour hood family never get then how I will accept the same pleaseeeeeee I am requesting to u to send any concern person to check it out

    The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as (ok 606 ) and previous reading status as PLOC (Premises Locked) because according to him the unit reading was not increasing but the fact is that we do not waste too much water and keep the use of water minimal. Our meter is working and in good condition but the meter reader reported 82 units generated which were the total units since the meter had been working condition or not be. Now the bill has come to Rs.1880 which is completely unjustified. I am enclosing here the screenshot of the meter reading and the bill. I am ready for the any test which might be initiated by the department.please resolve how the single person has consumed the water in such kind of delhi place unjustified totally disappointed with the wrongly bill generating by djb . my negibourhood not geting but a single prson getting the bill with the amount 2000 . please resolve the same asap

However, a bill no[protected] is produced with consumption of 828 units. Not sure how the reading of 828 units come in place.

        Drinking water supply through pipe line is dirty and with bad smell since lastten days. It is doubted that pipe line is mixed with sewage line. Due to continuous bad water supply kids got ill and all o[censored]s feeling discomfort and itching all over the body. We reside in old roshan pura, najafgarh new delhi 110043.

        My KNO is [protected], I am getting excess bill from 1 year without meter reading. The water is polluted and have no pressure in it. I want to draw your kind attention kindly please see to this matter. Atleast genuine bill should be given rather the lumpsum amount bill.
        All sewer is over flow and missing in drinking water small children and this issue is suffering my street .So kindly clean sewar immediately, Its very urgent.

          Its been 12days that the foul smelling water is coming from the water line. It seems its a sewage water. We cannot use it for any purpose, lods of complaints been made but no action been taken. Its a really sad situation here, how much time does it take to rectify the problem. I stay in humayunpur, safdarjung enclave 110029. Kindly look into the matter.

              I have been getting bills from delhi jal board which shows 100 plus points more than the actual meter reading. (K. No [protected]) due to which its highly over charged.
              I have been contacting them since january 2018 regarding the same but they are not solving my issue at all.
              I have also submitted 2 letters (Attached below) to them, as they asked me to do so, dated 12/1/18 and 11/5/18, to which also they haven’t responded at all.
              The concerned person mr. N. C saini (Mob. [protected]) just says one line everytime “kal kaam hojaega aapka”.
              Please resolve this issue to the earliest so that i can get my actual (Much lesser) bill without any penalties.

                complaint about sewer overflow

                This is to inform you that from the last 1 month infront of our residence one sewer is overflowing badly

                (Address - e=18, nanhey park, uttam nagar, new delhi -110059).

                We called so many times to concerned person but he did not bothered and not even picks the calls. As a result is giving bad smell and people are facing many issue while crossing the road as it's on main road which...

                My name is varun bhatia, living in parampuri, s block, street no.13, uttam nagar, new delhi.
                We are getting dirty and smelly water supply since 2 weeks. It is not the first time it is happening. We are facing this issue from long time and would request you to please take some serious action to rectify this problem.

                Water is the top most priority which should be pure n clean to be able to drink n use for other tasks.

                  That there is no water supply in pandit chowk, lohia marg, raj nagar-ii, palam colony since last 30+ days, and even after visit by djb chief representative (Je), the issue has not been sorted out.

                  All streets surrounding lohia marg have routine water supply except these nearly 20 houses near pandit chowk, lohia marg (Rzg/rzf flats).

                  Kindly assist in getting the matter resolved, as all in the street/gali are facing severe water shortage issues, especially for people like me who have 2 small kids to take care.

                  Those with submersible connections are able to manage, but we neither have such a supply source, nor able to take water from djb tankers which come few times at distance.

                  Moreover, despite repeated complaints at djb customer care helpline (1916), no proper response is given.

                  There has never been such problem in last 3 years, but now since last 1+ months (Since the time change from 3:30 am to 5:15 am), the problem has risen to huge level only on this short stretch, and no authorities are paying attention to sort.

                  Even during the times when water was being released at 3:15 am till 4:15 am on alternate days, the supply had no issues of pressure or timing. But, now not even 10 minutes of water is being supplied on any day.

                  Therefore, request you to please look into the matter, and provide / arrange atleast 30-45 mins of regular water supply, for atleast drinking and minimal routine household work of kids.

                      I am writing this today to complain against the poor services i am receiving from your company.

                      I am one of the resident of ramjas road, karol bagh. I am suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past 3-4 days which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from sewer.

                          Sir, I want to file a complaint against some automobile service centers in Shakurpur Colony near Poonam Gas agency, there are 3-4 service centers at the footpath, and use Delhi Jal Board's drinking water all 7 days in a week. They are unauthorized on footpath. Where we save a single drop of drinking water, they misuse tons of drinking water daily, they even don't pay for it. I hope these illegal service stations should be shut down soon, so drinking water can be saved.

                              I am one of the resident of balbir nagar ext which comes under the shahdara area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.

                              Insufficient supply of water in rattan park (Basai Darapur) new delhi -110015 for the last one week .Water supply is for only one and half hour in morning with no supply or very less supply of water in evening.Pressure of water is also very low .

                                The water connection no [protected] was sanctioned afresh on payment of earlier water arrears of rs 15272 in cash on 11.5.2015. The same was activated by djb after installing a new water meter of anand asahi make purchased vide invoice no.36556 - c. No[protected] dated 20.5.2015 by djb approved plumber on payment of additional rs 800 towards rr charges. This water has been fully functional & the meter readings were informed to djb from time to time but the water bills have always been issued on adhoc basis. The latest consumption meter reading is[protected] as on date. Please refer to various on-line representations to djb vide complaint id no.1866166 dtd 14.2.18,[protected] dt 26.3.17, dodws/e/2017/00518 dt 11.5.17,[protected] dt 20.3.17 & 83506 etc & personal visits to your djb office with mirror image of water meter reading. The official assured to revise the bills based on units consumed as per water meter but nothing has been done even after cm took over dlb under his charges. Please do not harass me as retired senior citizen & help please.

                                  House no - c-107 of moti nagar does water wastage daily. They never switch off their moter no matter how many times everyone else has even told them, in many houses in moti nagar there is scarcity of water. And at the same time they're wasting water. They have even illegally got a underground water motor when these motors were getting sealed they hid it by cementing it. They are doing everything illegally.
                                  Please take strict action.
