I have made a complaint with the Delhi Jal Board on 12 Sept vide[protected] for low pressure water for H Block 352, Nanakpura, Motibagh, New Delhi-110021.

Water comes only in the ground floor flats in the morning and evening properly. For the first floor I get no water in the evening and 10 to 20 minutes in the morning though the water comes for two hours from 0500 to 0700 hrs. This happens when all residents in the block open their taps.

Got the line checked with the plumber from the CPWD who say that the problem lies with the main line. The ferral is up and it does not pull the water up.

    I shashi raturi, resident at pratap vihar, part-2, house no.553, block-a, kirari sulaman nagar, del;hi 110086. Applied for new water connection for my 42 sq mtr house on 6th jul.18. The connection no. Is 2048494 & diary no. Is 1694 dated 06.07.2018 provided by zro office mubarak pur, kirari sulaman nagar, delhi 110086. But no action has been taken so far, accept of frequently call receiving from zro office to meet at mubarak pur office, zro office. It is requested may kindly approve the 2 & half months pending file at the earliest, so that the development charges may be deposited at djb office.

        Gali no.10 sangam vihar opposite divine hospital near wazirabad delhi-110084.
        Here water supplied by mcd is dirty yellow in colour with sewage smelling
        Please look after this issue by checking whether pipes are not ruptured or other relevent issues.

        Contaminated water will lead us to many diseases

        My father is a kidney patient going through dialysis twice a week
        And this polluted water is making us more sick
        Please do help us by resolving this issue.

          From last 6-7 months i'm getting excessive water bill. I have 300litre of 2 water tanks and i use water motor only once in the morning. I asked other neighbors too and they do not receiving any bills.

              Consumers are getting dirty water supply which is having sewage smell. No one can even wash hands in this water.
              The color of water is pale yellow. It is not at all suitable for any purpose. People are falling sick due to this water.in my family 3-4 members were fall ill due to this water.

              Some times its ok but mostly in evening at 6:00 pm is always dirty.
              Please look into this matter seriously as we are paying bills for this service.

                The water is being continuously for past several years. This was highlited when rain water pipeline work is being done by mcd in front of b 38 b39 dayanand colony lajpat nagar4. It requires your immediate attention as the fresh water is wastage of resources and dangerous for buildings foundation. It observed that the fresh water is leaking continuously and hindering the rain water work also.
                An urgent and immediate action is required.

                  Sir, i have made so many complaints online but even after 7_8 years we are without drinking water in house no 03 first floor pkt 21 sec 24 rohini delhi. Kindly see to it and resolve the issue.

                    This is in reference to the k no [protected], recently new pipeline was installed along with sewer lines, it seems the line is damaged due to which water coming is very dirty. We have tried calling many times on helpline number but no complaint number has been provided and even no action taken by them.
                    We have also tried logging complaint via djb mobile app but didn't find option to log a complaint.
                    This urgently need to be taken care otherwise it will cause medical issues.

                        Please fix the water leakage issue in ashok vatika, nai basti, deoli (Near gupta farm) area. We have been suffering a lot due to this. We are getting unhygienic water through the tap just because of this. Also there is no dry space left even for walking. This is the main entry and exit point for the entire resident. We can even manage but no option left for the ladies and children except going through the mud. We, therefore, request you to please take immediate action on fixing this leakage issue so that we can at least take a breath in clean environment.

                          My k. No is [protected]. The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as rddt (Reading detained) and previous reading status as 202 units. According to him the unit reading was not increasing but the fact is that we do not waste too much water and keep the use minimal. Our meter is working and in good condition but the meter reader reported previous unit as 202 units which is also wrong and in fact as on today the actual reading is 169 units (Screen shot of meter is enclosed herewith) which were the total units since the meter has been replaced. Now the bill has come to rs.244/- which is completely unjustified. I am enclosing here the screenshot of the meter reading and bill in support of my claim that the meter is working properly. This is a case o[censored]nnecessary harassment. Meter reader is forcing us that you must waste the water whether or not you require it. I am ready for the any test which might be initiated by the department.

But water meter is running. How can they say that the meter is not in working condition.                               My kno no is [protected] and they provide bill of rs 14174. I have not paid previous bill for the period dec to march and they fined 7210 rs for late payment charged. What is the problem of djb according to late payment amount comes only 709 the charge 7210 extra i need to renew my bill and please make new bill with deduction of that amount. And djb has not sent even a bill of copy from many months

                                Morning smelly & gutter water supply in our area, why problem rise after few days? Cant this problem be rectified permanently.

                                Being senior citizen of the resident of street no 13, ranjeet nagar, patel nagar. Since morning water supply in our area is affected with dirty & smelly water. It is not even suitable for mouth wash.

                                  I have already submitted the complaint against the water bill to zro (W)-1 subhash nagar new delhi on dated 21/07'18. Despacth no. 1891. The bill generated of water consumption from april to july 2018. K. No. [protected]. The details are as follows:.
                                  On. 8th jan 2018, the units consumed were 186 units which were already paid for. On 17th april 2018, the units consumed were entered as 240 units for which i didnt get a any bill. Further, the units were checked on 02nd july 2018, which came to be 299 units, which is completely incorrect. Bill enclosed
