This is in reference to the k no [protected], recently new pipeline was installed along with sewer lines, it seems the line is damaged due to which water coming is very dirty. We have tried calling many times on helpline number but no complaint number has been provided and even no action taken by them.
We have also tried logging complaint via djb mobile app but didn't find option to log a complaint.
This urgently need to be taken care otherwise it will cause medical issues.

Still same situation, No action has been taken by DJB till now.

There is no water supply in Vijay Enclave area about 3-4 days please do something. We meet our MLA but our problem still are same. We requested to you please take a round and supply water at fixed time.

    Recently published in the newspaper on 24 august 2018 that dwk - palam see the cutting of newspaper photos below. But i am very sorry to say last 1 year in westsagar pur area gail no 5, 6, 7, 8getanjali park and gali no 9 mandanpuri and gali, 10 jagdama vihar west sagar pur n. D water is not coming.in this connection r. W. A jagdama vihar west sagar pur is also approaching the solving problem but till date your department not solve the problems.

      Please fix the water leakage issue in ashok vatika, nai basti, deoli (Near gupta farm) area. We have been suffering a lot due to this. We are getting unhygienic water through the tap just because of this. Also there is no dry space left even for walking. This is the main entry and exit point for the entire resident. We can even manage but no option left for the ladies and children except going through the mud. We, therefore, request you to please take immediate action on fixing this leakage issue so that we can at least take a breath in clean environment.

        My k. No is [protected]. The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as rddt (Reading detained) and previous reading status as 202 units. According to him the unit reading was not increasing but the fact is that we do not waste too much water and keep the use minimal. Our meter is working and in good condition but the meter reader reported previous unit as 202 units which is also wrong and in fact as on today the actual reading is 169 units (Screen shot of meter is enclosed herewith) which were the total units since the meter has been replaced. Now the bill has come to rs.244/- which is completely unjustified. I am enclosing here the screenshot of the meter reading and bill in support of my claim that the meter is working properly. This is a case o[censored]nnecessary harassment. Meter reader is forcing us that you must waste the water whether or not you require it. I am ready for the any test which might be initiated by the department.

          My kno no is [protected] and they provide bill of rs 11759. This is wrong bill amount bill shows that our meter is not working from last two years. But water meter is running. How can they say that the meter is not in working condition. Now i am enclosing the running condition of our meter so please look into this matter and make new bill with deduction of that amount

            My kno no is [protected] and they provide bill of rs 14174. I have not paid previous bill for the period dec to march and they fined 7210 rs for late payment charged. What is the problem of djb according to late payment amount comes only 709 the charge 7210 extra i need to renew my bill and please make new bill with deduction of that amount. And djb has not sent even a bill of copy from many months

              Respected sir,

              Morning smelly & gutter water supply in our area, why problem rise after few days? Cant this problem be rectified permanently.

              Being senior citizen of the resident of street no 13, ranjeet nagar, patel nagar. Since morning water supply in our area is affected with dirty & smelly water. It is not even suitable for mouth wash.

              Hope that you people will take some strict action in this matter.

                I have already submitted the complaint against the water bill to zro (W)-1 subhash nagar new delhi on dated 21/07'18. Despacth no. 1891. The bill generated of water consumption from april to july 2018. K. No. [protected]. The details are as follows:.
                On. 8th jan 2018, the units consumed were 186 units which were already paid for. On 17th april 2018, the units consumed were entered as 240 units for which i didnt get a any bill. Further, the units were checked on 02nd july 2018, which came to be 299 units, which is completely incorrect. Bill enclosed

The person who comes to take reading is showing inflated reading though nobody was staying in the house month of may and june. How come the bill will cross subsidize limit?.                       I m a resident of rz - 55 a hans park west sagarpur, we are facing a lot of problems since 25 one month water sever is stoped.

                      Sir, above mentioned details are given only to introduced you with the problems facing by the peoples having big family and old age parents living in sagarpur. Sir everybody are aware the road conditions of sagarpur, there are so many garbage on side the road, open sever, open holes where rain water get stored in rainy season but we are forced to live their in such conditions. Peoples are not even walk properly because of sand, holes, garbage spread on the roads in sagarpur. We are totally helpless and hopeless with the working of mcd in that area. Therefore i would like to look into the matter as soon as possible. Sewerage line in front of my house is got choked for last six month and i have made many complaints in this regards in your office. Your staff members came in and started choked water with the held of bamboo stick. But my problem still remains as the sewerage pipe in front of my house is fully got choked and it needs to be clean with help of machine. Sir i am in great trouble because of choked sewerage. Water overflow and stock my house front. Water come in street no body cross easily street... Please solve the problem at the earliest.

                        I would like to bring to your kind attention that the residents of sarojini park, shastri nagar street number 9 east delhi are receiving sewer water instead of normal supply. We are facing this problem for the past few years. We logged many complaints but nothing worked out.

                          In sarai pipal thala near house no. 132, ambedkar gali sewers are over flowing. For the last several years we are requesting that the level of these sewers are very low and these sewers are at the dead end. So all the garbage of all the sewer line come at the dead end block the sewer and over flow in street.
                          Kindly arrange to ractify the faulty line and also clean and stop the over flow.

                            The main sewer line near my house gets blocked regularly after every raning but, i feel really sad to say that no necessary action has been taken by responsible authorities.
                            It is very shameful for the jal board sewage dept.
                            So, i would kindly request the responsible authorities to take necessary actions as early as possible. I shall be really grateful to u.

                              Hi,

                              We are facing billing issue with delhi jal board, last month i have checked no bill was generated by jal board and in the month of aug 18 jal board team has generated rs.4019.03 bill how this is possible while water supply in our block is very poor and no one are visiting from reading of meter from last 6 month.

                              And we have many time connect to jal baord helpline number but it was going auto disconnect it is a really big concern.

                              Requesting please correct the invoice which is generated month of aug 18.

                                I have received a bill id:[protected] dated 16.07.2018 of rs. 2198/- against water consumption. Last bill was also same pattern and no one has come to take reading. There is too much difference between actual and bill reading. Although i am making payment and no arrears pending. You are requested to please depute your agent for taking actual reading in the presence of my family members and adjust ad-hoc payment from paid payments.

                                  With reference to above i advise as under :

                                  1. I am the resident of h. No.1/3997, ram nagar extension gali no.6 loni road shahdara delhi-110032.
                                  That a complaint has been registered in the roster by me on 12/08/2018 and i personally met the je of the concerned area which is situated in lig flats loni road shahdara delhi. I and other surrounding residents met the je repeatedly in this regard but all is in vain. We have been advised that sucking machine is required to clear the sewer blockage. No action in this regard has been taken so far resulting the garbage of sewer backing in the residents house premises. I want to know weather it is the duty of residents to provide sucking machine. It is the duty of the concerned je/ex. En. To provide the sucking machine to clear the sewer.
                                  Therefore it is humble request that action in this matter may please taken on priority basis and do the needful.

                                      I am a resident of B6/139, 1st Floor, ROHINI, Sector-3, OPP- MTNL building, Delhi-110085.
                                      My Meter K-Number :[protected]
                                      Name - SATNAM
                                      The CMR status taken on 24/8/18 was 1158 which is totally wrong, which is been checked on 31/8/18 & it is showing 1044.
                                      PMR status on 6/7/18 was : 1033.
                                      So, Consumption is 10KL as on 31/8/18, whereas Wrong Consumption noted in bill as 125KL.
                                      Kindly get the meter reading rechecked and correct the Bill.
