I am one of the resident of swasthya vihar (Opposite preet vihar).
Water supply from jal board is supplying highly dirty and smelly water from 4 months which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it.
It smells like sewer water.
Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.

    I narender kumar have submitted my application for new water connection on 16/04/2018 with all relevant documents as per required for my residence 882-a/3-2, flat no.07, ward no.06, peel khana gali, mehrauli, new delhi-110030. (Copy attached)

    I had give a reference/dairy no. 00000033, dt.16/04/2018 during the submission of application form but after passing 04 months still i dint get any response through mobile/sms/e-mail from your side.

    Today i surprised when i checked my application status with using dairy no.00000033 on delhi jal board official website that the above dairy no. Is allotted to another costumer who's name is mr. Tej singh, c-13a, sultan puri, kirari suleman nagar, aman vihar, 110086 (Copy attached)

    I am requesting you that kindly take appropriate action immediately in the regard and short out the problem and also intimate me for the same through mail/sms/mobile that what action you taken in this regard.

    Delhi Jal Board — regarding new water connection


    I Narender Kumar have submitted my application for new water connection on 16/04/2018 with all relevant documents as per required for my residence 882-A/3-2, flat no.07, ward no.06, Peel khana Gali, Mehrauli, New Delhi-110030.(copy attached )

    I had give a reference/dairy no. 00000033, dt.16/04/2018 during the submission of application form but after passing 04 months still I dint get any response through Mobile/SMS/e-mail from your side.

    Today I surprised when I checked my application status with using dairy no.00000033 on Delhi Jal Board official website that the above dairy no. is allotted to another costumer who's name is Mr. Tej Singh, C-13A, Sultan Puri, Kirari Suleman Nagar, Aman Vihar, 110086 (copy attached )

    I am requesting you that kindly take appropriate action immediately in the regard and short out the problem and also intimate me for the same through mail/SMS/mobile that what action you taken in this regard.

      Delhi jal board has been suppling contaminated foul smelly water in gh13 paschim vihar numerous complaints has been raised by residents but it has been fallen on deaf ears. Ping pong has been going with complaint check your sewer then if it does not resolved then again submit complaints why are the delhi jal board team are delaying a action to get this fixed

        From last 3 months, we are not receiving the supply of water, now it is end of our pasence, in these days it is rainy season but problem of non supply of water is still continue, yamuna river is full of water but problem of non supply of water is still continue, we weight of water day and night without sleeping.

        I request to look into this matter as soon as possibl.

          Last bill jo mine paid kiya 15 april 2015, uske bad meter reading lene dec 2017 me aaye jo jyada din ho chuka tha jisaka hmne ab tak ka koi bhi delhi goverment water subsidy nhi le saka, aur hamara 7885 bill aaya hai august 2018 unit 880 hai ab tak ka.
          Esliye aaap mera bill check kr sahi rasta bataye taki mai apna bill paid kar saku

          I am from Wazirpur Village area of Ashok Vihar and the people of area are suffering from intense shortage of water and it is getting worse and worse, people have to go to Jal Board to take water and it is difficult to do so. The water supply is short it is not tough to say cut off from dhobi wali gali to jheemar wali gali.
          We are living in 8/8 Kalkaji Extension. Water supply is very less for the last 7 days. Please rectify.
          Pocket A-3 Mayur Vihar Phase 3 : Group 12 RWA: Sewers to be Cleaned & Water Logging to be resolved by cleaning slits from drains inside the colony : Unclean water is coming in the supply pipes.
          No water supply in L 20 area of Malviya nagar since last week.. Have complained to a lot of officials but no action has been taken. Acute water shortage is being faced by residents

            Dear sir,

            we are the resident of p-38 to p-50, vishnu garden, new delhi - 110018.

            Our main gali sewer line get block regularly, so many complaints has been made to a.E. Mr. Goel & j .E. Mr. Manoj verma but no necessary action has been taken by the responsible authorities.

            What we have come to know that for the last three years no cleaning of sewers has been done by the concern authorities of our p block.

            We have taken up the matter with our area m.L.A. Mr. Sirsa office & our area counciler mr. Chadha office but they have also not taken up any serious note of our problem.

            We would request the responsible authorities to take necessary action as early as possible.

                illegal borewells

                Mr. Rajeev sharma and mr lokesh sharma s/o o p sharma, resident of 18/17/7, old govind pura, krishna nagar, delhi are having illegal borewell submersible with electric motor to pump the ground water. They are using ground water for their personal use and also supplies to people on price.
                They are living on the same address for more than 20 years and still not have jal board water connection. Because they fulfill...

                Our address is 41 dda mig flats suraj apartment surajkund road pul prahladpur new delhi -110044.
                We are two people in a family. Our flat is on the first floor. We dont consume much amount of water but from past 2 to 3 years our bill amount is coming much greater than the amount of water we are consuming. Sometimes even our watertank gets filled up without switching on the motor and we are usually not at home on weekends.
                We hope u will consider our complaint and solve the bill problems.

                  There is full sewer blockage in Gali no.5 East Azad Nagar, Delhi 110051. The sewer water is flowing all over the streets and going in the houses. The water is very contaminated and acting as a breeding ground for deadly mosquitoes, insects and flies. Due to this, the water logging problem is also emerging. I have registered a complaint in the Delhi Jal Board Sewer Department with complaint number :[protected] on July 31, 2018. But no strict action has been taken yet. I want you to resolve this issue immediately and clear out this inconvenience. As an evidence, I am also attaching the pictures of he street. PLease resolve the issue immediately. I shall be thankful to you.

                  Opposite government sarvodaya school Kanti nagar Delhi-110051, sewer overflowing due to blockage in the main entrance to the school. Students of both shifts are bound to go through dirty water of sewer and bed smell. Please clear this blockage to help all the students and residents as well.

                    Sir, i want to draw your attention about sewer blockage on our area in front of wz-59 basai dara pur, new delhi -110015 for more than 10 days and till now no favorable action taken against this problem. Our area affected by severe smell of sewage water this leads to cause dangerous disease in future. I request you sir please take immediate action to solve this problem

                    हमारे ब्लॉक 143, Kailash Hills के पीछे पानी के पाइप की अत्यंत ही दयनीय हालत है। इसमें दसों HOLES हैं जिससे पानी के समय लगतार निकलता रहता है हमलोग पानी के बिना परेशान हो रहे हैं। गुल्ले लगाकर इसे Temporarily तो बंद कर दें ताकि हमें कुछ तो पानी मिल जाय। 7-8 दिन पहले पाइप बदलने का कार्य शुरू किया था लेकिन कुछ भी नहीं हो पाय। Water Tankers तो भेजें।

                        I am resident of c108, vishwas park, uttam nagar (Taar factory gali). Sewer in front of my house is blocked for almost a month now. We have done complaint to the je sachin malik as well however all we hear is it will be solved. It has become difficult to step out of the house as well now as there is so much gutter water just outside on the road.

                          water supply timings

                          What is this water supply system in south patel nagar... There is no proper timetable... I m waiting for water since morning today... N no water till now... N in night sometimes it come on 11 other times 12, 1, 2... How r we suppose to manage to fill water at 2 in night... Please do something about it.. N fix some timings

                          I m facing issue of overcharged billing and meter status is showing mloc in billing although my meter connection is new and working properly i got this connection on may-2017 because this is new constructed building/floor and first entry is was us but during 9 month meter reader did not come and not any physical bill i thought we are getting govt examption benefit of 20 t/l monthly so therfore bill is not generating but after 9 month i just tried online billing system on jal board site i shocked that bill was generating regularly and during 9 month it was reach to amount rs.36466.00 but meter reading was only 107 unit so i went to delhi jal board office in janakpuri and submited application but still no action after 2 month of submition and bill is genereting regularly same my complaint no is 7733

                            In gali number 2 boudoir the water problem is from last 5days, i file complaint at 1916 number, the complaint number is[protected] but still no action from last 2days... Calling on every number of delhi jal board but no one is picking call, even the till free number 1916 is also not responding... If you can't maintain the services then why you disclose the number on internet

                              I am a resident wz-36/a, street number 12, krishna puri, tilak nagar, new delhi 110018
                              The main sewer line near my house gets blocked regularly
                              But, i feel really sad to say that no necessary action has been taken by responsible authorities
                              It is very shameful for the jsewage dept.
                              So, i would kindly request the responsible authorities to take necessary action as early as possible. I shall be really grateful to u.

                                Dear sir,

                                1. I have paid last bill rs.1233.78 on 11.3.2018 that too on average basis though my meter is working well and isi company.

                                2. I have made several request to djb officials to send bill according to my usage /consumption of water. As i use the drinking water with judiciously without wasting any drop of water i was penalised for giving without meter and such huge bill. Now djb has sent me bill for rs.2517 on the basis of stp not actual one. Why? It is penalty to honest consumer who is not wasting a single drop of water.
                                3. You are requested to rectify and send bill as per usage of water not on the basis of stp.
                                4. Kindly do the needful correction in the bill at the earliest.

                                  Dear sir i would like to inform you that in jawahar park khanpur there is no water supply is coming from 8 days. We are not even able to wash our cloth and bath as well. There is no water in house to utilize. How can we survive with the situation. Kindly provide supply asap so that condition can be normal, also water supply is not coming regular, its coming once in 5- 8 days
