Dear sir,
We live in D-59 street no.11 West vinod nagar .We are rented here and we are getting very high amount of water Bill which is around more than 5000 for 4 month, even we are suppose to get 20kl free for every month then how we are getting this high amount of bill .
We are requesting you to please look in his matter urgently.How we will pay that amount of bill .
You are requested to reduce the bill as much we can able to pay and please not to repeat again in future .

I am writing this grievance to bring to your kind notice one problem related to sewer lines. It should be noted that every few days sewer line starts overflowing throwing unlimited garbage and human wastes on the streets which makes living difficult and due to which breathing is also not possible. One thing also be noted that due to this problem we are not able to go outside also as streets are filled with sewer water being discharged on the streets. In this regard complaints have been made but no action has been taken for cleaning the sewer lines.

I am anu and i am resident in Pocket -4 EDS DDA mix housing complex new kondli, Mayaur Vihar -3 delhi 110096 . Sir from the last week (july week one 2018) their is no proper water supply water their is not timing to water supply.
Without any circular they stooped the water supply.

basic problem is this supply of water in another pocket is good. I had alredy complend on custmer care no . but till noe we have any any solution.

kindly resolve this.

Meter reader has not come to our premises & now we found a bill dated 06-July 2018 amounting to Rs.1536/- (for the period from 14-May-18 to 06th July 2018 with 7KL consumption) due for payment on 23July 2018.

The consumption has been averaged and Reading/Meter status has been shown as MLOC (Meter locked). The status of Reading is shocking to me as we have 4 persons always present...

This is to inform you that from the last 2 months I am continusly in touch with Delhi Jal board helpline no. And Delhi Jal board office regarding a sever chocked issue in J block 1400 street.From the last 2 months their is not a single action has been taken towards my complaint.Children can't play in the street or park because of gutter water logging in the street.Many people suffering from disease cause of this dirty water.According to my each & every complaint action has been taken according to Kuldeep (je of Delhi Jal board )But I want to bring you in notice that not a single person visit in our street to at least visit for my problem.Without any action they are closing my complaint with satisfaction.2 Residents has already well their house and shifted to another street in jahangir Puri only because of this issue.Many other planning for the same.Is their any way to solve this issue or I have to sell my house too.

One of the water supply pipeline seems to have broken which is causing a a large amount of water being wasted out of the pot hole on the roads since last 3 days.
Several calls have been made in the customer care no but there has been no action..

We are not getting water supply in our building. Kindly look it and your favourable immediate action for solving our water problem will be highly appreciated. Our staff is in great trouble. We cannot afford tanker. We are getting bill on regular basis and paying it. Kindly tell us when you are going to solve our problem. We are unable to wash our hand. In 21 st century without water how can we live that too in industrial area.

Delhi jal board from narela office employee came to my home at krishan vihar for measuring home area, he was used very dirty and insulting words when talk to my mother. So i want complaint his misbehaviour, i dont know his name but he was visited on my home on dated 20/07/2018 please take a seriously action agaist this complaint, why he was saying this

Dear Sir, We KNO : [protected] have been utilising DJB services and paying bills regularly for last 19 yrs at the same location.
our consumption has been around 13-15 KL per month for nearly last 2 decades.The average billing had been Rs 350-400 per month.

Our last Bill is showing consumption of 37 kilo litres for last 2 months.
This time BILLING is Rs 2464. which bemused us.

There was no leakage or any visible problem in supply .
Kindly audit and check everything and make suitable amendment / corrections.

This is in regarding to the sewer choked in H10 block malviya nagar, south delhi for which we are giving the repetitive complaints at their office in Malviya nagar.. There is no action till date and we have been going regularly for almost 25 days and requesting to take action..My father who is almost 85 years of age has visited more than 10 times for the same..but no action... JE's are not bothered if complaint is attended or not.. they say we have told our juniors and our work is over..if this is the attitude, then God can only save us when the a heavy rain and our houses are flooded with sewer waste.. these people dont have the courtesy to check..

PLS JE'S OPEN YOUR EYE AND SERVE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFERING...

Hello DJB,

Please be inform that from last 8-10 month we are facing problem with the water supply in our local (Street no-3 block -A sindhi farm road meethapur Ext.Badarpur New Delhi 110044) area, kindly fix the issue asap as we have tried many times to complaint our nearby djb office but there is no response from their end.

I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.

No DJB officers are not coming to check the meter reading and put the false reading in the bill .Unnecessary charge the bill amount RS :1000/- and above .The same I complaint to the Jal Bord Office Punjabi Bagh, but the respond from the team is very poor .They are neglecting the public complaint .So kindly consider the complaint and give the feedback

i am in gali no 3, but water not in supplied in my home, JE Mr Meena Remarks on my complaint that COMPLAINT RESOLVED remarks tail end of distribution system.
If pressure is Low how to possible gali No 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 supply.
if pressure is Low how to possible water in Khusi Ram Park.
Gali no 3 is prior to Khusi Ram Park and gali No 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 supply.
I am again requested you please provide at list 200 liter water per day for smooth running life.

I am resident of 6 Block of Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-11018. Myself and my wife both are working. I have been living in this area for more than eight years now. The position of water supply has been deteriorating with each passing day. The supply of water in our area is highly irregular and erratic. It is an utterly shocking that there is no water supply after 6.00 A.M. throughout the year.
As a consequence, we are facing a great deal of difficulty. Thus, you are most humbly requested to ensure regular supply of water in our area.

KNO:[protected], Bill due date for amount Rs.449 for the Bill period 28/04/18 to 25/06/18 total 58 consumption day units only 15 kl very less as per delhi govt exemption limit 20kl per month then why are you charging amount to pay, even also same thing happened in previous bill Rs 374 paid where as in both cases it is well below consumption limit of 20kl, please check and regullarise my bill and refund my amount paidRs 449 & Rs 374, otherwise i have to take the help of law due to wrong bills issued for payment and unnecessary tension, harassment to consumer

I am one of the resident of Indra Park Ext which comes under the Uttam Nagar East. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past 10 days which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from gutter . Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES

My email id is kalpana [protected]@gmail.com, i am a resident of b-46/f 2/b-block/dilshad garden. For the last so many months we are getting fail smelling, terribly dirty tasteless water and it keeps happening of and on. So many times i have rung up to edmc regarding the complaint in the beginning once or twice people came with tubes tested it but nothing happened, no they write down the complaint give number but nothing happens i am surprised delhi jal board people are least bothered that we are suffering with stomachaches, diaries, loose motions. Pls look into it and do something. Is there anyone who sees that complaints are being monitered very sad state the drains have not been silted, severs are choked are we humans or not pls do something.

We live in wazirpur village in this area we complain about this dirty drinking water which is black in clour and lack of smell before 3 weeks.
video also attached in this complain. and sometimes water is not coming properly and when water came it becomes very dirty which is unhealty for us.
kindly resolve this isse ASAP.
