My water bill has been extremely high on regular basis after each clearance. My meter reading according to the meter reading executive is not very high in terms o[censored]nits every month. I would request that if there is any discrepancy or mistake in the system or any Delhi Jal Board's end, that needs to be sorted. And my bill amount to be revised accordingly. My current due bill is Rs. 6774.

    We are receiving high water bill from last month. Earlier our bill used to come for approximately[protected] for two months. Now last month's bill was 27000. We are a family of 4 adults and 1 kid. Our earlier consumption has always been 0.5 to 0.6 units per day. But this time the consumption is coming to 2.8 units per day, which is not possible.
    Please check the fault in the water bill and meter and rectify our bill.

      I, Aakash jain, resident of KD-38C, Phase I, Ashok Vihar wants to draw your attention towards filthy water that has been supplied by the Board since many days. The water is so dirty that we are suffering from diarrhoea consuming it.
      I request you to kindly take this into consideration and resolve this matter on priority since the water tastes like sewer water.
      I suggest you to not supply water until it is clean and healthy to consume.

        Tankers are coming in our area and people are using pipes for filling their drums and not letting poor people fill water this is not good poor people are not able to get drinking water and and the pipe users are filling their 3000l tank

            The water supply at my place ( Krishna park street number 8 110018) has been poor for weeks. Foul and smelly sewage water being supplied. Water has a terrible smell and taste. We are unable to utilize this water for either cooking or drinking. We are facing several challenges due to current water situation. This causes a slew of health issues.

            I hope you understand and will take the necessary steps to provide us with safe

              Dear Sir,
              It is stated that No supply of DJB water in our Gali having House numbers 71 to 82 and 90 in the area Bindapur village, Uttam Nagar since 01st May 2022. There is only our gali in bindapur village, where water not coming.

              1. First, we have given complaint on email to [protected]@delhi.gov.in, revert coming that they have received the complaint and forwarded to concern person. But no action was done on the complaint.

              2. After that, We have again filed complaint at [protected]@delhi.gov.in, they have registered complaint vide DJB[protected] raised on 13.06.2022. This complaint was closed on 15.06.2022 without any resolution. When I asked why complaint is closed, they said JE given remarks that he visited the place. But, non-one has come to see the water problem.

              We, the residents of this Gali (Bindapur Village area) are facing lots of difficulties due to No supply of water.

              Please check it on priority, as now more than 45 days, and we still no water supply.

                      In our area the date us fixed when water to fill because in my pipe line there 2 member fill water our date is mon, we'd and fri her date is tue, thr and sat and they fill water at of our date can't gave water on her date so just this is complaint

                            Subject: Wrong Billing inspite of sending “ZERO” Billing SMS.
                            Sir,
                            I received message on mobile, on 6.9.21, that an amount of Rs. 10, 410/- is to be paid by 23.9.21. I visited this office and got the print out of the Bill wherein no meter reading has been given, only period from July 2021—Sept. 2021 is mentioned. I represented my case to ZRO, his response is awaited.(Copy enclosed).

                            Before getting this billing message I received “ZERO” Billing msgs on May-2021, Feb-2021 and Dec-2020 (copy of screenshots enclosed) and received Paper Slips also from DJB on
                            Dec-2020, Oct-2020 May-2019 all showing "ZERO Billing".(Copies enclosed)

                            I am enclosing photos of my Water Meter no: 087537, this meter was installed by DJB on 22.7.2011- (Copy of installation letter encl). copy of screen shots of Meter taken on 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14 & 17.9.21) are enclosed which shows/proves that AVERAGE CONSUMPTION at this connection is “.5”. This average is constant from the date of installation of this meter.

                            It is requested that keeping in view the "ZERO BILLING" messages and CONSTANT AVERAGE of “.5” per day (“15’ per month) the necessary correction may please be done in the Bill and revised bill may please be issued.

                                Delhi Jal Board - Arbitrary billing K[protected]. No resolution done yet of previous Complaint Number: [protected] & Current complaint of May 22, 2022 despite having the complaint been delivered personally. Request URGENT ACTION of reversing the Bill of Rs502 wrongly billed on the basis showing the Meter LOCKED which is not true. Repeated reminders have no effect. It has been brought to the attention of the Seniors also by hand delivery of the Grievance. Thanks

                                Arbitrary Bill by DJB for(secured for privacy) for Rs. 502 for the period Jan12, 2022 to May 20, 2022. showing Meter as LOC.The Meter is not locked and is accessible, and active but there is no consumption of water since I am away from the City/ Country. Complaint at DJB shows resolved but no action taken to revise the Bill to RS ZERO.

                                  For several weeks, the water supply in our locality (Rattan Park, Street Number 2, New Delhi 110015) has been inadequate. Water has a terrible smell and flavor. This water cannot be used for either cooking or drinking. We are confronting a number of hurdles, and if the current water scenario continues, it will result in a number of health problems.

                                  I hope you understand and will take the necessary actions to ensure that we have access to clean drinking water.
