I am a senior citizen and want to bring to your kind notice regarding wrong billing being done without taking the meter reading FOR DOMESTIC CONSUMPTION. . My consumption of water for the year 21 March onwards till date is less than 10KL and bill remained Zero, although I have to complain against wrong billing for rectification. This time also the same wring billing has been done vide

Bill cycle is ZALL[protected]. ZONE NW1/SULTANPURI.AREA CODE A-13. TOTAL CONSUMPTION OF WATER FROM 23.02.22 TO 17MAY22, 83 DAYS IS 22KL WHICH COMES TO 7.9KL PER MONTH WELL BELOW THE ALLOWED LIMIT OF 20KL/MONTH. IN SPITE OF THAT A BILL OF Rs.506 HAS BEEN RAISED. PL TAKE UP THE ISSUE AS I AM AN OLD LADY AND CAN NOT COMPLAIN AGAIN AND AGAIN .

IT IS REQUESTED TO REVISE THE BILL TO ZERO AS PER THE RULE FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF WATER. THE ISSUE MAY KINDLY BE TAKEN UP SERIOUSLY AS I AM AN OLD LADY AND CAN NOT COMPLAIN AGAIN AND AGAIN. MY MOBILE NO IS ALSO DISPLAYED ON MY HOUSE DOOR FOR CONTACT IN CASE I AM NOT AVAILABLE.

THIS RECURRING PROBLEM HAS TO BE RESOLVED OTHERWISE I WILL RAISE RTI FOR REPEATED WRONG BILLING WITH ALL MY REGISTERED COMPLAINTS AND DOCUMENTS.

Dear Delhi Jal borad Department,

We have been facing the issue of water scarcity for last 4 years in A-Block Suraj Vihar. If I talked about present month, almost daily basis we struggled a lot almost every day for getting water.
The points below to be considered.
1. Timing of water is not fixed, We wake up at 11:30 pm in the night alternate day, some times it comes at 11:30, some times 01 AM, Some times 01:35 AM some times it does not come at all.
2. Most of the times pressure of water is very low.
3. When Water comes, it comes for the shorter period ( 10 Min)
4. The water is coming on alternate basis. It is very difficult for us.
5. Last 5 days there is no water supply in my area.
6. Before 5 days back the water was coming very dirty like black water.

We are complaint so many times but delhi jal board je is not resolve our issue. We are facing this problem regularly. We were met JE as well as local MLA but no body resolve our issue.

I, therefore, Request you to look into the matter asap.

I have submitted my representation to Zonal Revenue Officer (ZRO (W), SW-III, ), Delhi Jal Board, R.K. Puram, New Dellhi-110022 regarding immediate replacement of faulty meter against my KNO: [protected] vide your receipted Dy NO. 3960 dated 13.05.2022. Till date I have not received any intimation from Delhi Jal Board with regard to installation new meter to my house address 257, Type-II, Sector-5, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110022. The faulty meter reading is 9932 showing actually in meter instead of 3433 according to bill reading.

Kindly get the faulty water meter replaced immediately. Also give free 20 KL water supply as per the announcement of Delhi Government on the basis of of our water consumption in future bills. Awaiting your early reply. Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated.

Dear Sir,
We are having a meter no. K[protected] in the name of Sh. Dharmapal Chohan. The meter reading taken by the employee of Delhi jal board by Sh. Abhay on 27.04.22 was wrongly taken. The bill generated for 64 days consumption is only 2 units which is wrong. We therefore request you to again take the meter reading and regenerate the bill on actual consumption.
I have been following up with the DJB employee Sh. Abhay but the same has not been resolved. The issue has been escalated via lot of emails but still no action taken.

I live in Indira Vikas colony, Delhi. From the past 1 week the municipality water is coming extremely polluted and dirty. Now it is creating so much hindrances in our day to day household work as well as creating hygiene issue due to this we are now completely dependent on external water supply. Kindly check into this matter and do something effective as soon as possible

I have submitted a water bill of Rs2200/- last time and now my water bill came of Rs9000 and my water consumption is very less and my neighbors also use same amount to water as we do but there bill is not that much please resolve my complain my KNo : [protected]

The water supply in Dwarka sector-28, Bamnoli is really bad. Most of the times the water is undrinkable, smelly like sewage and sometimes the water isn’t even supplied. This has led many health problems among the people living here.
Prompt action is required by the Delhi Jal board.

Our factory is located At A-100/3, Okhla Industrial area, Phase-2, new Delhi.In our area, the water supply is coming of dirty water, black, foul, smell water from last 6 months continuously. So Many complaints have been given to the Executive Engineer( south IV) Delhi JAL Board, C LAl Chowk, Okhla Phase-2, New Delhi. But No action is taken by responsible officer of JAL Board so far.

The complainant is the owner of a property at 11 Rajpur Road, Bhiku Ram Jain Marg, Civil Lines, Delhi 110054 the local MLA Sh P S Sawhney with his power has connived with local JE Mr Pankaj Pandey [protected] and punctured the water pipe in my personal property 11 Rajpur Road, Bhiku Ram Jain Marg, Civil Lines, Delhi 110054 and made an illegal ingress and entry and made water connection to local MLA which is illegal and the local MLA is using government machinary to his personal gains apart from the illegal ACT of the DJB officer who have entered private property and did illegal acts which have to be UNDONE. The complaint also spoken to JE Mr Pandey today at 12:03 PM at his mobile no and he gave no proper response to such illegal act. I want to complain about my water meter stolen at my residence(40 Krishan kunj extension part-2 laxmi nagar) in the evening of 8th May 2022. My water meter connection number is [protected].

Dear concern My residence is D-1/127/I, Pratap vihar part 3 Delhi 110086. For the last 5 months, I have been facing so many problems with the Delhi Jal board water supply. The water is not properly supplied in my resident street. For this, I continually complained about the issue many times but nobody has taken it seriously. This is not only my problem here everyone is upset. Nobody is listening to our problems. There is no drinking water in my house. this is not only my problem here everyone is upset. nobody is listening to our problems. I can't understand what types of service the DJB provides the customers? such as useless service is that. last 5 or 6 months we don't have drinking water. there as all people are crying for water. what is this.. shame on the DJB service. Even whenever we tried to talk to the Delhi Jal Board officer Mr. Sudhir Kumar Dhayaa Ji (JE) and Mr. Deepak, he clearly said that we cannot give you water from the pipeline. I send water tankers and immediately he hung up the phone. When only drinking water is to be filled by tanker then why the pipeline was installed? Why were water motors installed? Why were we charged for the file? request you to please look into this matter very seriously.

I am a resident of Ramesh Nagar, block 1. I want to complain about the water supply from last 15 days. There is a water crunch in our locality as water is supplied only for 15 mins in a day.

It is to bring to your notice that our locality has been suffering the problem of no water supply for last 30 days.There is no water supply which is making our lives miserable.Also our area JE is not receives our call about our problems.

I request you to please have a look at the supply of water. So that we do not have to face any problem regarding the same.
