The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as rddt (Reading detained) and previous reading status as 1055 units. According to him the unit reading was not increasing but the fact is that the rentholder is not in delhi from almost 3 months so how can the reading increase. Our meter is working and in good condition and have been checked.
He also said that we have to waste water if not needed but reading has to be increased...

With the reference of above said K.No. We do not get water supply in the morning from last one month and ask to our neighbor about the water supply tell me that their water supply is proper.
So will be great full to you I you grant me permission for digging the water pipe line for checking the fault and repair it through plumber.

The water coming from taps and motor is so dirty and stinky, a person can't even wash his/her face with it. We can't drink this water, use this water for washing utensils, can't take a bath and this dirty water has been a problem to us since more than a month.I'm staying in govindpuri gali no. 3 in a flat. Plz provide us with some clean water even if the supply is for short duration still it's ok but don't provide this sewer water to us....

In our area there are lots of leakage of fresh drinking water inspite of several complain to DJB no action has been taken.

we can see on a daily basis lots of water getting waste....

As per the current bill and the last bill the RDDT status was showing due to which the revenue department was charging the amount if the water line was not cleaned and they were not taking the action against that rather they charge the bill to us what kind of policy this is I am not able to understand this is the proper case of the fraudulent. As well as they never send the bill of last month....

We are facing water problem in every summer session and past 2 &3 years we complained every were but no one help us . In our street old ladies and pregnant ladies also here daily wages Peoples are taking mostly half days from there office and filling there water from other Street and from tanker. Mostly peoples are facing health issues also after that they are going and filling water from other Street It's humbly request and kindly please...

I am from mohan garden in our locality the dirty sewage like water come and water come after many many days we tried many things but it's not happening the water come is dirty. I am from R block mohan garden R-2/25.

This complain is regarding no Water sully in Gali No 11 & 12 of Rajnagar-2, Palam colony, for the last 7 days and prior to that it was erratic supply for the last 1 year. The residents of these galis are suffering in this extreme summer without water, the basic amenity of daily life.

To remove this problem a new water pipe line was being laid and the work of that has been suddenly stopped without giving...

I am surprised to receive your bill no[protected] dt 19.03.2022 from 14.01.22 to 19.03.22(64 days)27 units. As per norms there should not be any bill for consumption of 40 units for 64 days.
my meter is in working condition for the last 10 years & i am keeping a record of consumption of water for last 6 years & there is no occasion the consumption is more than 20 units.
I would request you to send zero bill.

I live in Block-23, Moti Nagar-110015. Since yesterday, the water coming through our motor is contaminated, the water coming is dirty, black and smells like feces. I have called your each and every customer service numbers provided online like 1916 several times so that I can register a complaint but most of them are invalid or not picking up the phone or busy. I have written emails and send texts as well but not getting...

I am a resident of village chhawla new delhi . I would like to bring to your attention that since the last few weeks the supply of water has been very irregular shortened poor supplies affecting our usage of water greatly and creating a scarcity inevitably . This also affect in our studies and living on such less amount of water is very difficult to manage .
We would highly appreciate it if the water supply is done more regularly...

I have complaint many times that in our area Sharma colony Budh vihar phase 2 getting water supply in 2 days. Please take necessary action to supply water daily so that no any problem will occur.
From 11th April we did not get the water in our area. Some of House get water supply but in our residence N-14 Sharma colony Budh vihar phase 2 delhi did not get supply.

With huge pain in my heart, I would like to inform that I live in main solanki road, Jain colony part 2, Uttam Nagar and the water quality here for last 10 days getting wrost each day. My family is sick and my two years daughter is having serious health issue and suffering from loose motions and vomiting and same with my mother. I am eating medicines like rest of my family and we all are sick due to the bad guttery...

It's been more than continuous 3days ...there is no water in this area..kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible......
