Sir, I Anita Tiwari, am a housewife at 210 BMK, Giri Nagar, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019. The sewer in front of the house is blocked with overflowing wastes. As a result, water thus not being able to flow through it collects alongside the road and collected water can serve as a potential breeding ground for dengue mosquitoes and other disease-causing larvae. Despite constant efforts of contacting the Jr Engineer at Delhi Jal Board, nothing has been done to relieve the problem. Thus I request the concerned authorities to taken suitable necessary action at the earliest. Thank You. Anita Tiwari [protected]

    Sir We have received Message from Delhi Jal Board of my New Connection Application File No. NWS/MG/N-10643 and My KNO is ([protected]) and bill payment last date is 05/01/16, so i'm going on Same Due Date delhi jal board Mohan Garden Office, For submit connection charged Rs 8323, but Delhi Jal board not revived my connection charged, and saying your connection file is not valid, you submit new files documents, I request to officer please submit my connection charged but he forced fully throw me outside. sir I have KNO is please Help me...         This is to bring to your notice that we have been receiving high water bills for more than a year now. Nobody comes for reading of water bill and we are charged every month with high bill which is not as per our consumption and thus baseless. It is pertinent to mention that I have lodged a complaint through telephone helpline i.e.1916 and got a complaint No.[protected]. I am unable to know the complaint status as the telephone line 1916 is not working properly and the concerned person is not getting connected.                 Sir, For the last few months I have been receiving higher water bills against K.No.[protected]. In May, 15 bill (for 65) my bill was for Rs.0 amount consumption being 40 units only. After that intentionally either the reading are shown on higher side or without even doing reading bills sent provisionally. The current bill has also been sent without taking actual reading for 38 units for 57 days. How does Meter Reader record reading of consumption. It is clear that they intentionally show higher reading in order to show more than 20 KL consumption in a month so that the bill is not for Rs.0.                 Hi,
                We are facing the same problem. For the last few months I have been receiving higher water bills against K.No.[protected]. Earlier bill was of very less amount as consumption being 20 units only. Now suddenly the units have moved up by double i.e. more than 40 units.
                Thus consumption is shown 20 units more than the actual one.
                Please look into the same and take proper action

                  सेवा में श्रीमान दिल्ली जल बोर्ड अधिकारी एवं सम्बंधित अधिकारी दिल्ली महोदय निवेदन इस प्रकार से है कि मैंने दिनांक 09- सितम्बर-2015 को पानी के नए कनेक्शन के लिए आवेदन किया था जिसका फाइल नम्बर 5833 था! मैंने अपने सारे जरूरी दस्तावेज़ जलबोर्ड कर्मचारी से जांच करवा कर जमा करवाये थे एवं आवेदन करते समय मुझे कहा गया था की आवेदन की स्थिति आपको मोबाइल पर अवगत करा दी जाएगी मैंने अपना मोबाइल नंबर भी फॉर्म मे अंकित किया था! परन्तु आज तक मुझे कोई भी सन्देश (SMS) प्राप्त नहीं हुवा ! 4 माह बीत जाने के बाद मैं जब मैं सेक्टर ७ दिल्ली जल बोर्ड दफ़्तर आवेदन की स्थिति जानने के लिए गया तो कमरा नंबर 5 में अंकित राणा से मिलने को कहा गया मैं सुबह 9:30 बजे से 99:35 तक इतजार करने के बाद भी अंकित राणा दफ़्तर नहीं आये! उनके साथी कर्मचारियों से पूछने पर की कब तक आएंगे वो बोले कोई पता नहीं 3-4 दिन से ड्यूटी पे नहीं आ रहा है! और बोले की जब ओ आएगा तब ही आवेदन की स्तिथि का पता लगा पायेगा ! मैं फिर डिप्टी डायरेक्टर के पास गया तो उन्होंने मुझे मैडम के पास भेजा मैडम से आवेदन की स्तिथि पूछी तो बोली की आप की फाइल निरस्त कर दी गई है कारन पूछा तो बोली अंकित रना ही बताएगा! किसी ने भी मुझे बताने से मना कर दिया ! मैं फिर 2:30 बजे दिल्ली जल बोर्ड दफ़्तर गया तो अंकित राणा बैठे थे मैंने आवेदन की स्तिथि पूछी तो बोला स्कीम वाली फाइलें बंद हो चुकी है कोई भी बाकि नहीं है मैंने पूछा मेरे पास तो आवेदन की स्तिथि का कोई सन्देश (SMS) नहीं आया ! तो बोले अब नयी स्कीम आएगी तो उसमे फिर फॉर्म भर देना मैंने फाइल निरस्त होने का कारण पूछा तो बोले कल आना मैंने कहा मैं आज दफ़्तर से छुट्टी लेकर आया हूँ! रोज रोज कैसे आऊंगा तो अंकित राणा कहने लगा की! यार तू तो ऐसे कहा रहा है की मेरे पैसा अल्लादीन का चिराग है जो मैं अभी रगडूं और तेरा काम हो जायेगा ! मैंने कंप्यूटर की ओर इसरा करते हुए कहा की सरकार ने आप को ये अल्लादीन का चिराग दिया है इस में सब आसानी से पता लग जाता है लेकिन अंकित राणा नहीं माना और उसने मुझे आवेदन की स्तिथि नहीं बताई अतः आप से निवेदन है की मेरी आवेदन की निरस्त होने का कारण जानने में मेरी मदद करें तथा मेरे कनेक्शन लगवाने में मेरी सहायता करें धन्यवाद प्रार्थी :- रूबी देवी पता :- C-103 विजय विहार फेज-2 रोहिणी- दिल्ली -110085 फाइल न.5833 मोबाइल नो.[protected]

                  I have resisted complaint regarding water tenker in sangam vihar location. I usually flow-up with JB Staaf But they dint talk even they are holding my call for long duration.                   i want to informed u that i am a consumer of your organisation with having k no [protected] nd meter no is m-o59168.
                  I have received a water bill from net nd came to know that u have charge excess amount on the same.
                  As per your details u have mentioned from:- 1. 19/05/2019 to 08/07/2019 (51days) u have charged rs. 7564/-
                  2. From 08/07/2019 to 16/07/2019 (9 days) u have charged rs. 1036/73.
                  Your reader came in the 2nd week of july'19 after a long time, then he calculate the reading aprox units.
                  U also think that only one member is leaving.
                  Sir u think that in two months there r heavy consumption of water without man. When he went to his office at 8 o clok in the morning nd came in the night at 9.30 pm then how he use it.
                  Please look into this matter that i am a valuable coustmer of yuor organisation.

                    Sir I Sachidananda Prasad have applied for new water connection, when there was discount for new water connection, but when they processed my case they allotted me the New KNO:[protected] and the amount payable was Rs. 4400/-. I think its higher for a 10ft X 20 ft size of plot at RZU-12-A, Near SBI ATM, Nanda Block, Mahavir Enclave. Now I have already paid this amount and request you to kindly re-calculate the charges please.

                              Sir, I am Bhisham Kumar Oberoi I am getting water consumption bill for my K No. [protected] without the meter reading.Since last three bills from Jan to Dec 15 have been recd without readings accumulating to Rs 5200. My average consumption is about max 450 ltrs/day and 700 ltrs free from Apr 15 as per Delhi govt.From April it should be zero bill.

                                K no.[protected] . Sir, I am resident o[censored] 34 II flr, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. I have received water bills in jun, Oct and Dec without the meter readings taken accumulating to Rs 5200 where as wef Mar Delhi government has made 700 ltrs free. We are only two senior citizens staying at this place and we were not available in Delhi from Oct to mid December 2015.Still I have received a bill of about Rs 1200. Where as it should have been nil. Our average consumption is about 400 ltrs approximately. This way aftrr March the bill should have been nill. In June and oct photo of water meter was shown to water meter and he ha noted the reading on me page saying that next bill will come with actual reading but was not done that .DJB issue the notice and warnings but they donot ask the reasons for not paying the bill. After oct 14 no water meter reading was taken. Kindly look into matter and actual bill as per meter reading be isuued enable me to pay the bill. Last payment of bill was done on 15 Dec 2014 Rs 2672.

                                  Hi Sir, My name is Devkant Sharma & lives in budh vihar ph-2 Sani Bazar Road. this is the place where you have come few month back for water supply inauguration. I would like to inform you that we have 3 main roads [Teen Murti Mandir Road, Veer Bazar Road & Sani Bazar Road] where water supply pipeline work is in progress mode. But there is some problem if you will check Teen Murti Mandir Road & Veer Bazar Road it is having 10 inch water pipeline however on Sani Bazaar Main Raod labour is using 4 inch pipe line for water supply which generally uses for streets however sani bazar road is main road as compare to others roads like Tri Murti Mandir Road & Veer Bazar. Currently, Digging work is in progress mode. Kindly look into this matter on high priority mode it may be some officer's can be involved in this corruption. Would request you to take necessary action against this issue to avoid future water problem on this Sani Bazar Road, Budh Vihar ph-2, New Delhi.                                     I have failed to get any response from the numbers provided to lodge complaints, which for the last 20 days are reported to be out of service. Also online grievances submitted report COMPLETED without anything done (refer grievances ids [protected], [protected]). My details are: NEW KNO: [protected] METER NO. : M[protected] ADDRESS: BAKSHISH KAUR 63, PART-1, LANE-2, KRISHANKUNJ EXTN, LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI-92 Complaint/Grievance: Though our information is that the government of Delhi had exempted water consumption up to a limit from charges, we have been getting regular bills: Bill No. Date Amount [protected].04.2015 225 [protected].06.2015 306 [protected].09.2015 929 [protected].12.2015 1037 And, in none of the bills, any meter reading is mentioned which means either the meter reading is not taken at all or wrongly taken or meter is fast or meter is not working as all the columns of METER READING show /STP (something which we do not really understand). What do a law-abiding and tax-paying citizen do when every access is denied and wherever it is done (by registering online), the grievances/complaints are reported to be COMPLETED without an iota of action / information.

                                      Dear Sir, I am Sita Ram, RZ 48 Raghu Nagar Gali No. 3, Pankha Road, New Delhi, kind your information use water supply since 15 years, K.No. [protected], my bill always come Rs. 100/- or Rs. 200/- but few month bill come Rs. 2500/- per month. Please give the justification and check meter why come heavy bill.
