Hi, I am Gabrial resident of Sant Nagar, Burari. My KNo. is [protected]. I am keep on receiving inccrect water bills with no meter reading in bills. I went to DJB office today in Burari area and spoke to one of the representative over there who told me that my water meter is faulty andit is not working as it is not advacing in meter reading whereas I have checked by myself and found that reads are advancing. Then he told me that mMr. Pradeep who is meter reader for Burari area confirms the same however since last 3 to 4 years no one came to our house for any kind of meter related issue then how come it is possible that my meter is faulty. I have paid Rs. 5270 as my last bill amount but still this time again I have received a bill Rs. 4072. Request you to kindly look into the same as I am very much irate wth these repitative issues else I do not have any option left with me to go for consumer court and media if I won't get any satisfactory solution to my problem.     This is with reference to water connection no [protected] allotted to unit at Second Floor, G – 1/6, Malviya Nagar, Delhi – 110017. I would like to inform you that the water supply in my flat is not drinkable. It has a foul smell and totally unhygienic. We have been following Delhi Jal Board and your office for last two months regarding our disappointment with the water being supplied by Delhi Jal Board at G Block in Malviya Nagar which is the 'RAW GROUND WATER' popularly known as 'Tube well supply'. By virtue of being ground water, water is very hard, salty and smelly. Other areas in Malviya Nagar such as 'KHIRKI EXTENSION' & B BLOCK which are just two streets away from G Block gets the supply of water from 'SONIA VIHAR' popularly known as 'GANGA WATER'. We all would humbly request to please let us know why is that G Block does not get the supply of 'GANGA WATER' and when can we expect this problem to be resolved since water of Tube well supply is not safe for the health. Please advise as to how and where we should raise our voice or should we assume that no one gives importance to the voice of "Aam Aadmi" therefore it will be of no use no matter how loud we scream. I would like to inform that in the month of November, I received a call from Jal board department that clean water supply has been started in early morning and evening hours by connecting the same with pump house near Aurobindo college.. However connection pipe near my residence needs to be adjusted and person will visit my residence for the same.. One representative came as well and mentioned that he will connect in next two days but then he vanished and number is going unpicked .. His number is +[protected] I beg you to please start clean water supply atleast on the morning from 6-8 am.. Tubewell water is hard water and water purifier is unable to make it drinkable water.. Just by saying that issue will be resolved under rehabilation plan will not leave you unaccountable. Looking forward to a solution from your side. My contact details are [protected].

          My K NO:-[protected]. I have pay regularly my last bill paid 26 Sept.-2015 the amount is 1424.50/- I have the present water bill dated 30-Oct-2015. The bill amount is Rs.3403.00. regularly in-cress amount. I have been paying heavy bills during last one year. I have applied for to check and change the meter but in vain. I am living in two bedroom flat, my family members are only four so consumption of water is very less. I have this connection from 2013 but the problem is being observed during last one year. So please check the status and history of my bill. I am really unable to pay these bills. So please look into the matter. Till date water is not coming in this Gali and same also informed to Nigam Parishad. This Gali is not connected to Trunk Sewerage. Sewerage Charge also included in this bill.               I am residing in H.No- 3/25 Roop Nagar, Delhi. On the said address sewer is overflowing. I made a complaint on 10.12.15 in DJB vide ref no[protected]. On 12.12.15 I recieved a message that my complaint has been resolved. But the Sewer is overflowing till date. I again made a complaint on helpline no-1916. But no relief. Pl look into the matter.

                I am the original allottee of plot No. K-2131, C.R. Park, New Delhi. I have got my old house and now have 4 flats of which two are occupied by me, 1st Floor has been purchased by the builder Ms. Soma Sen and the Ground floor has been purchased by Ms. Mousumi Mondal. The old KNO No. [protected]. 3 meters were replaced by DJB in May, 2015 giving the following numbers of meter - 3rd Floor occupied by me[protected]; 2nd floor[protected]; and 1st floor[protected]; On 29.11.2015 I received a SMS on my mobile No. [protected] that an amount has to be paid for KNO No. [protected] which I paid on 26.11.2015. After the payment was made I asked the person who was providing me the copy of the bill as to what is the status of bills of the other three flats. He provided me a copy of the bill for the 1st floor amounting to Rs. 1736/- for Ms. Soma Sen. For second and Ground floor the person informed that the bills are not yet ready. After a couple of days someone from DJB came to replace meter of one of the floors, which according to him, was for the third floor. He gave me meter number as 15088279, which according to him was for third floor. After a couple of days I requested everyone to switch on the water pumps one and one and to my dismay found that the meter that was changed was of 1st floor. I had been paying for the water/sewage for the 1st floor occupant. After that another bill is being given for the same floor for the same period for Rs. 1736/-. I am a senior citizen and by livelihood is only my pension. If Delhi Jal Board extracts money from me like this then how would I and my wife sustain in this hard days. It is, therefore, requested that the DJB may correctly send a representative to identify the meter numbers of all floors of my house and bill accordingly. The amount of Rs. 2376/- paid against KNO No. [protected] may be refunded so that the bill that comes for my flat could be adjusted. Please look into the problem and try to rectify the problem that a senior citizen does not suffer for the mistake of the Jal Board which is known for making erroneous billing disregarding the actual consumption. Let me tell you that I and my wife alone stay in this house and the water consumption would be ber minimum. Moreover, your man told me that 20, 000 litres per month is free and is not chargable as per the Delhi Government directive and we being two people, we may not be consuming so much. We would be required to pay only the sewage charges and rents of meters and other taxes.

                    The water being provided by DJB is below the average standhards of cleanliness. It stinks and is muddy. It smells of sewer water and is not at all useable. This is the case most of the time. We are suffering from the acute shortage of clean drinking water. Kindly look into the matter soon and slove the problem.

But am still receiving bills on average basis, my meter last reading was 854 and current reading is 870 as on date[protected].                               I am a DJB consumer with K. No. [protected] in the name of Ajay Kumar. Complaint is about faulty bill process and irregular meter readings. Bill is raised for 4-5 months without taking readings on month basis. My actual water consumption is less than 12 KL/ month. Present meter reading is 00186, hence no amount should be charged whereas abnormally bill is raised Rs. 1376-00. Please make the bill Zero for the said period in the light of the Delhi Government Scheme. Thanking you.

                              Dear Sir, I am resident of A-35 ist floor Om vihar Uttam nagar Delhi.yesterday i received my recent bill of rs 2867 for 138 days and total units used is 108 which is wrong becuase in prevoius bills total number o[censored]nits used for 3 months is only 12 units and also we are a family of two and both are working so thwe water cosumpution is less.We also noticed that in one day 12 units was used which means that our meter is running very fast.You are requested to check the meter and make correction in the bill.

                                    From time to time in 15/20 days, the water over flows from the Jal Board & fills Lawn, Road & approch to our houses to the height of 3/4 inches. The photograph is enclosed for your ready reference & quick action. This is the Loss of thousands of gallons of water. We requested to stop this. But no action is taken to date....

                                    Every time from last two year DJB send with out reading with given remarks i.e. permises is lock while we regularly pay may PNG bill and electricity bill as per reading.its also proof that DJB person has not com for reading.Due to above i am not avail govt subsidies.which is provided on monthly consumption up to 20kl. s k sinha [protected]...

                                    Hi, This note is with regards to the current water bill for the period (March'15- Oct'15) K No-[protected] in the name of Smt. Kusum Gupta. The bill does not have any present reading (CMR) and by default have been charged 195 units, which is completely wrong. Could you please justify this reading? I was not been called upon by meter reader before taking reading. The same happened with my neighbors and similar to this case, they have been given wrong bills. Considering if there is a flaw in water meter, the user should have been notified by meter reader at the time of reading, which was not done in this case. In addition, I along with my family was out of Delhi for about 2 months. So, it's not at all possible that the billing amount can be so huge without actual utilization. Therefore, it's my humble request to look into this matter and rectify the incorrect bill as soon as possible. Also, please generate a new bill which can be considered payable.
