My new key no is [protected], I am getting water bill on average basis instead of actual meter reading, in this regard I already met the office & he assure me that next time your bill would be on actual reading basis. But am still receiving bills on average basis, my meter last reading was 854 and current reading is 870 as on date[protected]. Kindly request to correct my bill & arrange to send as per the meter reading given as above. We can't drink this water, it smells too much and can cause infections as well..           I am a DJB consumer with K. No. [protected] in the name of Ajay Kumar. Complaint is about faulty bill process and irregular meter readings. Bill is raised for 4-5 months without taking readings on month basis. My actual water consumption is less than 12 KL/ month. Present meter reading is 00186, hence no amount should be charged whereas abnormally bill is raised Rs. 1376-00. Please make the bill Zero for the said period in the light of the Delhi Government Scheme. Thanking you.

          Dear Sir, I am resident of A-35 ist floor Om vihar Uttam nagar Delhi.yesterday i received my recent bill of rs 2867 for 138 days and total units used is 108 which is wrong becuase in prevoius bills total number o[censored]nits used for 3 months is only 12 units and also we are a family of two and both are working so thwe water cosumpution is less.We also noticed that in one day 12 units was used which means that our meter is running very fast.You are requested to check the meter and make correction in the bill.

                From time to time in 15/20 days, the water over flows from the Jal Board & fills Lawn, Road & approch to our houses to the height of 3/4 inches. The photograph is enclosed for your ready reference & quick action. This is the Loss of thousands of gallons of water. We requested to stop this. But no action is taken to date....

                Billing without meter reading of K. no.0011660000

                Every time from last two year DJB send with out reading with given remarks i.e. permises is lock while we regularly pay may PNG bill and electricity bill as per reading.its also proof that DJB person has not com for reading.Due to above i am not avail govt subsidies.which is provided on monthly consumption up to 20kl. s k sinha [protected]...

                Hi, This note is with regards to the current water bill for the period (March'15- Oct'15) K No-[protected] in the name of Smt. Kusum Gupta. The bill does not have any present reading (CMR) and by default have been charged 195 units, which is completely wrong. Could you please justify this reading? I was not been called upon by meter reader before taking reading. The same happened with my neighbors and similar to this case, they have been given wrong bills. Considering if there is a flaw in water meter, the user should have been notified by meter reader at the time of reading, which was not done in this case. In addition, I along with my family was out of Delhi for about 2 months. So, it's not at all possible that the billing amount can be so huge without actual utilization. Therefore, it's my humble request to look into this matter and rectify the incorrect bill as soon as possible. Also, please generate a new bill which can be considered payable. Please find my details below. Regards!

I would like to say that the present meter was changed by your personal on march2014 which is undet guarantee period. It is your responsibility to check it.                       The water pipe line is broken behind park on the service road near petrol pump at sector17 dwarka . many people fill the water and sell it in bisilari cans. the location of breakage is-proceed on the service lane adjacent to DDAflats sector 17 A for 100 meters and near culvert you will find the break.

                        I am residing at G-5 ground floor, Lajpat Nagar II, N. D. 110024. For last more than 3/4 months water supply from Delhi Jal Board is impure & dirty. I have taken up this matter with Delhi Jal Board office in Lajpat Nagar many times but no acton taken till date i would request the concerned authorities to take necessary action immediately & help me.

                              Dear Sir,
                              Delhi Jal Board's Meter no.[protected]K.No. [protected]) is installed at my residence (898, Sector-A, Pocket-C, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110 070).

                              I made payment of Rs.1, 118/- on 23.6.2015 after receiving the bill dated 9.6.2015 of Delhi Jal Board which showed meter reading of 85 units as on 27.4.2015.

                              As I did not get any bill thereafter, on checking today the website of Delhi Jal Board, I was shocked to find that there was a bill dated 2.11.2015 for an amount of Rs.3, 330/-, with due date as 19.11.2015 which elapsed two days ago. The meter reading shown in this bill is 225 units as on 28.10.2015. Due to non-receipt of this bill of Delhi Jal Board, I was not at all aware of the due date by which this payment was to be made.

                              This meant consumption of 140 units as per the bill dated 2.11.2015 of Delhi Jal Board after the last meter reading based on its bill dated 9.6.2015, which I find was substantially high and inflated, as can be assessed from my past water consumption pattern as shown in the past bills of Delhi Jal Board.

                              I immediately contacted the office in B-1, Vasant Kunj of Delhi Jal Board where I was informed that the bill generation and distribution thereof in my case in fact was the responsibility of the MVV office of Delhi Jal Board in Vasant Vihar. I was, therefore, advised to contact them in order to get the needful in the matter done. In the MVV office of Delhi Jal Board in Vasant Vihar I was advised to check my current meter reading & inform them about the same.

                              Accordingly, on checking the meter reading today (21.11.2015), I found it was 189 units as against 225 units as on 28.10.2015 shown in Delhi Jal Board's bill dated 2.11.2015, which as stated earlier I never received.

                              I hope you agree that the current reading cannot by any stretch of imagination be lower than the reading on 28.10.2015 as shown in the Delhi Jal Board's bill under reference.

                              In spite of this, MVV office of Delhi Jal Board in Vasant Vihar expressed total helplessness in the matter and advised me to immediately make the payment of Rs. 3, 496/- (inclusive of Rs. 166/- as last payment surcharge without any fault, whatsoever, on my part).

                              Delhi Jal Board is, therefore, required to redress all my afore-said grievances and get a fresh & correct bill generated so that I can make the required payment immediately thereafter.

                              Delhi Jal Board also must ensure that I receive all their bills in future well on time and for this purpose they can also send me alerts on my mobile no. [protected].

                                  My father giving the first application to convert the commercial connection into domestic in 20\4\2010 but there is no action taken by them.                                     Water is leaking from fresh water pipeline of Delhi Jal Board on the service lane close to sever drain, opposite house no. C-2/3, Safdarjung Development Area, Main Aurobindo Marg. New Delhi 110016 for last 10 days. Due to which there is water accumulated on the service lane mixed with the sever line, which is a serious threat to the health
