Sir water not coming in adarsh nagar since 5 days we don't have water for basic needs please solve this pathetic situation and when water will come and why water not coming

Hi,

I live in Block-23, Moti Nagar-110015. Since yesterday, the water coming through our motor is contaminated, the water coming is dirty, black and smells like feces. I have called your each and every customer service numbers provided online like 1916 several times so that I can register a complaint but most of them are invalid or not picking up the phone or busy. I have written emails and send texts as well but not getting any resolution from anywhere.

My father is a heart and diabetic patient due to which we constantly require clean water. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I am a resident of village chhawla new delhi . I would like to bring to your attention that since the last few weeks the supply of water has been very irregular shortened poor supplies affecting our usage of water greatly and creating a scarcity inevitably . This also affect in our studies and living on such less amount of water is very difficult to manage .
We would highly appreciate it if the water supply is done more regularly with a higher duration of supply

Despite many efforts to raise this issue and get a permanent resolution to a persistent water supply crisis in 4D Block, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi 110060, the residents continue to suffer from frequent supply disruption and inadequate supply of water.

In this extremely hot weather, and with the threat of a fourth COVID wave, we are suffering from no water supply in 4D Block, Old Rajinder Nagar, from the last many days. Everytime, there is some alibi for the disruption - from blaming another authority to low reservoir levels, from high levels of ammonia to broken pipes! There is one excuse or the other for supply disruption.

We are unable to get clean and consistent tap water supply in 21st century India in the heart of the Indian capital! It is surely very, very disappointing. Adding to our woes, no alternate arrangement (tanker) is being sent to the area despite repeated requests. What are we supposed to do? Perish without water? 1916 complaint process is also broken.

Please take cognizance of this persistent issue. Delhi is experiencing a heat wave and 4th wave fears are also there. How can health and hygiene be ensured without water?

Kindly look into this complaint, and assign a team for assessing the situation and providing a resolution.

Water supply not reaches at my home since last 20 days and I have not a drop of drinkable water.

I have complaint many times that in our area Sharma colony Budh vihar phase 2 getting water supply in 2 days. Please take necessary action to supply water daily so that no any problem will occur.
From 11th April we did not get the water in our area. Some of House get water supply but in our residence N-14 Sharma colony Budh vihar phase 2 delhi did not get supply.

Please try to resolve our problems without giving temporary solution to send water tanks.

Dear sir,

With huge pain in my heart, I would like to inform that I live in main solanki road, Jain colony part 2, Uttam Nagar and the water quality here for last 10 days getting wrost each day. My family is sick and my two years daughter is having serious health issue and suffering from loose motions and vomiting and same with my mother. I am eating medicines like rest of my family and we all are sick due to the bad guttery water.

Water these days is so smelly and black in color and its very hard to even wash clothes and utensils and forget about drinking and cooking with that. I have registered a complaint as well ( DJB[protected] and I was promised that it will be sorted out soon but still no action has been taken.

We are paying water bills for the water which is so dirty that can not be used in any way. It is not only the waste of the public's money but also the precious water which is getting guttery in between before reaching to our houses.

I enquired in our road and everybody is complaining and suffering with the same. I would like to know that why the Delhi Jal Board is sleeping and doing nothing about it and for how long we need to suffer with this and who is going to pay for the medical expenses and other inconvenience that we all are facing.

Looking forward to take serious action against this.

It's been more than continuous 3days ...there is no water in this area..kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible...

Myself Deepak Kumar, resident of C-259 Defence Colony Ground Floor New Delhi 110024, I would like to draw your kind attention towards that since a week water is not flowing in our area, sometimes it comes at late night for half an hour.

I request you to please look into it on utmost priority and resolve this issue.

I am Residing of Pocket 26 Sector 24 of Rohini and facing water supply shortage since 2 days.The water haven't came on the designated time now i have zero water in tank.
Situation in summer is very bad and water comes on alternate days while in other areas of Rohini water come everyday in morning and evening.

This is to take your kind attention toward A pipe line which connect Himgri Enclave water supply to Harit Vihar.
As it is asked many of time to the MLA and other higher authority too for this and can be seen easily but they are just taking this as a cup of a tea.
But for me its like a Bulls eye.
1st if any leak will be there is the pipe line the drainage water will go inside that and people even including my family will have that water.
This is against the right and ovisly you can see how can it be possible by your SO CALLED PLAN MAKKER WHO MADE THIS DISCUSTING PLAN.
I THINK HE DONT HAVE ANY KNOWLDGE FOR THIS.
2nd Due to that pipe all waste of the NALA is now blocked overe here and bacteria, water polluition, insect are now taking born and its STINGS very badly toooo.
I need a strict and effective answer of my complain and even I must get a back call on my cell regarding this too .

From sep 2020 to mar 2022 i shifted to allahabad for job
my water bill reading is wrongly taken for this time by jal board rajinder nagar office. They created a bill of 25000rs.
I submitted application 3 times in djb but no resolution
noone came to take the correct reading, motor is always in working condition
i have given 1 year electricity bills of 0.00 rs, camera photos, videobif meter reading, all proof givenbr...

I am a single tenant whose water usage is less than 5KL per month as I do not use washing machine or water cooler. This time, DJB sent a bill to my landlady for 10190.00 for 529 days whereas my last water bill was Rs.99 for 51 days. This is much more than one and a half times higher than my previous bill. This current bill is missing the last and current meter reading, and they have just put a random number o[censored]nits.
Also, in December 2020 the apartment was unoccupied for 3 weeks as I was away. I do not have visitors or anyone occupying the apartment with me, as a senior citizen living in this address for almost 10 years. Never have I received such a high water bill. the two married couples on GF and 1st and 2nd floor got normal bills much lower than mine. How is that posssible?
I went with my landlady on 3 April to file a complaint at Jal Vihar zonal office, but no response has been received and no action taken. I have also registered complaint No.[protected] yesterday on DJB Grievance site, but no action.
I request the DJB once again to kindly correct the bill and stop harassment of a senior citizen tenant. Until this is resolved, DJB should not include late payment charges in corrected bill.

Water supply by delhi jal board in Achraya Niketan C45, mayur vihar phase1, new delhi-110091 is so drastic from last 7 days. As the sewer water, is contaminated in the pipelines which is a serious problem for the residency and residents are affecting such type of sewer mix water. The water is the basic requirement for everybody. So i request that please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that water supply in the Area of Raghu Nagar West delhi has been stopped with no reason for last 15 days .Colony members went to DJB office and filed a complaint for the same but have had no response till this time.We also tried calling at various DJB customer care no. provided on the internet and website but no one from the customer care is picking up the call.

Earlier, few colony members visited local Volunteer Shashi from AAP (Vinay Mishra) regarding the complain and quick solution. they assured us but no action has been taken till today.

Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible. We are suffering very badly with no supply of water here. We wake overnight everyday waiting for the water but there is no supply of water from last 15 days.
